3、防雷保護(hù)措施。如此，可以起到防止雷電對微機(jī)元器件可能造成的破壞。注意：請將本機(jī)與大地可靠連接，防止觸電事故的發(fā)生！3、試機(jī)首次使用（或長時間沒用）先將控制系統(tǒng)電源打開，進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)設(shè)置菜單，在設(shè)備測試欄，手動開啟電磁閥，用干燥氮氣將系統(tǒng)管道中的雜質(zhì)吹出（大約3分鐘），以免堵塞電磁閥而影響正常運行，重復(fù)幾次效果最佳，先注入少量液氮，待罐體內(nèi)部完全冷卻后再將系統(tǒng)調(diào)到自動模式，設(shè)置好傳感器位置，加液停止后24小時再放入凍存物品。注意：手動開啟電磁閥試驗完畢后要記住手動關(guān)閉。4、運行根據(jù)凍品需要的溫度決定放入凍品的時間，關(guān)閉罐蓋，打開電源，選擇運行模式，設(shè)備開始工作，控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入監(jiān)控狀態(tài)，系統(tǒng)實時顯示液氮

4、罐內(nèi)的溫度變化。 （二）控制系統(tǒng)硬件功能說明監(jiān)控模塊部分：1、實時監(jiān)測低位、高位溫度值。2、運行時間顯示并能根據(jù)用戶設(shè)定時間起停電磁閥。3、路控制輸出驅(qū)動電磁閥，其中2路做為備用，在另2路輸出無效時自動切換。備用輸出端作IO量檢測。4、2段程序任意選擇：浸泡式凍存、汽相式凍存。5、采用內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng)方式罐體計算機(jī)和監(jiān)控主計算機(jī)連接。報警模塊部分：1、預(yù)留1個串口，如用戶需要時可單獨配備DTU發(fā)送報警信息。2、低位、高位溫度超溫報警3、傳感器失效報警4、控制電磁閥的繼電器強(qiáng)電輸出端無輸出報警（三）監(jiān)控終端系統(tǒng)操作說明本系統(tǒng)控制軟件由運行模式選擇、監(jiān)控、報警、報警查詢、物品信息查詢、物品信息管理、手動

5、操作七個模塊組成，下面分別給以詳細(xì)說明。1、 選擇運行模式系統(tǒng)開機(jī)后，會根據(jù)用戶的選擇進(jìn)入相應(yīng)的運行模式。選擇需要的運行模式，點擊確定后重啟系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入對應(yīng)的運行模式。 2、監(jiān)控模塊監(jiān)控模塊實時監(jiān)控杜瓦室內(nèi)的溫度數(shù)據(jù)、系統(tǒng)運行的時間、系統(tǒng)運行的各種狀態(tài)等重要數(shù)據(jù)。2.1 液氮液位值顯示當(dāng)前液氮的高度，單位為毫米（mm）。2.2 低位溫度顯示當(dāng)前低位傳感器的溫度，單位為攝氏度（）。2.3 高位溫度顯示當(dāng)前高位傳感器的溫度，單位為攝氏度（）。2.4 運行狀態(tài)顯示系統(tǒng)運行時的各個部件的工作狀態(tài)。（注：綠色表示正常，紅色表示異常）下圖表示低位傳感器和液位傳感器異常。用戶在此可手動對電磁閥進(jìn)行打開和關(guān)閉的操

8、常見故障1容器屬高真空產(chǎn)品，運輸、安裝、使用時應(yīng)小心謹(jǐn)慎，避免碰撞。2初次充裝液氮時，應(yīng)先充入少量液氮（約100L）預(yù)冷，接近熱平衡后（氣化不劇烈），再充注液氮。3皮膚接觸到液氮，會造成凍傷，操作時應(yīng)注意以下幾點：（1）一定要戴上皮手套，不可露出手腳；（2）不可穿長統(tǒng)鞋，避免液氮掉進(jìn)鞋內(nèi)；（3）不能赤手接觸旋轉(zhuǎn)柄、頸口等低溫部位，轉(zhuǎn)動旋轉(zhuǎn)柄時最好使用其他工具撥動；（4）充裝液氮時宜在通風(fēng)良好的地方進(jìn)行，若在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行，則應(yīng)開啟門窗，以免發(fā)生因缺氧而造成的窒息事故。4容器的真空封口塞為活連接，可以在容器遭受意外破壞，液氮進(jìn)入夾層空間，急劇汽化增壓時，將封口塞沖開，形成泄壓口，排放出氮氣，起到爆破片

