ofthe66culturaloutcomeswctracked.Foreachoftheculturaloutcomes,wccalculatedtheaverageamount
oftheculturaldiversityacrosssocietiesthatwasexplainedbythiscombinationofninedifferentecological
factors.Wefoundthatnearly20%ofculturalvariationwasexplainedbythecombinationoftheseecological
