1、1,深圳3臺(tái)16104m3LNG低溫儲(chǔ)罐,2,2004年，中國(guó)石化集團(tuán)第四建設(shè)公司憑借優(yōu)良的資質(zhì)和業(yè)績(jī)，一舉中標(biāo)廣東深圳大鵬灣3臺(tái)16萬立方米LNG大型儲(chǔ)罐，開創(chuàng)了國(guó)內(nèi)大型低溫液化氣儲(chǔ)罐領(lǐng)域建設(shè)的先河。 該罐單臺(tái)容積16萬立方米，單臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)重3500噸，內(nèi)徑82米，總高50米，僅罐頂自重就達(dá)700余噸，被稱為“亞洲之最”。罐體結(jié)構(gòu)分內(nèi)、外罐，外罐為預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)罐為金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，罐壁為9%鎳鋼。罐底為三層板結(jié)構(gòu)，層間保冷，中上層為鎳鋼，下層為碳鋼。該儲(chǔ)罐結(jié)構(gòu)特殊，施工方法獨(dú)特，其中包括罐頂氣吹、鎳鋼焊接、罐底多層結(jié)構(gòu)鋪設(shè)均為國(guó)際安裝技術(shù)領(lǐng)域高難課題，施工技術(shù)在國(guó)際上僅有STTS公司等少數(shù)幾家公

2、司掌握。 依靠雄厚的技術(shù)實(shí)力以及多年的大罐施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，中國(guó)石化集團(tuán)第四建設(shè)公司在短時(shí)間內(nèi)即突破氣吹、焊接和罐底板鋪設(shè)三大技術(shù)難題，其編制的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)文件得到外方充分肯定，并于2006年5月實(shí)現(xiàn)1# 、2#儲(chǔ)罐竣工并投入使用。,In 2004,FCC won the bid of constructing the 3160 thousand m3 LNG tanks in Dapeng Bay, Shenzhen of Guangdong province, which initiated the large scale cryogenic LNG storage tank constructi
