Thiscodeiscomprisedofgeneralprovisions,termsandsymbols,pre-acceptanceinspection,preliminaryacceptance,commissioning,finalacceptanceandappendixes.
Articles3.4.2and3.6.3printedinboldtypearecompulsoryprovisionsandmustbeenforcedstrictly.

TheAcceptanceSpecificationsforWCDMADigitalCellularMobileCommunicationSystemEngineeringYD5173-2015hasbeendevelopedbyrevisingtheProvisionalAcceptanceSpecificationsfor2GHzWCDMADigitalCellularMobileCommunicationSystemYD/T5173-2009accordingtotherequirementsoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.
Duringtherevisionofthiscode,thedraftingteamhasconductedcomprehensiveinvestigationandresearchbyconsultingconstructorsonsitesandequipmentsuppliers,byorganizingseminarsanddiscussionsparticipatedbyrelevanttechniciansandbyfullysolicitingopinionsandadvicesfromtherelevantexperts.Thelatestspecificationhasbeenrevisedandconsummatedonthebasisofnewtechniquesadopted,newstandardsimplementedandnewrequirementsoftheoperatorsonengineeringimplementations.
ThiscodespecifiesWCDMAnetworkconstructionstandardsonequipmentroomconditions,relevantoutdoorfacilities,indoorequipment,acceptancecodes,etc.TheProvisionalAcceptanceSpecificationsfor2GHzWCDMADigitaLCellularMobileCommunicationSystemicmainlyrevisedasfollows.
1.Thecodeisrenamedas"AcceptanceSpecificationsforWCDMADigitalCellularMobileCommunicationSystemEngineeringYD5173-2015".
2.Compulsoryprovisionsarestreamlinedbydeletingandaddingsomecompulsoryprovisions.Thearticlenumbersofthecompulsoryprovisionsarelistedintheforeword,andtheprovisionsareexplainedindetailsintheExplanationofProvisions.
3.Thestructuresandcontentsof<Pre-acceptanceinspection>areadjusted.

1GeneralProvisions
1.0.1ThiscodeisapplicableforacceptanceofWCDMAdigitalcellularmobilenetworks.Itisthetechnicalbasisforconstructionqualityexamination,follow-upcheckandhandoveracceptance.
1.0.2TheProjectOwnershallstrengthenthesupervisionofconstructiontechniques/andskills,organizefollow-upchecksandsignrelevantcertificates,bydelegatingProjectSupervisor(orOn-siteRepresentativeoftheOwner)accordingtotherequirementsofthiscodeandengineeringdesigns.
1.0.3TheconstructiontechnologyandqualityoftheConstructorshallmeettherequirementsofthiscode.
1.0.4TelecommunicationequipmentusedshallbequalifiedwithnetworkentrylicensesissuedbytheMIIT;non-licensedonesmustnotbeused.
1.0.5Anti-seismicperformancesofequipmentsuchasswitches,transmissions,basestations,powersupplies,accessfacilities,serversandgateways,usedinpublictelecommunicationnetworksinareaswithstipulatedseismicresistanceatandabove7degrees,shallbetestedandqualified;otherwise,thenon-qualifiedequipmentmustnotbeused.
1.0.6Thecontentsofas-builtacceptanceitemsshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsofengineeringdesignsandthiscode.
1.0.7Therelevantnationalpoliciesandregulationsonenergyconservationandemissionreductionshallbecarriedoutthroughthewholeprocessofprojectconstruction.
1.0.8Therelevantnationalstandards(codes),lawsandregulationsshallbesuperiortothiscodeincaseofanydiscrepancy.
1.0.9Underspecificconditions,ifitsdifficulttoimplementspecificprovisionofthiscode,theveryreasonsshallbeaddressedsufficientlyandduesolutionsandmeasurestobetakenshallbesubmittedtothecompetentdepartmentforexaminationandapproval.

