MN包400V開(kāi)關(guān)柜操作與維護(hù)手冊(cè)O(shè)perationandMaintenanceManualofMNS400VSwitchCabinet引言1Introduction操作與維護(hù)手冊(cè)說(shuō)明Operationandmaintenancemanualinstructions正確操作MN型400V開(kāi)關(guān)柜，要求搬運(yùn)、安裝、操作及維護(hù)都由具有相關(guān)資質(zhì)的專業(yè)人員來(lái)進(jìn)行；Inordertoensureproperoperation,onlyqualifiedprofessionalscanhandle,install,operateandmaintainMNS400Vswitchcabinet;為了避免人員遭受電擊的危險(xiǎn)，要求在安裝或者維護(hù)之前對(duì)系統(tǒng)斷電；Inordertoavoidelectricshock,thesystemshallbedisconnectedfrompowerbeforeinstallationormaintenance;本指導(dǎo)手冊(cè)的目的在于讓相關(guān)人員熟悉 MN型400VF關(guān)柜的安裝、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)過(guò)程及可能遇到的危險(xiǎn)。相關(guān)人員必須具備以下條件：TheManualintendstohelprelevantpersonneltounderstandinstallationandmaintenanceprocessofMNS400Vswitchcabinetandpossibledangers.Relevantpersonnelmustmeetfollowingconditions:具有操作帶電設(shè)備的資質(zhì)；Qualifiedforoperatingliveequipment;接受過(guò)相關(guān)安全知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)。Havingreceivedrelevantsafetyknowledgetrainings.如果不遵循這些指導(dǎo)，則可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的人員身體傷害甚至死亡，或者是設(shè)備的損壞 。Failuretodothisguidancewillcausepossibleseriouspersonalinjuriesandevendeath,orequipmentdamage.不遵從本規(guī)定的結(jié)果對(duì)下列事件的發(fā)生，MN型400UF關(guān)柜生產(chǎn)廠家將不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任:MNS400Vswitchcabinetmanufacturerswillbearnoresponsibilityforfollowingviolations:不遵守安全及操作規(guī)程的行為；Violationsagainstsafetyandoperationprocedures;非專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行不適當(dāng)?shù)木S修；Impropermaintenancebynon-professionals;任何不經(jīng)意的運(yùn)輸損壞；Anycasualtransportdamage;不正當(dāng)?shù)氖褂门c操作；Improperuseandoperation；未得到專業(yè)人員的授權(quán)下修改MN型400UF關(guān)柜系統(tǒng)；ModificationofMNS400Vswitchcabinetsystemwithoutprofessionals’authorization;設(shè)備說(shuō)明EquipmentinstructionsMN型低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜適用于交流50Hz,額定工作電壓380Vl勺系統(tǒng)，用于發(fā)電廠、變配電所、石油化工、工礦企業(yè)、高層建筑、車站碼頭等動(dòng)力、照明配電系統(tǒng)中作為電能的分配、保護(hù)和監(jiān)控之用.ApplicabletothesystemwithcurrentofAC50Hzandratedoperatingvoltageof380V,MNSLVswitchcabinetisusedforenergydistribution,protectionandmonitoringofpowersystem,lightingandpowerdistributionsystematpowerplant,substationanddistributionstation,petrochemicalenterprise,industrialandminingenterprise,highbuilding,stationandterminal,etc.設(shè)備使用說(shuō)明Equipmentoperationinstructions因本項(xiàng)目是固定分隔式結(jié)構(gòu)、不必提供單獨(dú)的操作說(shuō)明Astheequipmentisoffixed-separatedstructure,itisunnecessarytoseparatelyprovideoperationinstructions.技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)和名詞解釋Technicaltermsanddefinitions外殼：低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜外部結(jié)構(gòu)件，滿足規(guī)定的防護(hù)要求，保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)元器件正常工作，防止人體觸及開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部導(dǎo)電部件和運(yùn)動(dòng)部件。