1、防撞護(hù)欄施工方案(Rev1#)Method Statement to crash barrier(Rev1#)工程概況Project Overview 周家梁大橋位于四川省宣漢縣南壩鎮(zhèn)，距南壩鎮(zhèn)街約5km，該橋?yàn)榭缭角昂佣O(shè)，孔跨布置為6孔30m預(yù)應(yīng)力混泥土簡(jiǎn)支T 梁（橋面連續(xù)，6孔一聯(lián)）橋梁全長(zhǎng)210m。全橋兩側(cè)設(shè)置防撞墻，下部寬度0.5m,高度1.14m.混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)高度為0.863m,頂部為鋼管扶手。Zhoujialiang Bridge is situated at Nanba town, Xuanhan county, Sichuan, which is about 5 km away

2、 from downtown of Naban town(Street). This bridge ,constructed to cross over the Qianhe river, is simply supported T-shaped prestressed bridge with 6 spans of 30m (continuous deck, six spans). Total length of the bridge is 210 m. Install crash barrier on both sides, it is 0.5m wide at the bottom and

3、 1.4m high. The height of concrete structure is 0.863m, while tube guardrails installed at top of it.三、防撞護(hù)欄施工方法 Practices for Crash Barrier（一）護(hù)欄的施工護(hù)欄采用C30混凝土澆筑，全橋21m，每15m設(shè)置一道2cm斷縫，斷縫處采用油浸木板填縫。護(hù)欄內(nèi)預(yù)埋泄水孔間距4m。護(hù)欄內(nèi)外側(cè)模采用定型鋼模，由專業(yè)廠家生產(chǎn)。在澆好的橋面上用全站儀放出橋梁中心線，然后放出護(hù)欄底角線和模板控制線，整型綁扎鋼筋，清理干凈護(hù)欄底部，模板立好之后用自動(dòng)精平水準(zhǔn)儀測(cè)出標(biāo)高，檢收合格

4、后進(jìn)行混凝土澆筑。15m一循環(huán)。 Pour the barrier with C30 concrete. Set up a 2cm break-joint in each 15cm along the whole 21m bridge and pack those joints with oil immersed boards. Pre-embed drainage hole every 4m inside the barrier. Use formulized steel formwork produced by professional manufacturer for the outer

5、 side. Measure the center line on the finished deck with total station, then the barrier base angle line and formwork control line. Integer and bind reinforcement, clean out the bottom of barrier, measure elevation with automatic pure flat level after erecting the form, pour concrete after inspectio

6、n. Repeat it every 15m.1、 鋼筋工程Rebar Works 鋼筋的進(jìn)場(chǎng)，要有出廠質(zhì)量保證書。沒有出廠質(zhì)量保證書的鋼筋，不能進(jìn)場(chǎng)，對(duì)每批進(jìn)場(chǎng)的鋼筋，嚴(yán)格按規(guī)范規(guī)定取樣試驗(yàn)合格后才能使用。 鋼筋焊接，焊接頭要經(jīng)過試驗(yàn)合格后，才允許正式作業(yè)，在一批焊件期間，隨機(jī)抽檢，并以此作為加強(qiáng)焊接作業(yè)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督考核。鋼筋安裝完成后預(yù)埋PVC管，長(zhǎng)度50cm.為橋面排水系統(tǒng)預(yù)留孔道。Rebar should have quality certificate provided by manufacture before mobilization. Reserve drainage holes for the deck drainage system.2、模板工程Formwork Works 模板要符合結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，保證有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度，并要裝拆方便。使用過的模板必須經(jīng)過清潔處理后才能重新拼裝使用。拆模板必須等混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)到規(guī)定的強(qiáng)度后才能進(jìn)行，拆模板時(shí)，要保證不會(huì)引起混凝土的損壞。拆除的模板應(yīng)墊平、整齊堆放，防止扭曲變形，并及時(shí)清理干凈。模板安裝時(shí)采用簡(jiǎn)易的吊裝設(shè)備，兩個(gè)人操作吊裝設(shè)備（計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)下圖），將模板掛于吊裝設(shè)備力矩短的一端，兩個(gè)人在力矩長(zhǎng)的一端施力，使模板離開地面，緩慢移動(dòng)

9、吊裝設(shè)備，將模板移到安裝位置，計(jì)算吊裝設(shè)備車輪的位置安放方木，便于停止吊裝設(shè)備的移動(dòng)。外模吊裝到位后用鋼筋與護(hù)欄預(yù)埋筋焊接連接。內(nèi)外模用拉桿連接，確保固定。Make sure the formwork is suitable in size, enough strength and rigidity and easy to dismantle. Removed formwork must be cleaned out before reassembled. Remove forms only on the basis of reaching the specified strength and

10、 without causing any damage to the concrete. Level up the removed forms in order and clean up in time. Operate the temporary lifting equipments (as shown below) with two person in formwork installation. Hang the form at the short-moment end, while the person exert force at the long-moment end to lif

