The questionnaire survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire， the Chinese version of the death attitude scale， and the Chinese version of the hospice attitude scale. The scores of ICU nurses hospice and dea

3、th attitudes and their correlation were analyzed， and stratified regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of ICU nurses hospice attitude.Results Comparing the scores of hospice attitudes of ICU nurses with different ages， educational background， job title， hospital level， ICU working y

4、ears， number of hospice patients， ICU nursing work attitude， and hospice care education， the difference was statistically significant P0.05. 8、se;Death attitude死亡看法death attitude是指個體對死亡做出反應(yīng)時的一種內(nèi)在心理傾向1。據(jù)報道2，國內(nèi)ICU患者死亡率到達33.4%，ICU護士接觸臨終患者的機會要多于其它科室。討論說明3，護士的臨終關(guān)心看法影響著其臨終照護行為。護理人員作為ICU終末期患者的主要照護者，對臨終關(guān)心的看法和行為是影響臨終關(guān)心服務(wù)開展的關(guān)鍵，主動的臨終關(guān)心看法對提高臨終患者生命質(zhì)量具有重要作用4。本討論旨在了解ICU護士臨終關(guān)心看法現(xiàn)狀，并分析死亡看法對其臨終關(guān)心看法的影響，為ICU護士開展繼續(xù)教育和相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、以及提高ICU護士臨終關(guān)心服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供參考和借鑒。1對象與方法1.1討論對象

9、 接受便利抽樣方法選取2021年4月5月湖南省5所二級以上醫(yī)院的ICU護士148名作為討論對象，納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：在ICU科室工作1年的注冊護士。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：在ICU科室進修的護士;調(diào)查期間休病假和產(chǎn)假的ICU護士。1.2方法 經(jīng)目標(biāo)醫(yī)院批準(zhǔn)后，討論者接受統(tǒng)一的指導(dǎo)語到現(xiàn)場發(fā)放問卷，以無記名方式接受一般資料調(diào)查表、中文版死亡看法量表、中文版臨終關(guān)心看法量表進行問卷調(diào)查，并當(dāng)場收回問卷。1.2.1一般資料調(diào)查表 依據(jù)討論內(nèi)容自行設(shè)計，包括性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、職稱、醫(yī)院級別、ICU工作年限、對ICU護理工作的看法、宗教信仰、接受臨終關(guān)心教育狀況以及照護臨終患者的次數(shù)。1.2.2中文版臨終關(guān)心看法量表 接受中文

10、版臨終關(guān)心看法量表FATCOD-B5，該量表共29個條目，分值為29145分，分?jǐn)?shù)越高代表臨終關(guān)心看法越主動。1.2.3中文版死亡看法量表 接受中文版死亡看法量表6，該量表主要包括死亡恐懼、死亡躲避、自然接受、趨近接受、逃離接受5個維度，共32個條目，各維度得分越高說明越趨向此維度的死亡看法。1.3統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法 使用Excel軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫，雙人錄入數(shù)據(jù)，運用SPSS 20.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。計數(shù)資料以n進行描述，計量資料以xs表示，兩組間比較接受t檢驗，多組比較接受方差分析。接受Pearson相關(guān)性分析ICU護士死亡看法和臨終關(guān)心看法的關(guān)系;接受分層回來分析ICU護士的臨終關(guān)心看法的影響因素。檢驗水準(zhǔn)=0.05，以P 綜上所述，ICU
