五、作業(yè)條件

1.灌注樁癥工現(xiàn)場的場地平整，樁位已測定，并已復(fù)檢合格；

2.施工用電、用水都己按規(guī)定準(zhǔn)備完備，臨電線路符合三相五線制原則；

3.用電設(shè)備和機(jī)械接地、接零都已測試合格，符合三級配電二級保護(hù)系統(tǒng)規(guī)定

4.施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中的內(nèi)容符合本工程實(shí)際狀況，并已經(jīng)主管技術(shù)人員審核；

5.多種機(jī)械設(shè)備機(jī)具、已經(jīng)檢測、符合工藝安全規(guī)定；

6.原材料已經(jīng)檢測或復(fù)驗(yàn)，符合規(guī)定；

7、施工管理人員及操作人員均有對應(yīng)資格，并能勝任本職工作；

8、現(xiàn)場臨時(shí)設(shè)施能滿足辦公、生產(chǎn)、生活及環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)定；

9、水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)已引測并復(fù)測合格；

10、已進(jìn)行了安全、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、環(huán)境保護(hù)交底。

六、材料和質(zhì)量要點(diǎn)

1.水泥和鋼材進(jìn)場時(shí)必須進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)，應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行原則中規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。

2.水泥、砂、石子應(yīng)進(jìn)行堿集量的測試，并符合持續(xù)施工規(guī)定。

3.防腐砂中摻用的防腐劑，必須符合對應(yīng)的規(guī)定。

4.施工前應(yīng)復(fù)驗(yàn)測量基線、水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)及樁位，使之符合樁位偏差規(guī)定，樁基軸線的

定位點(diǎn)及施工地區(qū)附近所設(shè)的水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)，設(shè)置在不受樁基施工影響處。

5.沉管前對樁管進(jìn)行垂直檢測，調(diào)整好樁架，保證沉管入地的垂直度。

6.嚴(yán)格控制樁管入土標(biāo)高及鋼筋籠的標(biāo)高位置。

7、現(xiàn)場攪拌稅時(shí)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制水灰比。采用商品稅供應(yīng)時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)運(yùn)送距嘴和

樁機(jī)臺數(shù)及成樁速度確定供應(yīng)速度。

8、制定合理的打樁次序。

9、根據(jù)地質(zhì)土層狀況，合理掌握振動沉管時(shí)時(shí)下沉速度。

10、根據(jù)不一樣的地質(zhì)土層、樁徑、碎坍落度掌握成樁拔管速度。

11.嚴(yán)格檢查預(yù)制樁尖的強(qiáng)度及規(guī)格，防止樁尖進(jìn)入樁管。

12.無論碎在現(xiàn)場攪拌或采購商品磴，均應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按配合比進(jìn)行攪拌，保證砂強(qiáng)度

性能到達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。

13.樁管與預(yù)制樁尖應(yīng)具有良好的密封性、預(yù)制樁尖碎強(qiáng)度不得VC30。

七、施工工藝

1.振動沉管打樁機(jī)就位，預(yù)制樁尖（或活瓣樁尖）對準(zhǔn)樁位，樁管放在樁尖上，放

松卷揚(yáng)機(jī)鋼絲繩，通過樁管自重的壓力樁尖進(jìn)入土中300?500mm后將卷揚(yáng)機(jī)

鋼絲繩收緊；

2裝入調(diào)整原樁架位置，專人用水準(zhǔn)儀校正樁管垂直度，容許偏差為樁長的土

0.5%；

3.啟動振動裝置進(jìn)行沉管，沉管速度不適宜太快，控制在2.5m/min左右,如遇

土層較硬時(shí)，可通過卷揚(yáng)機(jī)滑輪組對樁管加壓，使其順利通過硬土層。沉管期間

嚴(yán)禁將樁管提起后在行沉管。

4.戒管下沉到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高后停機(jī)，應(yīng)用吊坨檢查管內(nèi)有無泥漿或滲水，同步確認(rèn)孔