9、的作用，可確保產(chǎn)品使用的安全可靠。嚴(yán)禁取下真空封口罩和對真空封口接頭進(jìn)行任何操作，如發(fā)現(xiàn)該接口處有任何人為的開啟和操作痕跡，由此造成的一切損失，本公司概不負(fù)責(zé)。5運輸時應(yīng)將容器放置于靠前車廂板位置，用粗繩固定牢固，不可碰撞與擦傷容器，嚴(yán)禁在滿載液氮和冷凍物品的情況下車運輸。6容器底部裝有4只高強(qiáng)度腳輪，可在內(nèi)裝液氮和冷凍物品的情況下，方便地在室內(nèi)做短距離移動，室內(nèi)移動時應(yīng)小心謹(jǐn)慎，切不可猛推猛移，防止碰撞。嚴(yán)禁在室外凹凸不平的地面移動。7不允許在產(chǎn)品表面施焊。常見故障及處理方法：序號故障現(xiàn)象故障原因處理方法1無法開啟電源保險絲燒毀更換同型號的保險絲2溫度顯示不正常溫度傳感器損壞更換溫度傳感器3

12、全！2、使用液氮生物容器時必須打開門窗，使空氣對流，確保通風(fēng)良好，揮發(fā)的液氮可能導(dǎo)致小范圍缺氧，造成輕微窒息而影響人身安全！3、和液氮生物容器連接的管路必須牢固，杜絕液氮跑、冒、漏、滴、濺等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生以確保操作者的安全！4、液氮生物容器停止使用后，必須將進(jìn)液閥門關(guān)閉并切斷電源！5、必須使用安全合格的帶接地的三孔電源插座，確保接地正確、可靠，以保證人身安全！6、液氮生物容器使用環(huán)境必須遠(yuǎn)離熱源、易燃品、易腐蝕性氣體、強(qiáng)磁場、粉塵和油污嚴(yán)重的場所！7、從液氮生物容器內(nèi)取出凍品時一定要戴手套，防止凍傷的發(fā)生?。ǘ┕δ芴貏e說明1、關(guān)于罐體內(nèi)部溫度的問題。由于被處理凍品的復(fù)雜多樣性以及使用環(huán)境的不確定

13、性，導(dǎo)致罐內(nèi)溫度數(shù)據(jù)和實際的有一定誤差，僅作參考。2、關(guān)于液氮消耗量、剩余容量的問題。由于機(jī)器所處的溫度環(huán)境、液氮容器的內(nèi)部壓力等因素的影響，液氮平均消耗量、液氮剩余容量數(shù)據(jù)和實際的有一定誤差，僅作參考。3、關(guān)于報警的說明?？刂葡到y(tǒng)正常工作，綠燈常亮；黃燈閃爍表示有故障；4、關(guān)于配備UPS的說明。用戶應(yīng)配備在線式長延時UPS，保證在停電時設(shè)備能正常工作。若因停電而導(dǎo)致處理程序不能正常完成從而造成用戶的直接或間接的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，我公司不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任！（三）知識產(chǎn)權(quán)聲明SJ系列不銹鋼液氮生物容器是我公司自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的國家專利產(chǎn)品（專利號：ZL20072008194B.X），知識產(chǎn)權(quán)受法律保護(hù)。任何人、

14、任何單位不得以任何形式對機(jī)器的軟硬件進(jìn)行修改、改造、復(fù)制、發(fā)行或反編譯！否則我公司將依法追究相關(guān)人員的責(zé)任！五、傳感器校準(zhǔn)（一） 在校準(zhǔn)之前，先在測試界面把傳感器里的20個溫度值是否正常：首先，在校準(zhǔn)值為0的情況下它們的值都大于-200度時為正常范圍其次，觀察是否離液氮越高的傳感器的值是否越大 是為正常、然后，看最下面的傳感器是否在-196度附近（有液氮的情況下）（二）在確定液位傳感器里的20只溫度傳感器沒問題的情況下： 選擇一個溫度傳感器觀察它的溫度變化是否在正負(fù)1度范圍內(nèi)（三）對溫度傳感器進(jìn)行每個校準(zhǔn)：（須有2到3只溫度傳感器泡到液氮里）把泡在液氮中的傳感器的值校道跳動的中間值為-196，
