八、保密條款

九、違約責(zé)任

b.違約責(zé)任

①Intheeventofabreachofthisagreement,thepartyinbreachshallbeliabletotheotherpartyforanylossesincurredasaresultofthebreach.

②Thenon-breachingpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethisagreementuponwrittennotice,andseekappropriateremediesunderapplicablelaw.

十、爭議解決

a.爭議解決方式

①Intheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisagreement,thepartiesshallseektoresolvethedisputeamicablythroughnegotiation.

②Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftherelevantarbitrationinstitution.
