通知

通知一般用于上級(jí)對(duì)下級(jí)、組織對(duì)成員布置工作、傳達(dá)事情和召集會(huì)議等。通知分為書面通知和口頭通知。書面通知

強(qiáng)調(diào)語句簡練，用詞貼切，用于書面化，而口頭通知比較靈活簡練，較為口語化。書面通知的正文上面的正中有Notice

或Announcement標(biāo)志，在正文最后的右下角要寫上發(fā)通知的單位或組織者的姓名，通知里有注意事項(xiàng)

報(bào)道（Report）是社會(huì)生活中一種常見的應(yīng)用文體，通常只用書面或廣播電視等形式發(fā)表的新聞稿.
