4、tion Requirements Passed to ChinaCareerWhen client has a vacant position:1.Clients Corp HR shall contact Project Manager by phone or email2.ChinaCareer Project Manager will pass the vacant position to the local Recruitment Specialist3.The Recruitment Specialist shall make the job analysis 4.The Chin
5、aCareer Recruitment Specialist shall communicate with the client HR to get a complete understanding of the successful candidate1.Significance of position2.Ideal candidate Character Type3.Special skills or experience the candidate should possess5.Within one day the ChinaCareer Recruitment Specialist

8、cing and ScreeningWhen Position Requirements are Confirmed:1.The Recruitment Specialist shall establish the project and post the ads on ChinaCareers system2.ChinaCareer will search its own prescreened talent database for appropriate talent3.If sufficiently qualified candidates are not available inte
9、rnally, the Recruitment Specialist will identify additional channels for candidate sourcing eg. Put job ads on other website and search candidates from other database4.All resumes received through any channel will be screened for minimum requirements for position5.Qualified candidates will participa
10、te in telephone interviews to limit personal interview to selected outstanding candidates.Candidate Interviews and Testing When top candidates have been identified: 1.ChinaCareers Recruitment Specialist will implement clients proprietary interview process with the selected candidates1.If position is
11、 in BJ, SH, GZ or Chengdu, interviews will be conducted in ChinaCareers Offices. At clients request interviews will be conducted in the clients offices.2.If position is in a city without a ChinaCareer office, the Recruitment Specialist will do the tele-interiviews with the candidates.2.ChinaCareer R
12、ecruitment Specialist will supervise the candidates to take customized interview/ tests when appropriate1.The Recruitment Specialist will design interview questions and tests according to each vacant positions specifications.Candidates Evaluated & Short-listedWhen Interviews and Testing are Comp
13、lete:1.The Recruitment Specialist will select most appropriate candidates to the Project Manager, when get the Project Managers confirmation the candidates will be provided to the clients the client HR: 1.Candidate experience and skills fit position requirements 2.Candidate character fits the client
14、 HR and clients culture3.Candidate has record of achievement in appropriate field, for example:1.Sales people are high producers /top sales2.Admin people have verifiable high-quality experience3.Accounting people have top education 4.Technical people are certified2.Candidates that do not make short
15、list will be contacted, thanked, and encouraged to reapply if appropriate.Reports Written and DeliveredWhen Short-list Candidates are Selected:1.The Recruitment Specialist will enter the candidates information and interview comment into ChinaCareer data by system 2.The interview comment will be atta
16、ched to original candidate resumes for the client HRs reference3.Complete package of all short-listed candidates materials will be provided to the client the client HR within 10 work days for BJ, SH, GZ and Chengdu positions4.Complete package of all short-listed candidates materials will be provided
17、 to the client the client HR within 15 work days for 2nd and 3rd tier cities (If requested, candidate materials can be passed through client HR) The Standard Report should includemSummary: Strength, weaknessmCurrent Package:total number(usually before tax) Base Salary, bonus, allowance, extra benefi

20、Specialist will continuously communicate with the client HR1.If the client HR is not satisfied with the candidates, ChinaCareer clarify any misunderstanding and provide new candidates within 5 days2.This process will continue until the client HR satisfied The Reference Check These references should
21、be from the last three companies. The most recent references are the most important. The reference provider should be:1.The closest supervisor to whom your candidate reported;2.The closest coworker;3.Someone who reported directly to your candidate. See the sample in our system The Offer Negotiation
22、and Coordination To the candidates:mFind the candidates real needs and concernmPresent company and position attraction To the client: Feedback the candidates concern to the client Emphasize the candidates strength Make the client could understand the situation.Find the match point between the candid
23、ate and the position, and feedback to both party. eg. Training system, career path, C&B etc. Probation Following upmIn the morning of the on-board day, confirm with the client HR that candidate already on-board.mIn the evening of the on-board day, communicate with the candidate for his feeling a
24、bout the company, team,leader, environment etc.mOne week later.mCommunicate with the candidate and client HR once a month mIf there any problem , find the solve it at the very beginning Periodic Performance Reporting The Recruitment Specialist shall provide weekly,monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Client mList the date, city, position title, the client HR and ChinaCareer for all positions handled during periodmList number of candidate
