2025企業(yè)租賃合同（雙語(yǔ)）正文本合同（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“本合同”）由以下雙方于年月日在（城市/地區(qū)）簽訂：出租方（以下稱“甲方”）：名稱：地址：聯(lián)系人：聯(lián)系電話：電子郵箱：承租方（以下稱“乙方”）：名稱：地址：聯(lián)系人：聯(lián)系電話：電子郵箱：鑒于甲方擁有以下所述之租賃物的合法所有權(quán)，并愿意將其出租給乙方使用；乙方同意按本合同之條款租賃該租賃物。雙方本著平等、自愿、誠(chéng)實(shí)信用的原則，經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：第一條租賃物描述1.1甲方同意向乙方出租以下租賃物（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“租賃物”）：名稱：型號(hào)：數(shù)量：狀況：其他描述：1.2乙方確認(rèn)已對(duì)租賃物進(jìn)行了充分的了解和檢查，并同意按現(xiàn)狀接收租賃物。第二條租賃期限2.1本合同的租賃期限為年，自年月日起至年月日止。2.2若乙方希望在租賃期屆滿后繼續(xù)租用租賃物，雙方應(yīng)于租賃期屆滿前個(gè)月協(xié)商續(xù)租事宜。如雙方達(dá)成一致，應(yīng)另行簽訂書面協(xié)議。否則，本合同將于租賃期屆滿之日自動(dòng)終止。2.3本合同的租賃期限不得隨意延長(zhǎng)或縮短，除非雙方協(xié)商一致并簽署書面補(bǔ)充協(xié)議。第三條租金及支付方式3.1乙方同意向甲方支付租金，租金總額為（金額）（幣種），其中包括租賃期內(nèi)的使用費(fèi)用及其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用。3.2租金應(yīng)按以下方式支付：每（月/季度/半年）支付，每期租金為（金額）（幣種），應(yīng)于每期開(kāi)始后的個(gè)工作日內(nèi)支付至甲方指定賬戶。甲方指定賬戶信息：開(kāi)戶銀行：賬戶名稱：賬號(hào)：3.3若乙方逾期支付租金，應(yīng)按日向甲方支付逾期金額的‰作為違約金，直至租金付清為止。3.4甲方應(yīng)于收到租金后個(gè)工作日內(nèi)向乙方提供合法的收款憑證。第四條雙方權(quán)利與義務(wù)甲方的權(quán)利與義務(wù)：4.1甲方應(yīng)按時(shí)交付租賃物，并確保租賃物在租賃開(kāi)始時(shí)處于可正常使用狀態(tài)。4.2甲方有權(quán)監(jiān)督乙方的使用情況，并在租賃物出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)提供必要的維修服務(wù)（費(fèi)用由承擔(dān)）。4.3在租賃期內(nèi)，甲方不得將租賃物出租給第三方，也不得對(duì)租賃物進(jìn)行抵押或其他權(quán)利限制。4.4甲方應(yīng)協(xié)助乙方辦理與租賃物使用相關(guān)的手續(xù)（如需）。乙方的權(quán)利與義務(wù)：4.5乙方應(yīng)按本合同約定支付租金及相關(guān)費(fèi)用。4.6乙方應(yīng)妥善使用租賃物，不得擅自改變租賃物的結(jié)構(gòu)或用途，不得用于非法活動(dòng)，不得轉(zhuǎn)租、轉(zhuǎn)借或允許第三方使用。4.7乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)租賃物在租賃期間的日常維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用，確保租賃物處于良好的使用狀態(tài)。4.8在租賃期間，若租賃物發(fā)生損壞或故障，乙方應(yīng)及時(shí)通知甲方，并協(xié)助甲方進(jìn)行維修。第五條合同的變更與終止5.1本合同的任何變更均需經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，并簽署書面補(bǔ)充協(xié)議方可生效。5.2在租賃期內(nèi)，若發(fā)生以下情形之一，甲方有權(quán)立即終止本合同，并要求乙方賠償由此造成的損失：a)乙方未按本合同約定支付租金超過(guò)日；b)乙方擅自改變租賃物的用途或結(jié)構(gòu)；c)乙方利用租賃物進(jìn)行非法活動(dòng)；d)乙方未經(jīng)甲方同意轉(zhuǎn)租或轉(zhuǎn)借租賃物。5.3在租賃期內(nèi)，若發(fā)生以下情形之一，乙方有權(quán)提前終止本合同，并要求甲方退還已支付的未使用部分租金：a)甲方未按本合同約定交付租賃物超過(guò)日；b)甲方提供的租賃物存在重大缺陷，導(dǎo)致乙方無(wú)法正常使用。5.4本合同終止后，乙方應(yīng)立即歸還租賃物，并確保租賃物處于良好狀態(tài)。如租賃物存在損壞或丟失，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的賠償責(zé)任。第六條違約責(zé)任6.1除本合同另有約定外，任何一方未履行或未完全履行其在本合同項(xiàng)下的義務(wù)，均構(gòu)成違約。6.2違約方應(yīng)賠償因其違約行為給守約方造成的全部損失（包括但不限于直接損失、間接損失、律師費(fèi)、訴訟費(fèi)等）。6.3若乙方未按期支付租金，除支付逾期租金及違約金外，甲方有權(quán)暫?；蚪K止提供服務(wù)，直至乙方履行全部義務(wù)。第七條爭(zhēng)議解決7.1本合同履行過(guò)程中如發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決。協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向（城市/地區(qū)）人民法院提起訴訟。7.2本合同的解釋和適用均適用中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)。第八條其他條款8.1本合同未盡事宜，雙方可另行簽訂書面補(bǔ)充協(xié)議，補(bǔ)充協(xié)議與本合同具有同等法律效力。8.2本合同自雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效。8.3本合同正本一式份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)份，具有同等法律效力。8.4如需翻譯成英文版本，英文版本應(yīng)與中文版本內(nèi)容一致，具有同等法律效力。英文版本CONTRACTFOREQUIPMENTLEASE(SINO-ENGLISHVERSION)2025ThisContract(hereinafterreferredtoas"thisContract")isenteredintoonthedateofdayofmonth,2025,inthecityof,People'sRepublicofChina,between:Lessor(hereinafterreferredtoas"Lessor"or"甲方"):Name:Address:ContactPerson:PhoneNumber:Email:Lessee(hereinafterreferredtoas"Lessee"or"乙方"):Name:Address:ContactPerson:PhoneNumber:Email:WhereasLessorownsthelegalownershipofthefollowingdescribedpropertyandiswillingtoleaseittoLesseeforuse;LesseeagreestoleasethepropertyinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.TheLessorandLesseeherebyagreeasfollows:Section1DescriptionofLeasedProperty1.1LessoragreestoleasethefollowingpropertytoLessee:Name:Model:Quantity:Condition:OtherDescriptions:1.2Lesseeconfirmsthatithasfullyunderstoodandinspectedthepropertyandagreestoacceptitinitscurrentcondition.Section2TermofLease2.1ThetermofthisContractisyears,fromdayofmonth,2025,todayofmonth,2025.2.2IfLesseewishesto續(xù)租thepropertyaftertheexpirationoftheleaseterm,bothpartiesshallnegotiatethetermsof續(xù)租atleastmonthsbeforetheexpirationdate.Ifanagreementisreached,aseparatewrittenagreementshallbesigned.Otherwise,thisContractshallautomaticallyterminateupontheexpirationoftheleaseterm.2.3ThetermofthisContractshallnotbearbitrarilyextendedorshortenedunlessbothpartiesagreeinwriting.Section3RentandPaymentTerms3.1Lesseeagreestopaytherentasfollows:Totalrent:（Amount）（Currency）,whichincludestheusefeesandotherrelatedfeesfortheleaseterm.3.2Rentshallbepaidinthefollowingmanner:（Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-annually）payments,witheachinstallmentamountingto（Amount）（Currency）,andshallbepaidwithinbusinessdaysafterthestartofeachperiodtotheaccountdesignatedbyLessor.DesignatedaccountinformationofLessor:Bank:AccountName:AccountNumber:3.3IfLesseefailstopaytherentontime,itshallpayLessora滯納金of‰oftheoverdueamountperdayuntiltherentisfullypaid.3.4LessorshallprovidealegitimatepaymentreceipttoLesseewithinbusinessdaysafterreceivingtherent.Section4RightsandObligationsofBothPartiesRightsandObligationsofLessor:4.1LessorshalldeliverthepropertytoLesseeontimeandensurethatthepropertyisingoodconditionforuseatthestartofthelease.4.2LessorhastherighttosupervisetheuseofthepropertybyLesseeandprovidenecessarymaintenanceservicesifthepropertyfailsduringtheleaseterm(coststobeborneby).4.3Duringtheleaseterm,Lessorshallnotleasethepropertytoanythirdpartyorpledgeorotherwiseencumbertheproperty.4.4LessorshallassistLesseein辦理手續(xù)relatedtotheuseoftheproperty(ifrequired).RightsandObligationsofLessee:4.5LesseeshallpaytherentandotherfeesasstipulatedinthisContract.4.6Lesseeshallusethepropertyproperlyandshallnotalteritsstructureoruseitforillegalactivities.LesseeshallnotsubleaseorallowanythirdpartytousethepropertywithoutLessor'sconsent.4.7Lesseeshallbearthecostof日常maintenanceandupkeepofthepropertyduringtheleasetermandensurethatthepropertyremainsingoodcondition.4.8Duringtheleaseterm,ifthepropertyisdamagedorfails,LesseeshallpromptlynotifyLessorandassistintherepair.Section5AmendmentandTerminationoftheContract5.1AnyamendmenttothisContractshallbemadeinwritingandonlycomeintoeffectafterbothpartieshaveagreedinwriting.5.2Duringtheleaseterm,ifanyofthefollowingcircumstancesoccur,LessorshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyandrequireLesseetocompensateforanylossesincurred:a)Lesseefailstopaytherentforoverdays;b)Lesseealterstheproperty'suseorstructurewithoutpriornotice;c)Lesseeusesthepropertyforillegalactivities;d)LesseesubleasesorlendsthepropertytoanythirdpartywithoutLessor'sconsent.5.3Duringtheleaseterm,ifanyofthefollowingcircumstancesoccur,LesseeshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractprematurelyandrequestLessortorefundtherentpaidfortheunusedportion:a)Lessorfailstodeliverthepropertyontimeforoverdays;b)ThepropertyprovidedbyLessorhassignificantdefects,makingitunusableforLessee.5.4UponterminationofthisContract,Lesseeshallreturnthepropertyimmediatelyandensureitisingoodcondition.Ifthepropertyisdamagedorlost,Lesseeshallbeliableforthecorrespondingdamages.Section6LiabilityforBreachofContract6.1AnyfailurebyeitherpartytoperformorfullyperformitsobligationsunderthisContractconstitutesabreachoftheContract.6.2Thebreachingpartyshallcompensatethenon-breachingpartyforalllosses(includingbutnotlimitedtodirectlosses,indirectlosses,lawyerfees,litigationfees,etc.)resultingfromthebreach.6.3IfLesseefailstopaytherentontime,inadditiontopayingtheoverduerentand違約金,LessorhastherighttosuspendorterminatetheservicesuntilLesseefulfillsallobligations.Section7DisputeResolution7.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContractshallberesolvedamicablybymutualconsultationbetweentheparties.Ifnosettlementisreached,eitherpartymaybringthemattertothePeople'sCourtof（city/region）,People'sRepublicofChina,
