Vocabulary:Studentshavealreadylearnedsomebasicfamilyrelatedvocabularyinpreviouslessons,suchasfather,mother,sister,brother,etc.Theyalsohaveacertainunderstandingofsomeadjectivesusedtodescribepeople,likekind,friendly,tall,short,etc.

FamilyTreeStructureIntroduction:ShowstudentsasamplefamilytreeontheblackboardorPPT.Explainthestructureofthefamilytree,suchasthetoplevelrepresentstheoldestgeneration(usuallygrandparents),themiddlelevelrepresentsparents'generation,andthebottomlevelrepresentschildren'sgeneration.Also,explainhowtouselinestoconnectfamilymemberstoshowtheirrelationships.