3Pre-AcceptanceInspection
3.1EquipmentRoomInspection
3.1.1Theconstructionofequipmentroomsshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns,andshallbecompleted,qualifiedandaccepted.Thewallsandfloorsoftheequipmentroomshallbefullydry.Thedoorsandwindowsshallbewell-sealed,dust-proofandanti-theft.
3.1.2Thelocationandsizeofreservedholesintheequipmentroom,andthemodel,quantityandlocationofembeddedpiecesshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.1.3Ifanunderfloorconduitisconstructedintheequipmentroom,itsrouteandmodelshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns,andtheconduitcovershallbefirm,neatandsealed,andtheconduitshallbewater-proof.
3.1.4Powersupplyshallbeavailableintheequipmentroom.Thelightingsystemhasbeenoperatingnormally.220VACpoweroutletsshallbeprovided.
3.1.5Theventilatingsystem,air-conditioningsystemandfire-fightingsystemshallbeinstalledandworkwell.Theindoortemperatureandhumidityshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.1.6Themonitoringsystemintheequpmentroomshallworkwell.
3.1.7Thelightningprotectionandearthingsystemoftheequipmentroomisinstalled,completedandqualified.Earthingresistancevalueshallmeettheengineeringdesignrequirements.
3.1.8FireprotectionfacilitiesfortheequipmentroomshallmeettherequirementsofthecurrentnationalfireprotectionspecificationsandthecurrentDesignStandardforFireProtectionofPostsandCommunicationsBuilding.Hazardousarticlessuchasflammableandexplosivearticlesmustnotbestoredinorneartheequipmentroom.
3.2TowerandMastInspection
3.2.1TheinspectionofsteeltowerandmastshallbeconductedaccordingtotheprovisionsofCheckandAcceptanceofStructureforMobileCommunicationSteelTowerandMastYD/T5132andtherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.2.2Wherescalableantennamounts(rooftowers,pedestalsorlattice-stylemasts),mountingpolesorothersareusedtoinstallantennas,theinstallation,loads,anti-seismicpropertiesandlightning-proofmeasuresofthoseshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.3CableConduitandCableTrayInspection
3.3.1Thelocation,heightandearthingofcableconduitsandcabletraysshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.3.2Themountingofcableconduitsandcabletraysshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements.
1Entirecableconduitsandcabletraysshallbefixedstraightwithoutfluctuationorinclination.
2Cableconduitsandcabletraysshallremainparallelwithwallsorrowsofequipmentframes.Horizontaldeviationshallnotbelargerthan2.0‰.

3Cableconduitsandcabletraysshallbehungandfixedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Thehungandfixedcableconduitsandtraysshallbevertical,tidy,neatandfirm.
4Thepostssupportingcableconduitsandtraysshallbeixedverticallyandfirmlyontheground,theverticaldeviationshallnotbelargerthan1.5‰.Allpoststowardsthesamedirectionshallbefixedinthesameline.Thelocationofapostmaybeproperlymovedifequipmentinstallationisobstructedbythepost.
5Theflanksupportsofcableconduitsandreinforcedprofile-fixingsatconduit(tray)endsshallbemountedfirmly,neatlyandstraight.
6Thehorizontalcableconduitandcabletrayalongthewallshallbeparallelwiththefloor,andtheverticalcableconduitandcabletrayalongthewallshallbeverticalwiththefloor.
7Protectiveframesshallbeusedwherecableconduitsandtrayspassthroughtheholesoffloorsorwalls.Aftercablesbeinglaidandbound,theholesshallbesealedwithfire-resistantcoversorfireproofsealants.Theprotectiveframesandthecoversshallbepaintedwiththesamecolorasthatofthefloorsorthewalls.
3.3.3Theconduitsshallbemountedstraight,neatlyandfirmly.Theconduitsaboveandalongtherowsofequipmentframesshallbeinstalledinline,andthehorizontaldeviationsofjointsatadjacentconduitsshallnotbelargerthan2mm.
3.3.4Theexposedlengthofexpansionboltsusedforsupportandreinforcementshallbethesame(about5mmafternutsbeingfastened).
3.3.5Iron-wearsshallbepaintedwiththelsamecolor.Paintcoats(orpaintpatches)shallbeevenanduniformwithoutbrushmarksandbubbles.
3.3.6Thecableconduitandcabletrayshallbeearthedreliably.
3.4EquipmentInstallationInspection
3.4.1Equipmentinstallationshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements.
1Installation/locationsshallmeettherequirementsinthelayoutdrawingsofengineeringdesigns.
2Equipmentframeshallbesetvertically,andtheverticaldeviationshallnotbelargerthan1‰.
3Frontpanelsoftheequipmentframesinthesamerowshallbeinaverticalplane,andthedoorsshallbeopenedandclosedfreely.Thegapsbetweenadjacentframesshallnotbelargerthan3mm.
4Protectionmeasuresofelectrostaticdischargeoftheequipmentshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
5Allsigns,symbolsandlabelsshallbeclear,intactandaccurate.
6Aftertheinstallationoftheequipment,allaccessoriesshallbefixedfirmly,withoutanylooseness.
3.4.2Anti-seismicmeasuresandreinforcementofequipmentframesmustmeettherequirementsoftheDesignSpecificationforAnti-SeismicInstallationofTelecommunicationEquipmentYD5059andengineeringdesigns.
3.4.3LightningprotectionandearthingsystemsforequipmentshallmeettherequirementsofTheSpecificationsofEngineeringDesignforLightningProtectionandEarthingDesignforTelecommu-nicationBureaus(Stations)GB50689.

