1、低溫甲醇洗碳吸收塔模擬計(jì)算崔靜思我,沒有學(xué)過英語,關(guān)鍵也怕學(xué),所以化工模擬的軟件就用不了,做簡單的、整套低溫甲醇洗工藝設(shè)計(jì),不會(huì)模擬軟件也應(yīng)該能大概的計(jì)算出來。當(dāng)然,期間遇到太多、太大的難度,前后計(jì)算中稍作變動(dòng),必須重復(fù)計(jì)算,反復(fù)迭代。其中低溫甲醇洗二氧化碳吸收塔的模擬計(jì)算困擾了很久,但是可以做出來的。 這里只想把自己的思路分享與你。1.工藝氣參數(shù):壓力5.43mpa,溫度-35C,氫氣60%,一氧化碳28%,二氧化碳12%凈化氣目標(biāo)參數(shù):二氧化碳12%(不問怎么沒有硫,硫已經(jīng)在脫硫塔脫除。)要求:用盡量少的甲醇(甲醇99.7%,水0.3%)。2.選定參數(shù):出塔甲醇含二氧化碳20%3.如圖:圖

2、13.1設(shè)定吸收塔段數(shù)吸收塔分段目的:補(bǔ)充吸收過程所需冷量。吸收塔設(shè)置為三段3.2設(shè)定每段吸收量,假定為三分之一3.3溫度溫度決定了甲醇對(duì)二氧化碳吸收的效果,且有如下關(guān)系物料02、05間關(guān)系XCO2=K1*P*Y/PCO2 物料01、05間關(guān)系XCO2=K2*P*Y/PCO2 、關(guān)系式中的PCO2是該溫度下二氧化碳的飽和壓力、Y是氣體中二氧化碳的含量(m/m),K1不等于K2且K2小于K1,一般公式中K取0.425,吸收過程中K2、K1的一般經(jīng)濟(jì)取值在0.350.40間,兩者間差距小表明塔盤吸收效果差,但XCO2就越大,段間塔盤數(shù)就應(yīng)該越多,所需甲醇循環(huán)量就越少;反之XCO2就越小,段間塔盤數(shù)
