Article2:EmploymentDuration

Article3:WorkandResponsibilities

3.2TheEmployeeshallcomplywiththeEmployer'sinternalregulations,workprocedures,andrequirements.

3.3TheEmployeeshallmaintaintheconfidentialityoftheEmployer'sbusinessinformationandtradesecrets.

Article4:WagesandBenefits

4.1TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeetheagreeduponwageswithintheagreedupontimeframe.

4.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefits:

4.2.1SocialSecurityandHousingFundcontributionsinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations;

4.2.2Annualleave,sickleave,andothertypesofleaveasstipulatedbytheEmployer;

4.2.3Otherbenefitsasagreeduponbybothparties.

Article5:WorkingHoursandLeave

5.1TheworkinghoursoftheEmployeeshallbe______hoursperday,______daysperweek,and______hourspermonth.

5.2TheEmployershallgranttheEmployeeannualleave,sickleave,andothertypesofleaveasstipulatedbytherelevantlawsandregulations.

Article6:TerminationandResignation

6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations.

6.2TheEmployeemayresignfromtheemploymentrelationshipbygivingtheEmployerawrittennoticeofresignation,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations.

6.3Uponterminationorresignation,theEmployeeshallfulfilltheirobligationsandresponsibilitiesunderthisContract.

Article7:DisputeResolution

7.1IntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallendeavortoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiation.

7.2Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,eitherpartymayfilealawsuitwiththePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionoverthedispute.

Article8:GeneralProvisions

8.1ThisContractisexecutedintwocopies,witheachpartyholdingonecopy.

8.2ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

2.1.2TraininganddevelopmentservicesfortheEmployee;

2.1.3Legalandcomplianceservices;

2.1.4OtherservicesasagreeduponbytheEmployerandtheThirdParty.

2.2TheThirdPartyshallensurethequalityandeffectivenessoftheservicesprovidedandcomplywiththerelevantlawsandregulations.

2.3TheThirdPartyshallmaintainconfidentialityoftheEmployer'sandtheEmployee'sbusinessinformationandtradesecrets.

Article3:RightsandObligationsoftheEmployer

3.1TheEmployershallhavethefollowingrights:

3.1.1TodeterminethejobdescriptionandresponsibilitiesoftheEmployee;

3.1.2TosuperviseandmanagetheEmployee'sworkandbusinessactivities;

3.1.3ToprovidetraininganddevelopmentopportunitiesfortheEmployee;

3.2TheEmployershallhavethefollowingobligations:

Article4:RightsandObligationsoftheEmployee

4.1TheEmployeeshallhavethefollowingrights:

4.1.1ToreceivewagesandbenefitsinaccordancewiththisContract;

4.1.2Toreceivetraininganddevelopmentopportunities;

4.1.3Toenjoytheprotectionoflaborlawsandregulations.

4.2TheEmployeeshallhavethefollowingobligations:

5.2.3TomaintainconfidentialityoftheEmployer'sandtheEmployee'sbusinessinformationandtradesecrets.

Article6:BreachofContractandLimitations

6.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbytheEmployee,theEmployershallhavetherighttoterminatetheemploymentrelationshipwiththeEmployeeandseekcompensationforanylossesincurred.

6.2IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbytheThirdParty,theEmployershallhavetherighttoterminatetheagreementwiththeThirdPartyandseekcompensationforanylossesincurred.

6.3TheEmployeeshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmaycauseharmtotheEmployer'sinterestsorreputation.TheEmployeeshallbeliableforanylossesordamagescausedbysuchactivities.

Article7:GeneralProvisions

7.1ThisContractisexecutedintwocopies,witheachpartyholdingonecopy.

7.2ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

Article3:RightsandObligationsoftheThirdPartyContractor

4.1.2ToreviewandapprovetheworkperformedbytheSubcontractorandtheThirdPartyContractor;

4.1.3TohavetherighttoterminatethisContractiftheSubcontractorortheThirdPartyContractorfailstomeettheirobligations.

4.2ThePrincipalEmployershallhavethefollowingobligations:

Article5:BreachofContractandLimitations

5.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbythePrincipalEmployer,theSubcontractorandtheThirdPartyContractorshallhavetherighttoseekcompensationforanylossesincurredasaresultofthebreach.

5.2IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbytheSubcontractorortheThirdPartyContractor,thePrincipalEmployershallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractandseekotherremediesavailableunderthelaw.

5.3ThePrincipalEmployershallnotbeliableforanydamagesresultingfromtheactsoromissionsoftheSubcontractorortheThirdPartyContractorunlesssuchdamagesaredirectlycausedbythePrincipalEmployer'sownneg
