黨務(wù)工作者創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)研討文章目前,在全國各地揪起創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)陣陣熱潮的大背景下,如何圍繞“推動(dòng)科學(xué)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧、服務(wù)人民群眾、加強(qiáng)基層組織”的活動(dòng)目標(biāo)深入開展創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng),成為一個(gè)重要課題。筆者認(rèn)為,深入開展創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)要抓好五個(gè)方面的工作。抓好宣傳引導(dǎo),營造活動(dòng)開展氛圍除了抓好橫幅、標(biāo)語、電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等傳統(tǒng)方式的宣傳外,還要采取一些基層黨員群眾喜聞樂道的宣傳方式,讓大家能夠更直觀、更主動(dòng)的接受創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)。比如重用大學(xué)生村官為創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)指導(dǎo)員,向黨員群眾宣傳創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)知識(shí);編發(fā)創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào),及時(shí)迅速刊發(fā)活動(dòng)涌現(xiàn)出來的先進(jìn)典型和經(jīng)驗(yàn);印制活動(dòng)宣傳小卡片遞送到黨員群眾手,讓他們足不出戶就能知曉相關(guān)知識(shí);在電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)上開設(shè)專欄,及時(shí)將央、省、市、縣創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)的工作動(dòng)態(tài)向黨員群眾播報(bào);組成創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)宣講團(tuán),深入基層組織授課講解。要力爭(zhēng)以多種方式的宣傳,將創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)全方位的滲透到黨員群眾的生活,入心入腦。抓好活動(dòng)載體,強(qiáng)化活動(dòng)運(yùn)行支撐創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)的活動(dòng)載體搞好了,創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)就搞好了一大半??梢越梃b學(xué)踐活動(dòng)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和有效做法,精心設(shè)計(jì)和不斷創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)載體,要將活動(dòng)載體細(xì)化,制訂具體的Unit5Whatwereyoudoingwhentherainstorm
