ng)器而言,存有帶駐車制動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的盤式制動(dòng)器,其駐車制動(dòng)力也作用在制動(dòng)盤兩側(cè)工作表面上,這種制動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,可靠性相對(duì)稍差。都靈-V汽車為配用雙活塞滑動(dòng)前盤式制動(dòng)器須要,專門設(shè)置了后駐車制動(dòng)器。使其駐車制動(dòng)力作用在制動(dòng)盤的內(nèi)鼓工作表面上,這樣使制動(dòng)盤具有兩種分開的摩擦表面,壽命可以提高,制動(dòng)鉗的結(jié)構(gòu)也相應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)化。都靈-V汽車的后輪駐車制動(dòng)裝置,由機(jī)械式操縱和專用候駐車制動(dòng)器兩大部分組成(制動(dòng)盤為行車、駐車制動(dòng)器共用件)。1、機(jī)械式操縱機(jī)構(gòu)基本維持原二代產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu),主要組成件有手柄、前鋼絲拉索、棘齒板、調(diào)整螺套、鎖緊螺母、后鋼絲拉索及導(dǎo)盤等。2、專用駐車制動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu)和原理與后盤式制動(dòng)器相配的專用駐車制動(dòng)器,專用后駐車制動(dòng)器通過底板支架上的八個(gè)孔,與后橋半軸凸緣用螺栓相固定。前、后摩擦蹄片上下端被回位彈簧緊拉靠在上調(diào)節(jié)銷和下作用拉臂上,中間通過支承銷與底板活絡(luò)相接。撥動(dòng)上調(diào)節(jié)銷上的齒輪可伸長(zhǎng)或縮短調(diào)節(jié)銷的長(zhǎng)度,從而可調(diào)
