2025租賃合同英文版LEASEAGREEMENTThisLeaseAgreement("Agreement")isenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetween("Landlord")and("Tenant").PartiesTheLandlordis,residingat,andtheTenantis,residingat.PremisesTheLandlordagreestoleasetotheTenant,andtheTenantagreestoleasefromtheLandlord,thepropertylocatedat,,,,(the"Premises").TermofLeaseThetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon,2025,andterminateon,2025(the"LeaseTerm").RentalPaymentTheTenantshallpayrentintheamountof$permonth,payableonthedayofeachmonth,beginning,2025.AllpaymentsshallbemadetotheLandlordat,orviabanktransfertotheaccountprovidedbytheLandlord.Latepaymentsshallincuralatefeeof$,or5%oftherentamount,whicheverisgreater.SecurityDepositTheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof$uponsigningthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordassecurityfortheTenant'sperformanceunderthisAgreement.AnydeductionsfromthesecuritydepositshallbenotifiedtotheTenantinwriting,andtheremainingbalance,ifany,shallbereturnedtotheTenantwithin30daysoftheterminationoftheLeaseTerm.UseofPremisesTheTenantshallusethePremisessolelyforthepurposeof.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanyillegalactivityoranypurposeinconsistentwiththeintendedusestatedherein.TheTenantshallmaintainthePremisesinaclean,safe,and良好condition.MaintenanceandRepairsTheTenantshallberesponsiblefortheroutinemaintenanceandrepairsnecessarytokeepthePremisesingoodcondition.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforstructuralrepairsandanyrepairsrequiredduetonormalwearandtear.InsuranceTheTenantshallmaintainliabilityinsurancewithcoverageofatleast$,namingtheLandlordasanadditionalinsured.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithacopyoftheinsurancepolicyuponsigningthisAgreement.IndemnificationTheTenantagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLandlord,itsagents,employees,andassigns,fromanyclaims,damages,orliabilitiesarisingoutoftheTenant'suseofthePremises,exceptforclaimsattributabletotheLandlord'snegligence.DefaultandRemediesIntheeventofanydefaultbytheTenantunderthisAgreement,theLandlordmay,atitssolediscretion,pursueanyofthefollowingremedies:(a)terminatethisAgreementimmediately;(b)recoverpossessionofthePremises;(c)pursueallremediesprovidedbylaw,includingbutnotlimitedtoseekingdamagesforbreachofcontract.TerminationEitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupondays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartyisinmaterialbreachofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithindaysofreceiptofnotice.ModificationsAnymodificationoramendmenttothisAgreementmustbeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.NowaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallbedeemedtobeawaiverofanyotherprovisionortoaffectthevalidityofthisAgreementasawhole.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof.AnylegalactionorproceedingarisingoutoforrelatedtothisAgreementshallbebroughtinthecourtsof,andthepartiesconsenttothejurisdictionofsuchcourts.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheLandlordandtheTenantregardingtheleaseofthePremises.Anyprioragreements,understandings,ornegotiationsaresupersededbythisAgreement.CounterpartsThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichshalltogetherconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.InWitnessWhereofThepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisAgreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.LandlordName:Signature:Date:TenantName:Signature:Date:GuarantorName:Signatur
