2、中：離退休黨員4名，在職黨員6名，居民黨員18名。多年來，我社區(qū)始終把民族團結作為維護社會穩(wěn)定、促進經濟開展的重要工作來抓，將民族團結工作列入重要議事日程，始終堅持以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導，以樹立和落實科學開展觀為統(tǒng)領，在上級主管部門的指導和支持下，以抓學習、求團結、樹典型、結對子、思穩(wěn)定、促開展為主題，全面貫徹黨的民族政策，以民族團結宣傳教育月活動為契機，大力施行“得民心工程”，以“雙擁共建”和“典型宣傳”為主題，將民族團結教育與深化開展社會榮辱觀教育、穩(wěn)固社區(qū)先進性教育活動成果、構建和諧社區(qū)結合起來。大力宣傳“三個離不開”思想，積極開展社會榮辱觀、“五觀”和“四個認同”教育

3、活動，不斷推進“擁軍優(yōu)屬”和“軍民共建”活動的開展，進一步增強各族黨員、干部、居民之間的團結，共譜民族團結之曲，共唱民族團結之歌，為構建社會和諧社會，全面推進我市改革開展穩(wěn)定各項事業(yè)營造良好的言論氣氛。同時也為實在加強自身建立，努力進步干部職工素質，轉變工作作風，真心效勞群眾，及時解決群眾“急”、“難”、“怨”的問題，提供了強大的精神動力，使民族團結工作得到進一步穩(wěn)固。社區(qū)兩委班子結實樹立“三個離不開”的思想，把民族團結教育工作當作事關大局的頭等大事，認真抓好各項措施的落實，促進了民族團結工作蓬勃開展。一、以群眾性活動為載體，加強民族團結教育。多年來，社區(qū)黨支部緊緊圍繞改革開展穩(wěn)定的大局，開展

4、了多層次、多形式的民族團結教育，著重堅持了“三抓”：一抓經常性的教育。社區(qū)黨支部把民族政策、法規(guī)納入中心組學習方案和干部職工政治理論學習方案。根據當前形勢的開展，堅持不懈地在廣闊干部職工中開展民族政策法規(guī)的學習，采取集中培訓和自學等方式，對廣闊干部職工進展比擬系統(tǒng)的馬克思“五觀”教育、社會榮辱觀教育、鄧小平民族理論和黨的民族宗教政策教育，宣講民族開展和宗教演變的歷史，引導干部職工進一步認清分裂的本質和危害，分清是非界限和敵我界限，使廣闊干部職工進一步統(tǒng)一思想，全面正確地理解黨的民族、宗教政策，增強反對民族分裂，維護祖國統(tǒng)一，維護社會穩(wěn)定的自覺性和堅決性。二抓每年五月的民族團結教育月活動。我社區(qū)

5、認真開展民族團結教育月活動，到達以月促年的效果。及時成立民族團結教育活動領導小組，由支部書記任組長，分管領導詳細負責，做到早方案，早安排、早部署。堅持把經常性教育和集中教育結合起來，以活動為載體，力爭做到年年有新的內容，年年有新的方法，年年有新的成效。1、在教育月活動期間，利用集中學習時間，對廣闊干部職工及居民進展民族團結知識、民族政策法規(guī)及宗教知識的培訓學習。2022年5月16日，在社區(qū)會議室，社區(qū)黨支部召開了民族團結教育月座談會，參加會議的除了社區(qū)全體工作人員外還有轄區(qū)少數民族居民代表、宗教人士代表及轄區(qū)黨員共計19人，會上大家共同學習了團結路社區(qū)民族團結教育月活動施行方案、憲法、新公布的

6、宗教事務條例、信訪條例、加強民族團結，反對民族分裂，觀看了反邪教警示教育光碟，并進展了測試。通過開展喜聞樂見的宣傳教育活動，使各族居民在寓教于樂中受到了潛移默化的民族團結教育，同時也進步了各族干部職工、居民群眾的法制觀念，使民族團結教育貼近群眾、貼近生活，到達了在全社區(qū)范圍內大力宣傳黨的民族理論和民族政策的目的，從而進一步激發(fā)社區(qū)干部、居民深化學習宣傳、貫徹施行憲法以及“三個代表”重要思想關于民族問題的理論學習綱要的熱情，為進一步穩(wěn)固和開展民族團結的大好場面奠定良好的根底。2、積極組織社區(qū)工作人員及廣闊居民參加義務勞動和綠化活動，不斷增強大家保護環(huán)境，綠化家園的環(huán)保意識在2022年5月20日我

7、社區(qū)全體工作人員和轄區(qū)各族居民40余人對轄區(qū)內的背街背巷及主要道路進展了一次大清掃，為轄區(qū)居民提供了一個干凈優(yōu)美的生活環(huán)境。3、為了豐富轄區(qū)居民的業(yè)余文化生活，我社區(qū)于2022年5月22日，在社區(qū)文化活動室組織開展了一次由社區(qū)工作人員及轄區(qū)居民共同參與的象棋、跳棋、撲克、羽毛球等比賽活動。通過此次活動的開展，使轄區(qū)各族居民在娛樂中互相交流了感情，不但增進了轄區(qū)各族居民間的友誼，到達了社區(qū)工作人員與各族居民團結友愛、互助的目的，同時也促進了各民族間的團結。4、在四川汶川發(fā)生大地震后，我社區(qū)全體工作人員及轄區(qū)各族居民、黨員干部先后為災區(qū)捐款5560元，用我們微薄的力量幫助災區(qū)人民早日擺脫困境，重建

8、家園。三是抓言論宣傳。利用宣傳標語、黑板報等宣傳工具，廣泛地宣傳黨的民族政策。根據辦事處活動的安排，我社區(qū)辦了一期以“六好”為主題的民族團結教育板報，張貼標語15副，做到了以“六好”為主題的民族團結教育活動進社區(qū)、進居民小巷。通過各種形式的宣傳使廣闊干部群眾在自覺與不自覺中受到了民族團結教育，為做好民族團結工作打下了良好的思想根底。二、大力開展走訪慰問活動，增進民族團結。我轄區(qū)內居住著漢、維、哈、蒙、回等9個民族，各民族大雜居、小聚居，各民族朝夕相處，休戚相關。我社區(qū)積極把民族團結教育活動與施行“知民情、解民憂、暖民心”工程相結合，以關心社區(qū)“弱勢群體”為己任，認真貫徹黨和政府的扶貧助殘等各項