Enclosure:asanexternalstructuralmemberoftheLVswitchcabinet,itcanmeetspecifiedprotectionrequirements,ensurenormaloperationofelementsandinstrumentsintheswitchcabinet,andpreventanycontactofhumanbodywithconductivepartsandmovingpartsintheswitchcabinet.骨架：低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的結(jié)構(gòu)件，用以構(gòu)建低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的基本框架結(jié)構(gòu)。Framework:asastructuralmemberoftheLVswitchcabinet,itisusedtoformbasicframestructureoftheLVswitchcabinet.隔板：用于隔離低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)各個(gè)隔室。Separationboard:itisusedtoseparateeachcompartmentoftheLVswitchcabinet.門(mén)：低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜上帶鉸鏈的覆板構(gòu)件，門(mén)上可安裝電力儀表和控制按鈕。Door:asahingedsheathingelementontheLVswitchcabinet,thedoorcanbeprovidedwithelectricinstrumentandcontrolbutton.隔室：除進(jìn)行內(nèi)部接線、調(diào)整或通風(fēng)時(shí)才需要打開(kāi)外，通常是封閉著的一種框架單元。Compartment:itisagenerallyclosedframeunit,andisonlyopenedforinternalwiring,adjustmentorventilation.功能單元：低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)具有某種功能的所有主回路和輔助回路組合體。Functionunit:allcombinationsofmainandauxiliarycircuitswithcertainfunctionintheLVswitchcabinet.主回路：傳遞電能的回路。Maincircuit:acircuittotransmitpowerenergy.輔助回路：執(zhí)行控制、測(cè)量、調(diào)節(jié)和信號(hào)的回路。Auxiliarycircuit:control,measurement,adjustmentandsignalcircuits.母線系統(tǒng)：包括主母線及其附屬件、配電母線及其附屬件、連接銅排、銅柱及母線夾等。Busbarsystem:includingmainbusbarandaccessories,distributionbusbar,cooperbar,coppercolumnandbusbarclamp.進(jìn)線單元：把電能接受到主母線的一種功能單元。Incomingunit:afunctionunitthatcantransmitelectricenergytomainbusbar.出線單元：把電能輸送給一個(gè)或多個(gè)出線電路的功能單元。Outgoingunit:afunctionunitthatcantransmitelectricpowertooneormoreoutgoingcircuits.固定式安裝：在安裝板上完成功能單元一次回路、二次回路元器件的安裝，配套操作與控制面板。按固定式工藝要求安裝的功能單元可實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)，但不能在帶電狀態(tài)下拆卸或抽出。Fixedinstallation: PE)：以安全為目的而提供的導(dǎo)體。Protectiveconductor(PE):conductortobeprovidedforsafetypurpose.中性導(dǎo)體( N)：電氣上與中性點(diǎn)連接，并能參與分配電能的導(dǎo)體。Neutralconductor(N):conductorsubjecttoelectricalneutralpointconnectionandenergydistribution.保護(hù)中性導(dǎo)體( PEN)：兼有保護(hù)接地導(dǎo)體和中性導(dǎo)體功能的導(dǎo)體。Protectiveandneutralconductor(PEN):conductorwithprotectivegroundingconductorandneutralconductor.額定電流(In)：在基準(zhǔn)環(huán)境條件下，電氣設(shè)備在額定電壓下長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)工作時(shí)允許的電流。Ratedcurrent(In):allowablecurrentofelectricalequipmentduringlong-termcontinuousoperationunderratedvoltageandreferenceenvironmentconditions.額定短時(shí)耐受電流(Icw)：電氣設(shè)備制造商宣稱的，在規(guī)定條件下，用電流和時(shí)間定義的能夠耐受的短時(shí)電流有效值。