通過(guò)本次培訓(xùn),讓各位了解AWSD1.12010和EEMUA158:1994標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本內(nèi)容,了解兩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中一些重點(diǎn)要求及其不同。了解建造過(guò)程中的相關(guān)要求,以免違反標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工藝文件要求。減少船東、船檢的Comments、投訴等,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,加快報(bào)驗(yàn)過(guò)程,在建造和檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,減少因不了解EEMUA158標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的要求而出現(xiàn)不必要的問(wèn)題和麻煩。焊接技術(shù)培訓(xùn)第1頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)1.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的范圍(Scope)AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.1

Thiscodecontainstherequirementsforfabricatinganderectingweldedsteelstructures.Whenthiscodeisstipulatedincontractdocuments,conformancewithallprovisionsofthecodeshallberequired,exceptforthoseprovisionsthattheEngineer(see1.4.1)orcontractdocuments

材料AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.1-2010/2008Clause3PrequalificationofWPSs按材料等級(jí)和強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)。AWSD1.1的5.2和5.3條款比EEMUA1581994section3更詳細(xì)的講述了,焊材、鋼板等材料的替代、儲(chǔ)存、標(biāo)識(shí)、發(fā)放等。這些都要嚴(yán)格按程序的要求控制好。EEMUA158:1994中規(guī)定,生產(chǎn)中所用的母材的供貨狀態(tài)必須與材料評(píng)定試驗(yàn)中所用的母材有相同的供貨狀態(tài)。(N389項(xiàng)目用板供貨狀態(tài)TMCP)

第3頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder焊接工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.1-2010/2008Section4QulificationPartB對(duì)焊評(píng)做了詳細(xì)的規(guī)定和要求。PartC對(duì)焊工資質(zhì)考試做了相關(guān)的規(guī)定和要求。而EEMUA158:1994section4Qualificationofweldingproceduresandpersonnel在焊接工藝評(píng)定中對(duì)一些重要變素和限制條件進(jìn)行了比AWSD1.1更為嚴(yán)格的要求。當(dāng)然AWSD1.1也有比EEMUA158要求嚴(yán)格的條款。下面先來(lái)了解對(duì)其中一些不同要求。第4頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(選10條)(a)SMAWforheatinputsexceeding3kJ/mm.手工電弧焊熱輸入不允許超3kJ/mm。(b)SMAWbeadwidthsexceedingthelesserof16mmorfourtimesthecorewirediameter.焊條電弧焊根部打底焊道寬度不能超4倍焊條直徑或16mm.我們WPS要求2.5倍。很多海工產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格書(shū)也是這樣規(guī)定的,尤其對(duì)重要結(jié)構(gòu)、特殊結(jié)構(gòu)。AWSD1.1對(duì)SMAW的焊道寬度沒(méi)有作出要求。第5頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(h)SSFCAWandGSFCAWforheatinputsexceeding1.5kJ/mmexceptforvertical-uprootpasses.藥芯氣體保護(hù)焊(氣體保護(hù)和自保護(hù))熱輸入除根部立焊焊道外,不得超1.5kJ/mm。所以立焊時(shí),要控制焊道寬度不得超寬(WPS要求小于12mm)。還要按WPS控制好焊接參數(shù)。AWSD1.1根據(jù)坡口寬度,要求分道。非管材1G,2G,4G位置,坡口間距>16mm時(shí),分道焊接。非管材3G,或管材幾個(gè)位置焊接,>25mm,分道焊接。(l)Heatinputsexceeding3.5kJ/mmforsteelsuptoandincludingGrade355andexceeding3kJ/mmforgradesabove355.埋弧焊(SAW),焊接屈服強(qiáng)度355Mpa以下鋼材時(shí)熱輸入≤3.5kJ/mm,超過(guò)355Mpa時(shí),熱輸入≤3kJ/mm。第6頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(o)Includedanglesofbevelledweldsbelow45degrees(exceptascoveredby4.5.2(g)).

