1、PCR 實驗室建設(shè)基本要求（中英關(guān)于照）PCR 實驗室依據(jù)所使用的方法可分為試劑準(zhǔn)備、標(biāo)本制備、擴增、產(chǎn)物分析等三或四個區(qū)域。只是使用實時熒光 PCR 儀、HIV 病毒載量測定儀的 PCR 實驗室，有上述前面三個區(qū)域即可。各區(qū)域應(yīng)完全獨力分隔，不應(yīng)有任何的空氣直通。Base on the methos use by PCR lab, the PCR laboratory can be ivie into three or four rooms or areas for (i) reagent preparation,(ii) sample preparation, (iii) amplific