Ratedshort-timewithstandcurrent(Icw):effectivevalueofshort-timecurrentdefinedbycurrentandtimeunderspecifiedconditionsasannouncedbyelectricalequipmentmanufacturer.額定電壓 (Un)：電氣設(shè)備長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作時(shí)所適用的最佳電壓，也是設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)電壓。Ratedvoltage(Un):optimumvoltageapplicabletolong-termoperationofelectricalequipment,ordesignvoltageoftheequipment.額定絕緣電壓 (Ui)：設(shè)備制造商對(duì)設(shè)備或其部件規(guī)定的耐受電壓有效值，以表征其絕緣規(guī)定的耐受能力。29.Ratedinsulationvoltage(Ui):effectivevalueofwithstandvoltageofequipmentorpartsasspecifiedbytheequipmentmanufacturer,indicatingthespecifiedinsulationwithstandcapacity.2.安全說(shuō)明SafetyInstructions基本安全說(shuō)明Basicsafetyinstructions低壓配電柜的操作人員需通過(guò)國(guó)家相關(guān)部門(mén)培訓(xùn)、考核并獲得進(jìn)網(wǎng)證和操作證。LVdistributioncabinetoperatorsshallreceivetrainingsofrelevantnationaldepartments,passappraisalandobtainnetworkcertificatesandoperationcertificates.低壓配電柜的操作人員熟悉本崗位規(guī)章制度和變配電設(shè)備的性能、操作方法以及事故情況下的正確處理方法。LVdistributioncabinetoperatorsshallbefamiliarwithrulesandregulationsoftheirpostsaswellasperformance,operationmethodsandcorrecttroubleshootingincaseofemergency.熟悉并正確使用電工安全用具和消防用具。Befamiliarwithandproperlyuseelectricsafetyapplianceandfire-fightingapparatus.配電房維修必須掛相關(guān)警示牌，二人進(jìn)行，一人操作，一人監(jiān)護(hù)，巡檢時(shí)可以一人進(jìn)行，但必須通知其它當(dāng)班人員，與被檢設(shè)備保持 0.7米以處距離。Relevantwarningsignsmustbeprovidedformaintenanceofthedistributionroom,andtwopersonsarearranged(oneforoperationandoneforsupervision).However,onepersonisarrangedforpatrolinspection,andotheroperatorsondutymustbenotifiedandkeepmorethan0.7mawayfromtestedequipment.柜門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作靈活可靠，屋頂無(wú)滲漏水，柜外、柜內(nèi)清潔無(wú)雜物，柜門(mén)鑰匙、操作 棒、警示牌等齊全。Thecabinetdoorcanflexiblyandreliablyswitch,withoutwaterleakageatroof.Itiscleanandfreefromdebrisinandoutsidethecabinet,andcabinetdoorkey,handlingrodandwarningplatearecomplete.各負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)手自動(dòng)合閘分閘靈活可靠，過(guò)壓、過(guò)流、欠壓、失壓保護(hù)功能完好，安裝接線牢固可靠無(wú)灼痕，隔離開(kāi)關(guān)合閘分閘靈活可靠，安裝牢固，觸點(diǎn)(連接處)接觸牢固、無(wú)灼痕。Eachloadswitchprovidesreliableandflexiblemanual/automaticclosingandopeningwithgoodovervoltage,overcurrent,under-voltageandno-voltageprotectionfunctions,andwiringissecureandreliablewithoutburningmarks.Thedisconnectorprovidesflexibleandreliableclosing/openingwithsecureinstallation,andthecontact(connection)providessecurecontactwithoutburningmarks.各面板指示燈齊全，指示儀表(含互感器)指示準(zhǔn)確且在有效期內(nèi)使用。Theindicatorlamponeachpaneliscomplete,andtheindicatinginstrument(includingsensor)providesproperindicationandisusedwithintheeffectiveperiod.成套設(shè)備/機(jī)械安全說(shuō)明Completeequipment/mechanicalsafetyinstructions一、停電或送電之前，必須與用戶聯(lián)系好。