3.5AntennaandFeederInspection
3.5.1Theinstallationlocationsandreinforcementmethodsofantennasandfeeders,thedistancebetweenantennas(includingantennasofothersystems)andthedistancetonear-fieldobstaclesshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.5.2Antennaazimuthandpitchangleshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Theallowableazimuthdeviationshallbe±5°,andtheallowablepitchangledeviationshallbe±1°.
3.5.3Thelightningprotectionandearthingsystemoftheantennaandfeedershallworkwell,andtheearthingresistancevalueshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Antennashallbewithintheprotectiveumbrellazonewith45°coneangleagainstandunderthelightningrod.
3.5.4Thegauge,model,routingdirection,cabling,bindingandearthingoffeedersandalloutdoorwires,cablesandcontrolcablesshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Thebendingradiusoffeedersshallnotbelessthan20timesoftheexternaldiameter(thebendingradiusofflexiblefeedersshallnotbelessthan10timesoftheexternaldiameter).Feederbendsforpreventingrainwaterinvasionshallbemadebeforefeedersareledintotheequipmentroom.Thefeederbendsshallbesmoothanduniform.Thelowestpointofthebendsshallbe100mmlowerthanthelowedgeofcableentrance.
3.5.5Antennaandfeedersystemperformanceinspection:
1Feederattenuationshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
2Voltagestandingwaveratio(VSWR)oftheantennaandfeedersystemshallnotbegreaterthan1.5.
3.5.6ThelightningprotectionandearthingsystemforantennasandfeedersshallmeettherequirementsofTheSpecificationspfEngineeringDesignforLightningProtectionandEarthingDesignforTelecommunicationBureaus(Stations)GB50689andengineeringdesigns.
3.5.7Theinstallationlocationsofoutdoorequipmentshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Thefirmandsteadyinstallationshallbemadetomeettherequirementsofanti-seismic,windproof,rain-proof,lightning-protective,anti-theftandheat-dissipatedperformance.
3.5.8Cables(includingopticalfiber)ofoutdoorequipmentshallbelaidfirmly,neatlywithwater-proofmeasuresandreliableconnections.Allcablesshallbelaidseparatelywithoutcrossingaccordingtotheirclassifications.Remainedcablesshallbeixedneatlyandtheirbendingradiusesshallmeetrequirements.
3.5.9Beautificationofantennasshallbecarriedouttomeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3.5.10Labelsofthefeedersandalloutdoorwiresandcablesshallbecorrectlychosen,clearlymarked,standardlyfixedandneatlyarranged.
3.5.11Cableentryholesintheequipmentroomshallbesealedaftercableinstallationwithfireproofmaterialswhosefireproofratingsarenotlowerthanthoseofthebuildingwalls.Waterproofsealingforfeedercableentrypanelsshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesignsandinstallationspecifications.
3.6CableLayingInspection
3.6.1Thelayingofthesignalwireandcontrolwireshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements.
1Thegauge,modelandquantityofcablesshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.