焊縫的坡口角度不得小于45°(除已經(jīng)成功評(píng)定覆蓋小角度外)(p)Includedanglesbelow60degreesforclosingweldsintubularsabove40mmthick.40mm以上板厚的管道上,封閉焊接接頭的坡口角度不得小于60°。第7頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(S)Maximuminterpasstemperatureexceeding250°C.最高層間溫度250℃。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)按適用的WPS要求來(lái)控制溫度。AWSD1.1對(duì)材料的最高預(yù)熱和層間溫度不得高于PQR中最高層間溫度56℃以上。AWSD1.1表4.5規(guī)定了最低預(yù)熱溫度和層間溫度最多可以降低15℃。第8頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(T)Single-passfilletwelds(otherthanbySAW)withadesignleglengthgreaterthan6mm.單道角焊縫(除了SAW)焊腳大于6mm,重評(píng)。AWSD1.1中,表5.8

第9頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.3RestrictionsonWeldingPractices焊接過(guò)程中的限制(V)Useofbackingstrips.背部使用帶(鋼)狀襯墊,重評(píng)。(U)Useofceramicinserts.使用陶瓷襯墊,重評(píng)。AWSD1.1中,表4.5中第34條:取消襯墊或取消背部清根,要重評(píng)。5.10襯墊有坡口焊縫或角焊縫的根部可用銅、焊劑、玻璃纖維帶、陶瓷、鐵粉或類(lèi)似材料作襯墊以防熔穿。N389項(xiàng)目提交的焊評(píng)沒(méi)有使用襯墊評(píng)定的。所以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嚴(yán)禁使用襯墊。第10頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.5EssentialVariables(基本變素)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)中,若與4.5.1到4.5.5中規(guī)定的不同,要重新做評(píng)定試驗(yàn)。以下是選的一些規(guī)定,建造過(guò)程中需要注意,并嚴(yán)格按批準(zhǔn)的適用的WPS執(zhí)行。4.5.1MaterialsRelatedVariables(材料相關(guān)的變素)(f)Ifflame-cutweldbevelsarenotgroundtobrightmetal.火焰切割后的焊縫坡口面打磨至光亮的金屬。(否則重評(píng))(g)Ifaprotectivefinishappliedtotheweldbevelischanged.如果坡口采用的底漆,底漆不可更換。(否則重評(píng))

坡口的角度不小于WPS中的規(guī)定。否則重評(píng)。在TKY接頭中,支管和主管的夾角小于45°,要通過(guò)試驗(yàn)評(píng)定。(N389項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)評(píng)定過(guò)了)AWSD1.1TKY接頭坡口角度(Φ)小于30°時(shí),不免除評(píng)定。要通過(guò)試驗(yàn)評(píng)定。

(k)Ifthejointmisalignmentontubularsandskidbeamsexceedsthefollowing:在管子和梁的焊接接頭中的錯(cuò)邊要求:-forsingle-sidedjoints:thesmallerof3mmor10%ofthejointthickness,exceptthata2mmmisalignmentispermittedregardlessofthickness.單面坡口焊縫:錯(cuò)邊最大3mm或0.1T,取較小者。允許錯(cuò)邊2mm以內(nèi)時(shí),可以不考慮板厚。-fordouble-sidedjoints:thesmallerof6mmor10%ofthejointthickness,exceptthata2mmmisalignmentispermittedregardlessofthickness雙面坡口焊縫:錯(cuò)邊最大6mm或0.1T,取較小者。允許錯(cuò)邊2mm以內(nèi)時(shí),可以不考慮板厚。Ifthejointmisalignmentonsectionsotherthanthosein(k)exceedsthesmallerof5mmor12%ofthejointthickness,exceptthata2mmmisalignmentispermittedregardlessofthickness.除了(k)中的接頭形式,在型材對(duì)接的接頭中,錯(cuò)邊最大5mm或12%T,取較小者。錯(cuò)邊在2mm以內(nèi)時(shí),可以不考慮板厚。第16頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.15.22.3.1圓周焊縫對(duì)齊(管材)環(huán)縫對(duì)接處相鄰邊緣的徑向偏差嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)0.2t[t為較薄者的壁厚],且最大容許偏差必須為6mm,任何偏差超過(guò)3mm時(shí)要從兩面施焊。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的板較厚,所以單面焊不準(zhǔn)超過(guò)3mm,雙面坡口焊允許超過(guò)3mm,但要小于6mm.AWSD1.15.22.3對(duì)接接頭的校直(對(duì)準(zhǔn))以對(duì)接接頭連接的部件必須仔細(xì)校直(對(duì)準(zhǔn))。如果校直之中因偏心而彎曲的部件,造成對(duì)其強(qiáng)力地約束,則相對(duì)于理論校直線的偏離值嚴(yán)禁超過(guò)連接的較薄件厚度10%,或3mm,取兩者中之較小值。第17頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder接工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.5EssentialVariables4.5.3ConsumablesVariables(焊材變素)焊接評(píng)定時(shí),蓋面焊道使用相同直徑的焊條。生產(chǎn)中焊條直徑可以增加但要符合以下要求:(d)IfthecorediameterofaSMAWelectrodeisincreasedtoonewhichdidnotmakeatleast25%ofthepassesinthequalifyingweld.

