1、一分鐘經(jīng)理人OneMinuteManager讀后感 “一分鐘經(jīng)理人”的三個(gè)管理技巧即: 一分鐘目標(biāo)- One-minute Goals 一分鐘稱贊- One-minute Praisings 一分鐘批評(píng)- One-minute Reprimands 這三個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用的秘訣濃縮了管理的精髓:目標(biāo)明確具體,獎(jiǎng)懲及時(shí)到位。 -Agree on your goals -See what good behavior looks like -Write out each of your goals on a single sheet of paper using less than 250 words -R
