22、需通知知R&D確認是是Golldenn Saamplle問題題或是量測測系統(tǒng)本本身問題題。 8.異異常處理理R&D檢檢測是GGoldden Sammplee問題或或量測系系統(tǒng)本身身問題。如是量測測系統(tǒng)設(shè)設(shè)定或量量具不良良，R&D需修復(fù)復(fù)它。如是Gooldeen SSampple問問題，儀儀校人員員需加貼貼”暫停使使用”標籤以以為識別別，R&D則需重重新製作作建立新新Golldenn Saamplle。4.如是是儀器問問題，則則送儀校校室校驗驗及依”儀具校校驗與維維護管制制程序”處處理9.回校校通知與校正1.儀校校室發(fā)行行聯(lián)絡(luò)單單通知負負責GooldeenSaamplle 例例行校正正之QE及P

23、PD，以以進行GGoldden Sammplee 校驗驗之作業(yè)業(yè)。儀校室得得協(xié)調(diào)PPD，排排定Gooldeen SSampple 校驗時時間，並並將日期通知知QE。如果該GGolddenSSampple 之產(chǎn)品品已滿一一年(含)以上未未生產(chǎn)，則該GGolddenSSampple 得轉(zhuǎn)存存儀校室室，並貼貼上”暫停使使用”標籤。轉(zhuǎn)存儀儀校室之之Golldenn Saamplle 第第一年仍仍需校驗驗，第二二、三年年如有使使用，則則依正常常校驗週週期校驗驗，如未未使用則則不必校校驗。若若該轉(zhuǎn)存存儀校室室之Gooldeen SSampple，轉(zhuǎn)存超超過三年年仍在”暫停使使用”狀態(tài)，則儀校校室得通通知R

24、&D決定該該Golldenn Saamplle 報報廢與否否，或其其他處理理方式（如不報報廢，則則該Gooldeen SSampple轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)R&D保存）。有關(guān)產(chǎn)品品是否已已一年未未生產(chǎn)，需QAA/R&D提供訊訊息給QQE或/和儀校校室，以以便停校校之處理理。聯(lián)絡(luò)單 10. QEE校驗樣品QE於第第一次校校驗各類類Golldenn Saamplle時，R&D相關(guān)人人員得陪同同，以確確認測試試的正確確。如果校驗驗結(jié)果為為Passs，QE需將將Golldenn Saamplle與Datta交儀校室室登錄歸歸檔及貼貼上標籤籤。3. 如如果校驗驗結(jié)果為為Faiil，則則依異常常處理方方式執(zhí)行行。校驗Daa
