該板塊的主題為“閱讀交換學(xué)生XieLei的留學(xué)經(jīng)歷”。謝蕾的學(xué)習(xí)和生活經(jīng)歷反映了大多數(shù)留學(xué)生初到國外的真實(shí)體驗,身處陌生的環(huán)境,遇到學(xué)習(xí)生活上的各種困難和挑戰(zhàn)。遇到問題后他們通常會陷入困惑和不知所措,甚至產(chǎn)生焦慮和恐慌,這一系列不適應(yīng)的反應(yīng)叫做文化沖擊,呈現(xiàn)出U-shaped曲線的心理狀態(tài),到達(dá)最低點(diǎn)后迎來微妙的拐點(diǎn),開始逐步接納新環(huán)境,嘗試調(diào)整自己的行為,最終在新環(huán)境中如魚得水。
