燃油噴射閥,噴油閥驅動PleaserefertoFig.9-1fortheoverallconfigurationoftheEngineControlSystem.Afterthatisabriefdescriptionofthemaincomponents.TheArcnetcontrolnetworkisusedbytheECS,whichtransferssignalsbetweeneachMPC.Tworedundantnetworksarerunninginparallel,onebeingahotbackupfortheother(兩個冗余的網(wǎng)絡并聯(lián)運行,一個作為另一個的熱備份).The120ohmsterminationresistorislocatedatbothendsofeachnetworkconnections.TheresistorsfornetAarelocatedatMOPBandECUBJ65respectively,theresistorfornetBatMOPAandECUAJ65.9.1NETWORKMainOperationPanelisthehumanmachineinterface.Wecancarryoutenginecommands,adjusttheengineparameters,selectenginerunningmodes,observethestatusofthecontrolsystemanddoservicejobetc.However,therunningoftheengineisnotdependantontheMOP,becausethecommands/ordersarecommunicateddirectlybetweentheMPCs.但是,發(fā)動機的運行并不依賴MOP(主操作面板),因為指令/命令直接在MPC(多用途控制器)之間傳輸。9.2MOPEICUistheinterfacebetweenECSandexternalsystemssuchasAMS,PMSandRemoteControl/SafetySystemetc,showninFig.9-2.EICUreceivesnavigationalcommands,suchasspeedsetpoint,directionofenginerotation,increaselimitationandslowdowncommandetc,fromtheRemoteControlsystem.Therawspeedsetpointisfilteredbythespeedpre-processorintheEICU,suchasLoadprogram,Slowdownspeed,Minspeed,Maxspeed,PTOandBarredspeedrangeetc(原始速度設定值被EICU(發(fā)動機界面控制單元)中的速度預處理器過濾處理,例如負荷加載程序(速度限制),減速速度,最低速度,最高速度,軸帶輸出(速度)和禁用速度區(qū)等等).Thenthepre-processedspeedsetpointisavailableonArcnetfortheECU.Uponreceivingslowdowncommand,EICUwillsendthepresetslowdownspeedsetpoint(41.6RPM)toECU.ThetworedundantEICUunitsoperateinparallel,onebeingahotbackupfortheother.9.3EICUECUimplementsthefunctionsofthetraditionalgovernorandotherfunctionsrequiredbyMEtypeengine,e.g.hydraulicpressuresetpoint.TheamountoffuelinjectioniscalculatedherebyECUbasedonvariousfuellimiters,suchasscavengeairlimiter,torquelimiteretc(這里噴油量由ECU(發(fā)動機控制單元)基于各種燃油限制計算出來,例如掃氣空氣限制,扭矩限制等).Thetimingparametersforfuelinjectionandexhaustvalve,thecylinderlubricationfeedratearecalculatedalsoinECUandthenallthecalculatedresultsaresenttoCCUviaArcnet.Likewise,thecalculatedhydraulicpressuresetpointissenttoACU.9.4ECUCCUreceivesthevaliddata,suchasfuelinjectionamount,timing,cylinderlubricationfeedrateetc,fromECUviaArcnet.Atthecorrectstartangletheinjectionisinitiatedandcontrolledaccordingtothefuelamountcommand.Whentheinjectioniscompleted,theexhaustvalveopenandclosecontrolsignalisthenactivatedandCCUensuresthecorrectexhaustvalveopen/closeprocesshasbeencarriedout.ThecylinderlubricatorisactivatedbyCCUaccordingtothefeedrateamountreceivedfromtheECU.9.5CCUIntheeventofafailureoftheCCUforonecylinder,thiscylinderwillautomaticallybeputoutofoperation.Tokeepcylinderlubrication,connectthelubricatorsolenoidvalvetoECUJ52bysparespecialrunningcable(為了保持氣缸潤滑,通過備用的特殊的電纜把氣缸注油器的電磁閥連接到ECU(發(fā)動機控制單元)的J52上).ThenthecylinderlubricatorwillbeactivatedbyECUrandomly.9.5CCUACUcontrolsthepressureoftheHydraulicPowerSupplysystemandtheelectricalstart-uppumpsusingthe‘PressureSetpoint’givenbytheECUasareference.Furthermore,thestartandstopoftheauxiliaryblowersarecontrolledaccordingtothescavengeairpressure.ThecontroloftheauxiliaryequipmentontheengineisnormallydividedamongthreeACUssothat,intheeventofafailureofoneunit,thereissufficientredundancytopermitcontinuousoperationoftheengine.9.6ACU9.7InterfacebetweenECSandRCSAtbridgecontrol,thespeedsetpointandothernavigationalcommandsaresentfromremotecontrolsystemtoECSviaRS485serialcommunicationchannel(EICUJ68).Theslowdowncommandisalsotransferredviathisport,i.e.softwarewise.AtECRcontrol,thespeedsetpointsignal(4-20mA)isconnectedtoEICU(J27)directly.Theslowdownfunctionworksinthesamewayasunderbridgecontrol.Atlocalcontrol,thespeedsetpointsignal(4-20mA)isconnecteddirectlytoECU,sotheslowdownfunctioniscancelled.Theshutdownfunctionishardwarewiseandalwayseffectiveunderwhatevercontrolstation.9.7InterfacebetweenECSandRCS9.8FIVABasedonthefuelinjectionamountandexhaustvalveopen/closetiming,theCCUsendstherequiredFIVAvalvemainspoolpositionsignaltotheFIVAvalve(seeFig.9-3).TheFIVAvalveisaproportionalvalvewhichcontrolsthehydraulicoilflowratetotheHydraulicCylinderUnit.Theoilflowzeropoint(30L/min)andthemainspoolzeropositionarecalibratedaccuratelybyCWATandMBDrespectively.ThemainspoolactualpositionfeedbackismonitoredbyCCUcontinuously.Ifunexpectedvalueisreceived,theCCUwillinhibittheoperationoftheFIVAvalveinquestion,thuscorrespondingcylinderwillbeputoutofoperationandslowdowncommandisreleased.如果接收到意外值,CCU(氣缸控制單元)將會禁止故障的FIVA閥動作,相應氣缸將停止運行并發(fā)出減速指令。9.8FIVAThefuelplungerpositionsensorisalsoadopted,whichisusedforsupervisingofthefuelplungermovement.Ifunexpectedpositionencountered,analarmwillbereleased,butnoslowdowncommandreleased.Theexhaustvalvepositionsensorisusedfortheexhaustvalveopen/closecontrol.Basedonthepositionfeedback,theCCUensurestheexhaustvalvehasbeenopenedorclosedjustincorrecttiming.Ifunexpectedfeedbackencountered,thiscylinderwillbeputoutofoperationandslowdowncommandisreleased.9.8FIVA
