合同文件是合同雙方簽訂并必須遵守的法律文件,因此合同中的語言應體現(xiàn)其權威性.英文合同用語的特點之一就表現(xiàn)在用詞上,即選擇那些法律用詞,以及正式用詞,使合同表達的意思準確無誤,達到雙方對合同中使用的詞無可爭議的程度。