11、t the form. Move the form slowly with the equipments in position; calculate the position of equipments wheel to place timber, so as to move the equipments. Connect the external mold and reinforcements pre-embedded in crash barrier with rebar. Fix the internal and external molds with tie bar. 3、混凝土工程

12、Concrete Works 根據(jù)混凝土的強(qiáng)度要求準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算出混凝土的配合比，施工過程中，應(yīng)使用審批后配合比，應(yīng)派專業(yè)試驗(yàn)人員到攪拌站監(jiān)督檢查混凝土配合比執(zhí)行情況，原材料、坍落度、試樣取樣、稱量衡器檢查校準(zhǔn)以及拌和時(shí)間等是否按規(guī)定進(jìn)行。并經(jīng)過監(jiān)理工程師檢查批準(zhǔn)后開始澆注混凝土。Calculate the concrete mix proportion as per strength, and only use approved proportion in construction. Assign professional laboratory person to supervise the mi

13、x proportion in batching plant to make sure the raw materials, slumps, sampling test, weghing apparatus calibration and mixing time are done in accordance with provisions. Pour concrete after been inspected and approved by supervision engineer. 混泥土采用鏟車運(yùn)送，制作溜槽，將混凝土送入模板中，混凝土澆注施工時(shí)，要嚴(yán)格按分層施工，所有的混凝土一經(jīng)澆注，應(yīng)

14、立即進(jìn)行全面的振搗，使之形成密實(shí)、均勻整體，并注意避免發(fā)生漏振、過振現(xiàn)象。 Make downspoutings, and pour concrete transported with loader into the form, and vibrate immediately once the reinforcement been poured, to make it a compelled and homogeneous unit, and avoid any vibration missing and over vibration.五、質(zhì)量控制措施QA/QC Measures 1、建立健全

15、的質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)，確保質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)體系的正常運(yùn)作。各管理部門做到責(zé)任明確，各司其職，各負(fù)其責(zé)。Set up sound QA/QC administrative department to assure smooth operation of quality management system. Each department shall take its responsibility and obligation respectively. 2、認(rèn)真執(zhí)行技術(shù)規(guī)范，程序文件和作業(yè)文件的要求，一切工作均按技術(shù)規(guī)范、公司質(zhì)量文件要求去做。Implement technical code, progr

16、am file and job file, and finish all work as per their requirements. 3、對(duì)于工程材料的采購(gòu)必須是經(jīng)過對(duì)供應(yīng)商的評(píng)審，評(píng)審?fù)ㄟ^后，上報(bào)監(jiān)理工程師審批后方可采購(gòu)及采用。材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)合格后，按要求合理堆放，并做好標(biāo)識(shí)工作，防止混用及調(diào)亂。保證材料管理井井有條，促進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理。Assess the material supplier and report to supervision engineer for his approval before purchasing any engineering materials from s

17、upplier. Pile up the certified materials in good order and mark them with identification number to avoid any mixing and confusion. Promote quality management by ensuring material management in perfect order.六、安全生產(chǎn)措施Measures For Safety Production根據(jù)本工程特點(diǎn),安全防護(hù)的主要對(duì)象有：高處墜落、物體打擊、垮塌、觸電、交通、設(shè)備事故、防火、防爆。除需要認(rèn)真貫

18、徹執(zhí)行有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度、落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制外，還需要采取必要的安全技術(shù)措施，才能防患于未然。According to the project characteristics, the following objects need some attention: dropped objects, hit, collapse, electrocution, traffics, equipment failures, fireproofing & anti-explosion. Besides implementing rules and regulations for safety produ

19、ction and responsibility system for production, some technical safety measures are essential.（一）防高處墜落 Fall from Height Protection1、根據(jù)作業(yè)種類選擇合適的安全帶，護(hù)欄施工時(shí)拉設(shè)生命線，全程施工必須掛設(shè)安全帶。 Select appropriate harness as per operation category, erect lifeline in crash barrier construction, and wear harness at all operat

20、ion times.2、在橋梁底部拉設(shè)警戒線，禁止施工人員進(jìn)入防止砸傷。 Barricade the under beneath areas of beam, protect constructors from being hurt by dropped objects.（二）防物體打擊 Avoid from being Stroke1、高空作業(yè)所用材料、成品、半成品均應(yīng)堆放平穩(wěn)，工具應(yīng)隨手放工具袋內(nèi)；傳遞物件禁止拋擲，禁止向下丟棄任何工具、材料、建筑垃圾等。Level up all materials, finished products and semi-finished products

21、 and put tools into toolbox; prohibit to pass ant object by throwing, or drop any tool, material and construction waste from height.2、凡進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員必須正確佩戴安全帽。 Wear safety helmet for anyone onsite.3、各類施工、加工機(jī)具自身的安全保護(hù)裝置必須齊全有效。 Complete all valid safety protection devices for processing and constructing mach

