3）鋼管路沿墻明敷設(shè)需進(jìn)入配電箱時(shí)，應(yīng)一孔一管，管道應(yīng)從配電箱預(yù)留敲落孔進(jìn)入,

配管需要煨制燈叉彎或安裝支架。不少于兩根管路與配電箱連接時(shí)，應(yīng)排列整齊，間

距均勻。如下圖所示

3.橋架安裝

a）槽式水平橋架與支架的橫擔(dān)必須用半圓頭的螺栓固定，半圓頭向內(nèi)，以防止螺栓

劃傷電纜外護(hù)層。

C）電纜橋架沿墻垂直安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)保證橋架固定牢司，梯架的固定應(yīng)采用專用壓板。

d）槽式電纜橋架沿墻安裝時(shí)，其固定方式應(yīng)采用支架或半圓頭內(nèi)膨脹螺栓，固定螺栓

的螺桿嚴(yán)禁伸進(jìn)橋架內(nèi)，如下圖：

e）水平安裝電纜橋架應(yīng)在結(jié)構(gòu)主梁上安裝固定支架，在主梁之間平均分派間隔距離安

裝吊架，支吊架間隔距離應(yīng)符合1.5?3m的規(guī)定。如下圖：

f）非鍍鋅（噴塑、防火）鋼制電纜橋架連接時(shí)，應(yīng)在連接板處安裝跨接地線，跨接地

線安裝應(yīng)注意安裝爪型墊圈，以保證接地的電氣通路。如下圖所示：

7.1電纜敷設(shè)

CableLaying

敷設(shè)時(shí)應(yīng)在專用的電纜放線架上進(jìn)行，拆除包裝時(shí)必須注意成品保護(hù)，以免損傷

銅護(hù)套，在解決中間接頭、終端頭時(shí)應(yīng)留有余量。在穿橋架的轉(zhuǎn)角、分支等處，要按

照事先排布好的順序平滑均勻地過(guò)渡，避免交叉和重疊。

在同一橋架內(nèi)，同一回路不同相序的電纜應(yīng)同時(shí)敷設(shè)，敷設(shè)完后應(yīng)及時(shí)將橋架蓋

板蓋好以作保護(hù)，防止在其他專業(yè)施工過(guò)程中電纜被工具、建材碰撞或被焊接火花等

擊傷、燒傷從而導(dǎo)致電纜外護(hù)套的損壞。

7.3電纜的調(diào)整

TheAdjustmentofCableLaying

在橋架T形彎、L型彎、穿越崎洞、電氣豎井、進(jìn)出配電柜箱等彎曲度大、空間

狹小處敷設(shè)時(shí)要注意敷設(shè)時(shí)應(yīng)用力均衡，在解決彎曲處時(shí)，要使用廠家配備專用的彎

曲工具，按照安裝說(shuō)明的彎曲方法和力度進(jìn)行冷彎，切不可使用普通工具或人工強(qiáng)行

彎曲，以免在操作中損傷電纜銅護(hù)套。

7.4電纜膨脹節(jié)設(shè)立

避免溫度變化對(duì)電纜產(chǎn)生永久的損傷，在電纜直線敷設(shè)超過(guò)70m時(shí)應(yīng)在允許的場(chǎng)

合設(shè)立膨脹環(huán)，通常采用S型膨脹環(huán)。

電纜進(jìn)配電箱、柜敷設(shè)時(shí)，當(dāng)采用黃銅板或銅、鋁母線作電纜固定支架時(shí)，可不

采用接地銅片，但黃銅板或銅、鋁母線支架應(yīng)有可靠的接地。當(dāng)采用鋼支架作電纜固

定支架時(shí)，則應(yīng)采用接地銅片。見下圖：

燈具的型號(hào)、規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。燈內(nèi)配線嚴(yán)禁外露，燈

具配件齊全，無(wú)機(jī)械損傷、變形、油漆脫落，燈罩破裂等現(xiàn)象。所有的燈具應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品

合格證。

明裝燈具的安裝應(yīng)符合卜列規(guī)定:

燈具固定應(yīng)牢固可靠。每個(gè)燈具固定用的螺釘或螺栓不應(yīng)少于2個(gè)。

公共場(chǎng)合用的應(yīng)急照明燈和疏散指示燈，應(yīng)有明顯的標(biāo)志，必需符合消防驗(yàn)收規(guī)

質(zhì)量規(guī)定及施工方法：

清理：用鑒子輕輕地將盒子內(nèi)殘存的灰塊剔掉，同時(shí)將其他雜物一并清出盒外,

再用濕布將盒內(nèi)灰塵擦凈。

同一場(chǎng)合的開關(guān)切斷位置應(yīng)一致，且操作靈活，接點(diǎn)接觸可靠。

電器、燈具的相線必須經(jīng)開關(guān)控制。

面板安裝：

PanelInstallation

安裝前準(zhǔn)備：先將盒內(nèi)甩出的導(dǎo)線留出維修長(zhǎng)度，削去絕緣層，注意不要碰傷線

芯。將導(dǎo)線按順時(shí)針?lè)较虮P繞在開關(guān)、插座相應(yīng)的接線柱上，然后旋緊壓頭，插接端

子，將線芯直接插入接線孔內(nèi)，再用頂絲將其壓緊。注意線芯不得外露。

導(dǎo)線連接完后將開關(guān)、插座面板推入接線盒內(nèi)（假如盒子深度大于2.5cm時(shí)，應(yīng)加裝

套盒），對(duì)正盒眼，用機(jī)螺絲固定牢固。固定期要使面板端正，并與墻面嚴(yán)密、平齊。

并列及成排安裝的面板高度應(yīng)一致，并列面板高低差不大于0.5mm,成排的高低

差不大于lmm0

10防雷接地、保護(hù)接地系統(tǒng)

本建筑防雷接地與強(qiáng)、弱電接地等共用接地裝置，規(guī)定接地電阻不大于0.5Q。

如若不能滿足規(guī)定，應(yīng)增打接地極，直至接地電阻符合規(guī)定，同時(shí)作好測(cè)試記錄報(bào)

監(jiān)理、甲方、防雷檢測(cè)所備案。

運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)柱或墻內(nèi)不小于610的豎向主筋貫通焊接，上端升出女兒墻與避雷帶

焊接，下端與接地系統(tǒng)焊接。焊接時(shí)雙面施焊，規(guī)定焊縫飽滿，不得有夾渣咬肉等缺

陷，焊接后清除干凈藥皮。其做法如下：

用主筋或鋼結(jié)構(gòu)鋼柱引下。本工程地下部分共設(shè)17處避雷引下點(diǎn)，地上部分共設(shè)48

處避雷引卜點(diǎn)。

鋼與用做引下線的柱內(nèi)主筋或鋼柱焊接后引出，焊接長(zhǎng)度不小于100mm,在防雷測(cè)試

點(diǎn)處預(yù)留300nlmX200minX120mm木盒，木盒開口面與混凝土表面一平。

在變電所預(yù)留鍍鋅扁鋼，引出至室外輔助接地裝置鍍鋅扁鋼焊接連通，焊接長(zhǎng)度

為扁鋼寬度的兩倍，且三面施焊，焊縫清理干凈。各電氣豎井、各電梯井道、電梯機(jī)

房、消防捽制室、各弱電機(jī)房、弱電設(shè)備間、口生間、設(shè)備機(jī)房、等處預(yù)留100X100X10mm

鍍鋅鋼板或接地線盒。