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的焊條直徑增加到評(píng)定試驗(yàn)中使用的不超過(guò)25%焊縫道數(shù)的焊條。重評(píng)。在焊接評(píng)定試驗(yàn)中,使用增加直徑的焊條焊接道數(shù)在總焊道中超過(guò)25%,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)才允許直徑增加。沒(méi)有超過(guò)25%,生產(chǎn)中不允許增加焊條直徑。(e)IfthecorediameterofaSMAWelectrodeusedforthecappingpassesisreduced.生產(chǎn)中,用于蓋面的焊條直徑大小不能減少。整個(gè)蓋面焊道使用焊條直徑工藝要求多少就是多少。AWSD1.1表4.5規(guī)定焊條直徑增加值>0.8mm,重評(píng)。第18頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.5EssentialVariables4.5.4ProceduralVariables(工藝要求上的變素)(a)Iftheweldingprocessusedforanypartoftheweld(i.e.root,secondpass,fillorcap)ischanged.焊縫分根部焊道,第二道,填充焊道,蓋面焊道,每層每道要按WPS來(lái)。(g)Ifthefirstsidetobeweldedinanunequaldouble-sidedpreparation(oroneusingdifferentconsumablesoneitherside)ischanged.焊接順序:雙面不等邊坡口,先焊大坡口側(cè),還是小坡口側(cè),要按WPS來(lái)。(兩側(cè)用什么焊材,是不是相同等等,不能用錯(cuò))第19頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)3.QualificationofWPSandwelder工藝和焊工評(píng)定AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求EEMUA158:1994Section44.5EssentialVariables4.5.4ProceduralVariables(工藝要求上的變素)對(duì)打磨和碳刨的要求也比AWSD1.1嚴(yán)格。(c)Ifgrindingbetweenpassesisomittedorifback-gougingisomitted.取消層間焊道打磨或取消背面碳刨。重評(píng)。(d)Ifthedepthofback-gouging/grindingisreduced.碳刨和打磨的深度減少。重評(píng)。(e)Ifthedepthofback-gouging/grindingisincreasedtomorethan10mm.碳刨或打磨的深度增加超過(guò)10mm.重評(píng)。(f)Ifthebackweldingusedinqualificationisomitted.評(píng)定中采用背面焊接,取消。重評(píng)第20頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158Clause5提出以下要求:所有建造相關(guān)的工人都要有相應(yīng)的從事各自工作的資格。焊工考試滿足EEMUA158的相關(guān)規(guī)定。所有建造、組裝、合攏應(yīng)依照業(yè)主認(rèn)可的程序。AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.1第5章.制造5.1范圍由本規(guī)范認(rèn)可的任何方法生產(chǎn)的焊接組件和結(jié)構(gòu)的制作和安裝,必須遵守本章所有適用條款(見(jiàn)3.2和4.15)。第21頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求5.2PreparationandAssembly5.2.4DesignofWeldedConnections除非圖紙上標(biāo)明,否則所有的焊縫都是連續(xù)地,全焊透雙面坡口焊縫。內(nèi)徑小于600mm,才采用單面坡口焊縫。(具體還得看設(shè)計(jì)圖紙)Wherepoint-to-pointconstructionisemployed,considerationshallbegiventothepossibleeffectsofthismethodofconstructiononrootquality.

對(duì)于管接頭,采用對(duì)稱分段焊接時(shí),要注意根部焊道的質(zhì)量。ConsiderationshallalsobegiventothepracticalityofperformingNDTintherootregionofsuchjoints,togetherwithappropriateacceptancecriteria.對(duì)這些接頭,要考慮根部區(qū)域便于做NDT。(RT)第22頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求5.2PreparationandAssembly5.2.5Forming(加工成型要求)TheformingofT-sectionsintoflangedringstiffenersofanydiameterwillrequiremechanicaltests(todemonstratethatthepropertiesrequiredbythepurchasespecificationaremaintainedaftertrialforming)tojustifyacceptance,regardlessoftheproposeddiameter.T型材加工成環(huán)狀加強(qiáng)筋,不論直徑大小,都要做力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)。第23頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求5.2PreparationandAssembly5.2.5Forming(加工成型要求)冷加工卷管,應(yīng)變不超5%,熱卷管的升溫,保溫,降溫,要合程序要求。Ifhotstraighteningisproposed,thetemperatureshallnotexceed500°CunlessotherwiseapprovedbythePurchaser.Theselimitsalsoapplytore-rollingofcansafterweldingtorestoreshapetowithintolerancelimits.