22、ines.4、作業(yè)人員高空使用工具時(shí)，為防滑落，應(yīng)用繩子將工具系牢，牢掛在固定構(gòu)件或人體上。Fasten tools with rope and anchor them to fixed elements or body when working at height to avoid tools skidding.（四）防觸電 Electrocution Prevention1、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)電線路、設(shè)施的安裝和使用必須符合建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)供用電安全規(guī)范（GB5019493）的規(guī)定，具體要求如下：The installation and application of temp ele

23、ctrical circuits and facilities must conform to requirements in Construction Site Electricity Safety Codes (GB5019493).2、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專用中性點(diǎn)接地的電力線路，必須實(shí)行三相五線制，如引入的電源為三相五線制時(shí)，在引入的第一級(jí)開關(guān)的零線端子處，做好重復(fù)接地，工作零線和保護(hù)零線同時(shí)從重復(fù)接地處引出，重復(fù)接地電阻值不大于10。Use neutral point grounded cables at site, and must implement three-phase five-wir

Extend the work null line and protection null line from the regrounding point where the resistance is not more than 10.3、施工配電系統(tǒng)按施工組織設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)總配電箱，分配電箱，開關(guān)箱，實(shí)行分級(jí)配電，開關(guān)箱必須裝漏電保護(hù)器。（漏電保護(hù)器應(yīng)符合GB682986標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。Set up c

26、、洞、棚或過路時(shí)應(yīng)穿管保護(hù)，嚴(yán)禁亂拉亂扯把線等。Protect cables passing through pits, holes, sheds and roads with tubes, and forbid to erect cables in a mass.5、當(dāng)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電與甲方共用一供電系統(tǒng)時(shí)，要根據(jù)甲方的要求做保護(hù)接零或作保護(hù)接地，嚴(yán)禁一部分接地另一部分接零。Conduct protection to null line or earth line when sharing the power supply system with another party accordin

27、g to its requirements; strictly prohibit partly earthed.6、低壓干線的架設(shè)、配電箱、熔絲等要根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件，依據(jù)規(guī)程規(guī)范進(jìn)行布置，應(yīng)設(shè)在干燥、通風(fēng)、操作方便及常溫場(chǎng)所，露天應(yīng)有防雨設(shè)施。Deploy secondary main cables, distribution box and fuse wire as per site conditions and codes at dry, ventilated, easy operational and room temperature areas, and take waterproofin

28、g measures in open fields.7、手持電動(dòng)工具應(yīng)選用類電動(dòng)工具，并裝額定電流不大于15，動(dòng)作時(shí)間小于0.1s的漏電保護(hù)器，若使用類工具時(shí)還應(yīng)作保護(hù)接零。露天潮濕場(chǎng)所金屬架上，嚴(yán)禁使用類手持電動(dòng)工具。Select hand-hold motor-driven machines, and put earth leakage protective device with its less than 15rated currency and its less than 0.1s action time. Proper earth it if machines used, and

29、forbid to use it on metal frame in humid open fields. 8、電焊機(jī)一、二次應(yīng)用接線并加罩防護(hù)，二次線應(yīng)用線板、線鼻子接牢，露天存放應(yīng)有良好的防雨、防潮設(shè)施。Ensure the welder is firstly and secondly wired and protected with a cover. Fix the secondary wiring with line panel and line coupler. Store it in good waterproofing and damp proofing facilities.（

30、五）防火、防爆 Fireproofing and Anti-explosion1、氣瓶應(yīng)有防震圈、安全帽，存放地點(diǎn)有明顯標(biāo)志，并有防火防爆措施。Cylinders shall wear shock proofing ring and safety cap, mark obvious signs at storing place, and take fire proofing and anti-explosion measures.2、可燃與助燃?xì)馄堪踩嚯x應(yīng)大于5m，與作業(yè)距離大于10m。Safety space from combustible cylinder to combustion-

31、supporting cylinders is 5m, and more than 10m away from operation areas.（六）消防設(shè)備 Fire Fighting Apparatus1起重吊裝 Lifting and Rigging施工機(jī)械應(yīng)按照施工總平面圖規(guī)定的位置線路設(shè)置，不得侵占場(chǎng)內(nèi)道路。施工機(jī)械進(jìn)場(chǎng)安裝后需經(jīng)過安全檢查，合格后方能使用。起重符合GB606785起重機(jī)械安全規(guī)程規(guī)定，確保安全限位裝置齊全有效。超限吊裝設(shè)備應(yīng)制定切實(shí)可行的吊裝方法和技術(shù)措施，保證吊裝安全。Deploy cables of machines on the basis of constr

33、sures when lifting overloads to assure web slings safety.a.起重機(jī)嚴(yán)禁超載吊裝，滿載工作時(shí)，左右回轉(zhuǎn)范圍不得超過90,嚴(yán)禁橫吊，以免傾翻。較大型設(shè)備的吊裝及場(chǎng)地窄小，障礙嚴(yán)重的起重作業(yè)要編制施工方案，安全技術(shù)保證措施要可靠詳盡。Overloading of the crane is strictly prohibited.
