AttachmentB/附件B RegulationforAnalyticalBalanceDailyCalibration分析天平的每日校準(zhǔn)規(guī)則Thebalancemustbeturnedonfor30minutesbeforeverification.Preparerequiredcalibrationweightready.校準(zhǔn)前30分鐘開(kāi)機(jī)以達(dá)到工作溫度。準(zhǔn)備好校準(zhǔn)用砝碼。Unloadweighingpan.KeepPressing<CAL>buttonuntil“CAL”appearsinthedisplay.Releasekey.Therequiredcalibrationweightvalueflashesinthedisplay./讓秤盤(pán)空載，按住<CAL>直到出現(xiàn)該字樣后松開(kāi)，所需的校正砝碼值會(huì)在顯示屏上閃爍。Placetherequiredcalibrationweightinthecenterofpan.Thebalanceadjustsitselfautomatically.When“0.0000g”flashes,removetheadjustmentweight./放上所需校正砝碼在秤盤(pán)的中心位置，天平自動(dòng)的進(jìn)行校正。當(dāng)“0.0000g”閃爍時(shí)移去砝碼。Thecalibrationisfinishedandpasswhen“CALdone”appearsbrieflyinthedisplay,followedby“0.0000g”,thebalanceisbacktoweighingmode,calibrationdone./當(dāng)在顯示屏上短時(shí)間出現(xiàn)“CALdone”，緊接著出現(xiàn)“0.0000g”時(shí)，校準(zhǔn)結(jié)束并通過(guò)，天平回到稱量方式，校準(zhǔn)完畢。Fillinthedailycalibrationrecordin<Logbookofuseforanalyticalbalance>，youmustfillindate,time，operatorandfill“calibrationpassorfail”inthenotecolumn，crossouttheothercolumns.于《分析天平的使用記錄》里填寫(xiě)校準(zhǔn)記錄，寫(xiě)上日期，姓名，于備注一欄里填寫(xiě)passorfail，劃掉其他欄。

Theperiodiccalibrationdoesevery6months.PleaserefertoattachmentC,record<PeriodicCalibrationTable>andupdatethelabel.ifpass/周期性的校正每6個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次(參見(jiàn)附件C)。填寫(xiě)周期性校正記錄，周期校正通過(guò)更換校正標(biāo)簽。Ifcalibrationfail,performrecalibration;ifrecalibrationstillcannotpass,thenstopusing,putup‘StopUsing’markandcontactthemanufacturerimmediately.校準(zhǔn)不合格的儀器，則進(jìn)行再校準(zhǔn);如果再校準(zhǔn)仍不能通過(guò)，停止使用，并加帖“停止使用”標(biāo)記，由儀器負(fù)責(zé)人聯(lián)系儀器廠家進(jìn)行維修。ReferenceSOPNo:AC-040.01

Attachment/附件C RegulationforAnalyticalBalanceDailyCheck分析天平的核查規(guī)則Unloadtheweighingpan.Press‘ON’toclearthescreento‘0.0000’./讓秤盤(pán)空載，按“ON”鍵，清空顯示屏至‘0.0000’。Placeappropriateweightclosesttoweightofmaterialsnormallyweighedinthecenterofpan.RecordthetheoreticalamountandActualamountofweightin<Logbookofuseforanalyticalinstrument>afterstable.Removetheweightandweighthesampleiftheerrorisnotoutoftheacceptancelimitcriteria.Ifthetestingresultisouttheacceptancelimitcriteria,calibratetheAnalyticalInstrumentaccordingtoattachmentB.Recheckitagainaftercalibration./將合適的砝碼放在稱量盤(pán)的中間,讀數(shù)穩(wěn)定后于《分析天平的使用記錄》上記錄讀數(shù)。如果結(jié)果符合誤差限度要求，可以稱量樣品。如果結(jié)果超出限度要求，按照附件B對(duì)天平進(jìn)行校正，校正合格后重新對(duì)天平進(jìn)行核查。Ifrecheckcannotpass,stopusing,putup‘StopUsing’markandcontactthemanufacturerimmediately.如果再次核查仍不能通過(guò)，停止使用，并加帖“停止使用”標(biāo)記，由儀器負(fù)責(zé)人聯(lián)系儀器廠家進(jìn)行維修。Criterialimitasfollow/最大允許誤差:Load/載荷量Maxpermiterror/最大允許誤差0g≤m≤50g±1*10-3g50g＜m≤200g±2*10-3gm＞200g±3*10-3gReferenceSOPNo:AC-040.01

AttachmentD/附件D PeriodiccalibrationRegulationforAnalyticalBalance分析天平周期性校正規(guī)則Maximumpermiterroratloadpoints/天平各載荷點(diǎn)的最大允許誤差A(yù)tfirst,turnontheinstrumentandwarm-upforabout30min.Thencalibrateitbyaddingweightsfromzerotothemaximumloadincreasedbydegrees,thenunloadthemtozerodecreasedbydegrees./首先開(kāi)機(jī)預(yù)熱30min，然后按照附件B的操作程序?qū)﹄娮犹炱竭M(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)，校準(zhǔn)完畢，顯示零位。從零載荷開(kāi)始，逐漸單調(diào)往上加載，直至加到天平的最大稱量值時(shí)。

acceptancelimitcriteria/要求：theerroratanyloadshouldbenomorethanthetablelistedbelow:/不論哪種情況，要求所得各載荷點(diǎn)的誤差均符合下表中所規(guī)定的允許誤差。Load/載荷量Maxpermiterror（MPE）/最大允許誤差Neworjustrepairedbalance/新天平或修理后Inuse/使用中0g≤m≤50g±0.5*10-3g±1*10-3g50g≤m≤200g±1*10-3g±2*10-3g200g＜m±1.5*10-3g±3*10-3gReferencetoChineseComputationCalibratingRegulationJJG98-90/參考中華人民共和國(guó)計(jì)量檢定規(guī)程JJG98-90.Repeatability/重復(fù)性檢測(cè)Therepeatabilityexaminationsareperformedatbothloadandunloadstates.Therearetwoweightsforloadexamination:fullweightandhalfweight.Recordtheindicatedvalueatbothloadandunloadstate,andpayattentiontogoingbacktozeroaftereveryload/天平重復(fù)性檢定應(yīng)在空載和加載狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行，加載的載荷有兩種：一種是全載，一種是半載。要求檢定中分別對(duì)加載和空載的平衡位置進(jìn)行讀數(shù)并記錄，同時(shí)注意每加一次載荷均應(yīng)返零一次。Acceptancelimitcriteria:/要求：Theerrorbetweenmultipleexaminationofthesameloadshouldbenomorethanthemaximumacceptanceerror./對(duì)同一載荷多次衡量結(jié)果之間的差值，不得超過(guò)天平在該載荷時(shí)的最大允許誤差的絕對(duì)值。3.Deflectionloadexamination/偏載檢測(cè)(四角誤差檢測(cè))Theloadusedfordeflectionexaminationisabout1/3ofthemaximalload,loadtheweightinthemiddle,inthefront,intheback,ontheleft,ontherightofthepanrespectively,eccentricityareaisabout1/4ofthepan.Thedeflectionloaderroristhemaximumerrorbetweenthemiddlepointandeachpointindependently/試驗(yàn)載荷約等于天平最大載荷的三分之一，試驗(yàn)載荷放在稱量盤(pán)的中心和該稱量盤(pán)的前、后、左、右四個(gè)偏心部位，偏心面積約為稱量盤(pán)表面積的四分之一，其四角誤差等于各點(diǎn)的示值與中心點(diǎn)的示值之差中的最大者。

Acceptancelimitcriteria:要求：addtheloadonthedifferentpointsofthepan,theindicatedvalueofthebalanceshouldbenomorethanthemaximumacceptanceerror/載荷加在稱量盤(pán)的不同位置上，天平的示值均在最大允許誤差之內(nèi)。Weightscalibration/砝碼檢定Weightsshouldbesenttolocalcomputationinstitutionforcalibration,thecalibrationperiodis1year.Weightsthathadnotpassedtheperiodiccalibrationcannotbeused./砝碼定期送當(dāng)?shù)赜?jì)量檢定所進(jìn)行檢定，檢定周期為1年，檢定合格者方可使用。ReferenceSOPNo:AC-040.01