Keepcontactwiththeuserbeforepowershutdownortransmission.二、停電后必須檢電，檢修電容器柜時(shí)，還必須放電。確無(wú)電后，方可接觸導(dǎo)電體。Performelectricityinspectionaftershutdown,anddischargeelectricitybeforeoverhaulofthecapacitorcabinet.Contactwiththeconductorafternoelectricityisdiscovered.三、聯(lián)絡(luò)柜的操作：聯(lián)絡(luò)柜是雙投閘刀開(kāi)關(guān)，向上合閘是用本室輔助變壓器，向下合閘是用來(lái)自北井配電室的備用電源。在總柜未停電的情況下，嚴(yán)禁操作此柜。Operationoftiecabinet:thetiecabinetisprovidedwithdouble-throwknifeswitch.AuxiliarytransformerofthecompartmentisusedunderUpwardclosing,andstandbypowerfromthedistributionroomisusedunderdownwardclosing.Donotoperatethecabinetundertheconditionthatthetotalcabinetisconnected.四、進(jìn)線柜的操作：OperationofIncomingCabinet:.停電：Powershutdown:(1)按柜面“停電”按鈕，空氣斷路器跳閘。如果不跳閘，就打開(kāi)柜門(mén)，推按斷路器上“0”字牌，使其跳閘。跳閘后，斷路器窗口顯示“ 0”字，柜面綠燈亮，紅燈滅。Theaircircuitbreakertripsoffbypressingthe“off”buttononthepanel.Openthecabinetdoorunderontrip-off,andpushandpress“0” onthecircuitbreakerfortrip-off.Aftertrip-off,whenthecircuitbreakerwindowindicates “0”,greenlightonthecabinetison,andtheredlightisoff.(2)拉下柜面操作手柄，使隔離開(kāi)關(guān)斷開(kāi)。Pulldowntheoperationhandleonthepanelsurfacetodisconnectthedisconnector.送電：Powertransmission:(1)推上柜面操作手柄，使隔離開(kāi)關(guān)閉合。Pushoperationhandleonthepanelsurfacetoconnectdisconnectingswitch.(2)按柜面“儲(chǔ)能”按鈕，進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)能，顯示“已儲(chǔ)能”。Press"EnergyStorage"onthepanelsurfacetostartenergystorage,and"EnergyStored"willbedisplayed.(3)按柜面“起動(dòng)”按鈕，斷路器合閘，窗口顯示“ 1”字，柜面紅燈亮，綠燈滅。Press"Start"onthepanelsurfacetoconnectcircuitbreaker,"1"willbedisplayedinthewindow,andredindicatorwillbeonandgreenindicatorwillbeoffonthepanel.(4)如果按鈕失效，就用儲(chǔ)能手柄插入斷路器的方孔內(nèi)，上下?lián)u動(dòng)手柄進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)能，直到顯示“已儲(chǔ)能”為止。然后，推按斷路器上的“1”字牌，使其合閘，窗口顯示“ 1”字，柜面紅燈亮，綠燈滅。Incaseofbuttonfailure,insertenergystoragehandleintothesquareholeofcircuitbreaker,andmovethehandleupanddownforenergystoragetilldisplayof"EnergyStored".Then,pushandpress"1"oncircuitbreakertoconnectthecircuitbreaker;"1"willbedisplayedinthewindow,redindicatorwillbeonandgreenindicatorwillbeoffonthepanelsurface.3.荷載，測(cè)試和調(diào)試說(shuō)明InstructionforLoad,TestandCommissioning設(shè)備安裝說(shuō)明Instructionsforequipmentinstallation開(kāi)關(guān)柜的安裝需按照以下步驟進(jìn)行：Installswitchcabinetinthefollowingsteps:安裝在同一排的不同包裝單元必須確保準(zhǔn)確的排在同一排并且保持垂直豎立；開(kāi)關(guān)柜的門(mén)板不能擠壓。開(kāi)關(guān)柜可以從左側(cè)開(kāi)始安裝也可以從右側(cè)開(kāi)始安裝。Differentpackageunitstobeinstalledinthesamerowshallbeinstalledaccuratelyinthesamerowandkeptverticalandupright;thedoorofswitchcabinetmaynotbesqueezed.Itisallowedtoinstallswitchcabinetfromeithertheleftsideortherightside.不同運(yùn)輸單元的骨架需拼接。開(kāi)關(guān)柜操作面的面板必須在面板內(nèi)部的左側(cè)用四個(gè)專用螺栓固定。