深。

5.J鋼筋籠從進(jìn)料口安插至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高，用專用鋼絲繩固定在鋼筋籠吊環(huán)上。

6.澆注砂，樁管內(nèi)灌滿碎后，先振動5?10s,再開始拔管，應(yīng)邊振邊拔，在樁底標(biāo)

高1.5m范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)進(jìn)行反插多次，反插深度0.3m…0.5m,即可向上拔管，每拔

0.5-1.0m,停拔5?10s,但保持振動，如此反復(fù)，直至樁管所有拔出。

7、在一般土層內(nèi)，如選用稅預(yù)制樁尖，拔管速度宜為1.2?1.5m/min,用活瓣樁

尖時(shí)應(yīng)

8、拔管過程中，樁管內(nèi)應(yīng)至少保持2m以上高度的硅，或不低于地面，可用吊銘

檢測，局限性時(shí)要及時(shí)補(bǔ)灌，以防磴中斷形成縮頸、斷樁。

9、如遇飽和土層或砂充盈系數(shù)不不小于1.0的樁，以及懷疑有縮頸、斷樁時(shí)，可

采用反插法施工，反插法施工應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

1）流動性、塑狀淤泥土層不適宜采用反插法施工；

2）反插1?3次，反插深度0.3m-0.5m

3）樁管內(nèi)應(yīng)至少保持2m以上高度的碎，或不低于地面，并隨時(shí)向樁管內(nèi)填加

險(xiǎn)，以保證樁管內(nèi)的稅高度。

八、成品保護(hù)

1.按照施工圖紙及施工規(guī)范制作成的鋼筋籠，經(jīng)檢查后，應(yīng)放置在成品區(qū)域待用,

距地不少于100米，不得任意亂踩或沾染泥污。

2.從成品區(qū)域運(yùn)往施工區(qū)域時(shí)，不能隨地放置，用100X100毫米木方墊起，起

吊安放時(shí)，有專人栓好扶穩(wěn)。

3.樁尖預(yù)制完畢后待到達(dá)強(qiáng)度100%后方可使用，從成品區(qū)運(yùn)往施工區(qū)域時(shí)，裝

卸車時(shí)不能將樁尖肩膀摔碰掉角。

7、冬季宜在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行預(yù)制，搬運(yùn)時(shí)其役強(qiáng)度不不不小于30%。

