六、保密條款

八、合同生效與終止

a.合同生效

①Thiscontractshallbecomeeffectiveuponthesignatureofbothparties.

②Thecontractwillremaininforceuntilthecompletionoftheprojectoruntilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.

b.合同終止

①Thecontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleastthirty(30)dayspriortotheterminationdate.

②Thecontractmaybeterminatedimmediatelybyeitherpartyintheeventofabreachofitsobligationsunderthiscontract.