柜前門(mén)板或者柜后門(mén)板，分別在面板內(nèi)部的左側(cè)和右側(cè)用專用螺栓固定。Theskeletonsofdifferenttransportunitsshallbeassembledtogether.Operationpanelofswitchcabinetshallbefixedwithfourspecialboltsattheleftsideinsidethepanel.Frontorreardoorofthecabinetshallbefixedwithspecialboltsattheleftorrightsideinsidethepanel.整排柜子末端的一側(cè)必須安裝側(cè)板， 并且使用規(guī)格為M6X1的拼臺(tái)螺絲。在安裝側(cè)板的時(shí)候必須確保至少每個(gè)連接點(diǎn)都使用連接墊片。TerminalsideofcabinetsinthesamerowshallbemountedwithsideplatebyM6X10connectionscrew. Itisnecessarytoensurethatconnectiongasketisusedforeachjunctionduringsideplatemounting.如果豎直段的螺絲連接處被安裝元件阻擋，那么可以在柜子底部用框架連接件將柜子拼接在一起。Incasescrewjunctioninverticalsectionisblockedbymountedelements,cabinetcanbeassembledtogetherbyframeconnectoratcabinetbottom.使用電氣的或壓縮空氣操作的螺絲刀固定牙形螺釘。Toothscrewshallbefixedwithelectricorcompressedair-drivenscrewdriver.保護(hù)導(dǎo)體固定在pe^者peNDE中。中性點(diǎn)直接接地系統(tǒng)中額外的接地點(diǎn)可以選取PE/PE陽(yáng)E的任一點(diǎn)接地。當(dāng)然還需遵守當(dāng)?shù)氐囊?guī)則。protectiveconductorshallbefixedinpEorpENblock.AdditionalearthpointsofdirectneutralearthsystemmaybeearthedwithanypointofpE/pENblock.Localrulesshallalsobefollowed.起吊角需保持一定的角度。Certainangleshallbekeptforliftingangle.柜體的固定Cabinetbodyfixing底部電纜進(jìn)出線的柜子的安裝需先制作帶有電纜走線孔的基礎(chǔ)，柜子應(yīng)該安裝在以下兩種基座的任一個(gè)上，深入到地下的混凝土底座；Fortheinstallationofcabinetwithcablesledinandoutfromthebottom,thefoundationwithcableholeshallbepreparedatfirst,andthecabinetshallbeinstalledonanyofthefollowingtwobases:concretebasedeepunderground;底座的水平公差需保持在土 1mm/1m以內(nèi)，需通過(guò)專用的水平檢測(cè)儀器確保這一點(diǎn)；Horizontaltoleranceofthebaseshallbekeptwithin±1mm/1m,andshallbeensuredupontestbyspecialleveldetector;柜子豎起后須焊接或者用螺栓固定在底座上，螺栓固定僅限于電纜下出有電纜溝的情況；Thecabinetshallbefixedatthebasethroughweldingorwithboltsafterbeingputupright,andboltfixingisonlyrequiredforcabletrenchundercables;每柜前后的焊接處不得低于20mm所有的焊接處須涂上涂料以防腐蝕（例如含鋅的涂料 ）；Theweldinfrontofandbehindeachcabinetmaynotbelessthan20mm,andalltheweldsshallbeappliedwithcoatingtopreventcorrosion(suchaszinciferouscoating);采用螺栓連接須貫穿骨架的橫截面，用來(lái)安裝M斕螺栓的安裝孔須保持垂直；Thecrosssectionthroughouttheskeletonisrequiredforboltconnection,andthemountingholeformountingM8boltshallbekeptvertical;如果采用地板固定柜體，須注意：Noticesforfixingcabinetbodyonthefloor:水平公差與底座安裝要求一致；Horizontaltoleranceshallmeetbaseinstallationrequirements;地板下層物須保持堅(jiān)固，以便在填充土壤時(shí)不超過(guò)公差(特別是使用絕緣層和粘合劑)；Thesubstanceunderthefloorshallbekeptsolidtoensuretoleranceduringsoilfilling(inparticularintheuseofinsulatinglayerandadhesive);地板須有超過(guò)20kN/m加承載能力(地板從頂?shù)降椎膲嚎s)；Thefloorshallhavebearingcapacityabove20kN/m2(floorcompressionfromtoptobottom);將柜子豎起并焊接或者用螺栓固定在地板上時(shí)須注意：Noticesforfixingcabinetbodyonthefloorthroughweldingorwithboltsafterputtingcabinetbodyupright:每柜前后的焊接處不得低于20mm所有的焊接處須涂上涂料以防腐蝕(例如含鋅的涂料
