adjustment.First,heisaspectator;heobserveswhatisgoingonaroundhimbutdoes
notparticipate.Second,hebecomepersonallyinvolvedinthewaysoftheforeignculture
andtriestocometotermswiththem.Finally,eitherhewillhavemasteredthenew
situationandwillgetalongsmoothlyinthenewcultureorhewillrealizethathisown