2Thesignalwire,controlwireandpowerlineincableconduitsandcabletraysshallbelaidseparatelyandorderlyaccordingtoengineeringdesigns.
3Thecablesshallbelaidstraightlyandneatlywithoutanycrossingandtwisting.
4Thecablesshallbetieduniformlyandmoderatelytothetransversebeamsofcableconduitandcabletray,neithertooloosenortootight.
5Thebendsofcablesshallbeuniformandsmooth,andthebendingradiusshallnotbelessthan
20timesofthecableexternaldiameter.
6Bothendsofthecableshallbemarkedobviously.
7Fiberpigtailgroovesorcorrugatedprotectivesleevesshallbeusedwhenopticpigtailcablesaredistributedoutsidethecabinets.Theprotectivesleevesshallextendintothecabinetsandanycutsoftheprotectivesleevesshallbewrappedwithadhesivetapes.Whenopticalfiberpigtailcablesarecoiledandwiredincabinets,thebendingradiusshallnotbelessthan40mm.
3.6.2ThelayingofpowerlinesshallbeincompliancewiththefoHowingrequirements.
1Thegaugeandmodeloffeederbusbarshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns,andthepowerlinesshallbelaidneatlyandaesthetically,withoutanycrossingandtwisting.
2Thesheathsofmainpowersupplycablesshallbeintact;theinsulationresistanceofcablecoretoground(ormetalscreenlayers)shallmeetthetechnicalrequirementsforthecables.
3Thebendsofpowercablesshallbeumiformandsmooth.Thebendingradiusofarmoredpowercablesshallnotbelessthan12timesoftheexternaldiameter.Thebendingradiusofplasticcladpower
cablesorotherflexiblecablesshallnotbelessthan6timesoftheexternaldiameter.
4Thelayingofpowerlinesforequipmentshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements.
1)Powerlinesmaybebundledandstraightlylaidalongtheframesfromtoptobottomifthelead-inholesforpowercablesareatthetopoftheframes.
2)Theterminallugsatbothendsofpowerlinesshallbeweldedtogetherfirmly,neatlyandreliablysoastolensuregoodelectricalconnections.Bothendsofpowerlinesshallbeobviouslymarked.
3.6.3Powercablesusedformainpowersupplymustbeintact,entireandcomplete,withoutanyjoint.
3.7PowerSupplySystemandMonitoringSystemInspection
3.7.1Thepowersupplysystemshallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.Thepowerlinesshallbeconnectedreliablywithcorrectpolarity.Allairswitchesandfusesshallbeconnectedandclampedfirmlywithobviousandaccuratemarks.
3.7.2Thebuilt-inmonitoringsystem,allauxiliaryequipmentandalarmfacilitiesshallbeinagoodworkingstate.

4PreliminaryAcceptance
4.1PreliminaryAcceptanceTestingRequirements
4.1.1Preliminaryacceptanceshallbeconductedonlyaftertheequipmentissuccessfullyinstalledandqualifiedbycheckingandtesting.
4.1.2Afterreceivingthehandovernotificationandas-builtdocumentsfromtheconstructor,theownershallorganizeanacceptanceteamforpreliminaryacceptanceinaccordancewiththerelevantdocumentaryinstructions,whiletheconstructor,designer,supervisorandequipmentsupplieroragentshallactivelycooperatewith.
4.1.3Testingcontentsforpreliminaryacceptanceshallbepreparedaccordingtothiscode,andparameterstobetestedshallmeettherequirementsofbothdesigndocumentsandtechnicalspecifications.
4.1.4Ifanykeyparameterorperformancefallingshortoftherequirementsisfoundduringpreliminaryacceptancetesting,theresponsiblepartyshallsolvetheproblemsintime.Re-testingshallbecarriedoutaftertheproblemsbeingsolved.
4.2PreliminaryAcceptanceItems
4.2.1Preliminaryacceptanceitemsforwirelessnetworkscontain:
1Inspectionofbasestationconfigurations:
1)Softwareandhardwareareinstalledcorrectly,andindicatorsofallindividualunitsareworkingproperly,
2)Theconfigurationsoffrequency,coderesource,channelandpowershallmeettherequirementsofengineeringdesigns.
3)Systemparametersareconfiguredproperly.
4)Adjacentcellsshallbeallocatedproperly.
2ThecontentsofOMC-RfunctionsandperformancestobetestedforacceptanceshallbesetrespectivelyinaccordancewithAppendixB.0.1:OMC-RfunctionacceptancetableandAppendixB.0.2:OMC-Rperformanceacceptancetable.
3PerformanceIndicators.
1)ThecontentsofwirelessnetworkfunctionstobetestedforacceptanceshallbesetinaccordancewithAppendixB.0.3:Wirelessnetworkfunctionacceptancetable.
