192一、項(xiàng)目概況工程名稱：舍弗勒安亭研發(fā)中心建設(shè)地點(diǎn)：該新建項(xiàng)目位于上海市安亭安虹路建設(shè)單位：舍弗勒亞洲管理（上海）有限公司基地總面積15150m2，建筑占地面積7358m2,總建筑面積18331m2,二、項(xiàng)目組成：項(xiàng)目簡介本工程由主體建筑，鍋爐房，汽車加油站及配套生產(chǎn)輔助設(shè)施等組成。工程性質(zhì)和耐火等級等：主體建筑由三部分組成：測試區(qū)域，辦公區(qū)域，展示區(qū)域。測試區(qū)為一層（局部夾層）鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)建筑，從事汽車零部件的開發(fā)研制及測試?；馂?zāi)危險性類別屬于丁類，耐火等級為一級，建筑高度為9.65m。辦公區(qū)為混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)三層建筑，分南北兩部分，與測試中心相臨。耐火等級為一級，建筑高度為19.65m。展示區(qū)位于橢圓形混凝土框架建筑的底層，層高8m。耐火等級為一級。三、建筑物位置及設(shè)計標(biāo)高:廠區(qū)內(nèi)各建筑單體在總平面內(nèi)的位置詳見總平面圖中有關(guān)標(biāo)注。建筑標(biāo)高：主體建筑0.000標(biāo)高，相當(dāng)于絕對標(biāo)高＋5.200米（吳淞高程），室內(nèi)外高差450mm。本圖紙所注地面、樓面、樓梯平臺均為建筑完成面標(biāo)高。屋面標(biāo)高為結(jié)構(gòu)（板面）標(biāo)高。門頂及窗洞口標(biāo)高為結(jié)構(gòu)留洞口標(biāo)高。四、總結(jié)前言A、此工程能中標(biāo)又喜又憂喜的是又有挑戰(zhàn)性的工程了，憂的是看到圖紙就知道是首次做這種工程1、圖紙是概念性，2、很多資料來不及看并且是英文其中還有不少是德文，3、此工程的技術(shù)含量及要求比較高尤其是德國的汽車制造業(yè)。B、整體工程分兩部分施工，建筑部份是旭普林施工，一層和局部夾層的安裝部份是陸海施工，由于工期緊進(jìn)口設(shè)備供貨周期長，圖紙設(shè)計又是德國的概念性圖紙是德文，在國內(nèi)翻譯出來的資料及圖紙又是非專業(yè)翻出來的資料故理解起來比較困難。C、建筑部分的圖紙是國內(nèi)設(shè)計的，一層和局部夾層的安裝部份是德國設(shè)計，專業(yè)之間銜接的主導(dǎo)思想存在偏差，這樣給工程施工的質(zhì)量以及功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)帶來很多困難。五、關(guān)鍵詞1ElectricalWorks電氣工程1UPS2Lowvoltageswitchgear低壓配電柜3currentbar電流排4layingsystem布線系統(tǒng)5cablesystem電纜系統(tǒng)6lowvoltageinstallation低壓安裝7interiorlighting室內(nèi)照明8potentialequalisation等電位9HC-controlsystemHC控制系統(tǒng)10telecommunicationcablenetwork&Buildingautomationsystem通訊電纜網(wǎng)絡(luò)和大樓自動化系統(tǒng) Thewiringintheinstallationsmustbeinflexiblewireanduptoa 安裝電線必須是軟線，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)顏色的電纜截面積25mm2crosssectionof25mm2withcolouraccordingnorm.