5.打樁時(shí)應(yīng)對成品樁進(jìn)行保護(hù)，樁機(jī)換位時(shí)，其道軌不能壓碾樁頂（樁頂在地面

500如下不受限制）。

6.樁中心距不不小于4倍樁徑的樁基，相鄰就位樁初凝前應(yīng)完畢目前樁的成樁操

作過程。

7、冬季施工時(shí)，碎在運(yùn)送過程中實(shí)行保溫措施，己成樁的樁頂應(yīng)進(jìn)行保溫，在樁

頂砂強(qiáng)度未到達(dá)40%此前不得受凍。

九、安全環(huán)境保護(hù)措施

1.施工前先驗(yàn)收“三通一平”（即路通、電通、水通、施工場地平整），對于回

填土、松軟等地層要扎實(shí)。

2.操作人員應(yīng)通過安全教育和培訓(xùn)考核，獲得合格操作證后，方可單獨(dú)操作。

3.實(shí)行定機(jī)定人定崗位責(zé)任制，非操作人員不準(zhǔn)開機(jī)操作，嚴(yán)禁酒后操作。

4.工作前檢查樁機(jī)與否平穩(wěn)可靠，電器設(shè)備的絕緣、卷揚(yáng)機(jī)離合、制動裝置和鋼

絲繩等與否安全、靈活、可靠、注意樁架連接部位和振動釬中螺栓有否松動和

丟落。

5.枕木應(yīng)鋪墊平穩(wěn)，接頭要錯(cuò)開搭接1/2長度，每根行走鋼管下至少有4道枕木、

樁機(jī)必須在支撐枕木范圍之內(nèi)。

6.樁機(jī)工作中，操作人員應(yīng)精神集中，所從指揮、參與施工人員應(yīng)堅(jiān)守各自崗位。

7、樁機(jī)在前后移動和左右移動時(shí)，應(yīng)預(yù)先放松電纜線，注意周圍障礙物，不得跨

越牽引鋼絲繩。

8、沉管困難或緩慢時(shí)可對樁管加壓，加壓應(yīng)在樁管入±1.5米以上才可進(jìn)行，防

止樁架抬起發(fā)生事故。

9、機(jī)械發(fā)生異響時(shí)，必須立即切斷電源停機(jī)檢查，故障未排除，不得繼續(xù)工作。

嚴(yán)禁帶病作業(yè)。在工作中進(jìn)行維修，調(diào)整及保養(yǎng)。

10、現(xiàn)場管理人員及打樁機(jī)操作人員必須戴安全帽，樁架檢修及保養(yǎng)人員在高空

作業(yè)時(shí)，必須系安全帶，并切斷該設(shè)備電源。水泥投放及攪拌機(jī)操作人員應(yīng)佩戴

防塵口罩。

11.樁架與架空電線，應(yīng)視其電壓大小，保持不少于1.5?6米的安全距離。

12.碰到惡劣氣候（如六級以上大風(fēng)）應(yīng)停止作業(yè)，要時(shí)應(yīng)采用增墊枕木，拉纜風(fēng)

繩等加固措施，以防傾倒。

13.下班前應(yīng)將樁管沉入土中3-5米關(guān)閉好電氣和剎車裝置，切斷電源，加鎖開

關(guān)箱。

14.打樁過程中如遇地面隆起或下陷不平時(shí)，應(yīng)隨時(shí)調(diào)整打樁機(jī)架將道軌墊平或

調(diào)平。

15.沉管加壓時(shí)不要超過規(guī)定范圍，以免樁架被抬起發(fā)生傾履。

16.施工人員及操作人員必須戴安全帽，高空作業(yè)時(shí)系安全帶。所有人員都應(yīng)通

過安全教育或培訓(xùn)。

17、電線的拆、接一律由有資質(zhì)的電工進(jìn)行操作。

18、樁架有防雷接地裝置，現(xiàn)場一律采用TN?S系統(tǒng)。

19、施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)時(shí)防止揚(yáng)塵，采用施工道路噴灑水措施。

20、施工現(xiàn)場的污水排放應(yīng)符合原則規(guī)定，采用對應(yīng)措施。所有設(shè)備應(yīng)進(jìn)行對應(yīng)

維護(hù)，不應(yīng)漏油污染土地。

21.居民區(qū)或鬧市區(qū)施工應(yīng)設(shè)置防噪聲隔音設(shè)施。噪聲超標(biāo)的設(shè)備應(yīng)進(jìn)行更換或

維修，使到達(dá)控制范圍之內(nèi)。

十、質(zhì)量記錄

1.施工單位應(yīng)有專人對每根樁應(yīng)按編號進(jìn)行專門的記錄，按照打樁登記表中內(nèi)

容逐一真實(shí)填寫清晰。

2.打樁記錄中所波及到的記錄人員，管理人員均必須由本人簽字確認(rèn)。

3.灌注樁施工現(xiàn)場所用稅無論是商品稅或現(xiàn)場攪拌碎，均應(yīng)留置稅試塊，現(xiàn)場試

驗(yàn)人員應(yīng)根據(jù)試塊留置等做好記錄。

4.每組試塊應(yīng)做對應(yīng)的標(biāo)識。

5.鋼筋籠制作應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢查并做好記錄。

6.鋼筋籠檢查以抽查為主，抽查量為20%。

7、成品樁的檢測由建設(shè)單位委托有資質(zhì)的專業(yè)單位（第三方）進(jìn)行，按照基樁檢

測技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行。