熱矯正,鋼板溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)500℃,除非經(jīng)業(yè)主同意。這些限制條件適用于焊后為了恢復(fù)到尺寸公差要求內(nèi)形狀的管子。ABSpart2:formingintherangebetween205°C(400°F)and425°C(800°F)shouldbeavoided.在205℃到425℃之間禁止熱矯正。第24頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求5.2PreparationandAssembly5.2.6EdgePreparation(坡口準(zhǔn)備)Surfacestobeweldedshallbevisuallyexaminedtoensurefreedomfromlaminations,cracks,slaginclusionsandcuttingnotches.Anysuchdefectsobservedshallbedressedoutbygrinding.

Ifthedepthofexcavationexceeds5mm,aweldrepairshallbemadeusinganApprovedWPS.檢查鋼材坡口及表面狀態(tài),不能有分層,裂紋,夾渣,切割槽口。所有可以觀察到的缺陷通過(guò)打磨去除。缺陷深度超過(guò)5mm,應(yīng)按照認(rèn)可的WPS進(jìn)行返修。AWSD1.1第25頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求AWSD1.15.15.4.4凹槽或缺口限制表面深度≤3/16in.[5mm]的缺口或凹槽,均必須用機(jī)械加工或打磨方法消除。深度超過(guò)3/16in.[5mm]的缺口或凹槽,如果標(biāo)稱橫截面積的減少不大于2%,則可打磨修正。經(jīng)打磨或機(jī)加工的表面必須以不超過(guò)1/10的坡度向原表面過(guò)渡。切割面和鄰近邊緣必須無(wú)掛渣。經(jīng)工程師同意,熱切割表面偶有的缺口或凹槽可用焊接返修。第26頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

5.18定位焊縫和結(jié)構(gòu)輔助焊縫AWSD1.1&EEMUA158不同要求5.18.4額外的定位焊縫要求(1)混熔于最終焊縫的定位焊縫,必須用符合最終焊縫要求的焊條施焊,在混熔前這些定位焊縫必須打掃清潔。(2)為了混熔入最終焊縫,多道定位焊縫端部必須成階梯狀,或用其他方法制備。

5.18.5混熔入SAW焊縫的定位焊縫的附加要求.除了5.18.4的要求外,下述要求適用:(1)被連續(xù)的SAW焊縫重新熔合的單道定位焊縫不要求預(yù)熱。這是5.18.1的評(píng)定要求的一個(gè)例外。(2)角焊縫的定位焊縫不應(yīng)超過(guò)3/8in[10mm],且不應(yīng)在焊縫表面外觀產(chǎn)生不良變化。(3)對(duì)于要求特別的根部熔深的接頭的根部的定位焊縫,不應(yīng)該造成熔深的減少。.(4)在正式焊接前,不符合(2)和(3)要求的定位焊縫,應(yīng)該用適當(dāng)?shù)氖侄蜗驕p小其尺寸。(5)在采用低氫焊條的SMAW、GMAW或FCAW-G時(shí),對(duì)帶有厚度小于5/16in[8mm]的鋼襯墊的接頭的根部定位焊縫,必須去除或使之在接頭的全長(zhǎng)上連續(xù)。第33頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

AWSD1.15.12焊接環(huán)境5.12.1最大風(fēng)速GMAW,GTAW,EGW或FCAW-G,除非有防風(fēng)屏蔽措施保護(hù)焊縫,否則嚴(yán)禁在鼓風(fēng)或有風(fēng)情況下操作。這種防風(fēng)屏蔽物必須適合于降低風(fēng)速的材料和形狀制造,使焊接處附近最大風(fēng)速降低為每小時(shí)5英里[每小時(shí)8千米]。5.12.2最低周?chē)鷾囟?1)周?chē)鷾囟鹊陀?℉[-20℃](緊靠焊接處周?chē)臏囟榷皇黔h(huán)境溫度)(2)焊件表面潮濕或暴露于雨、雪中,或(3)高的風(fēng)速,或(4)焊接人員暴露于險(xiǎn)惡條件下。第38頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158

Theparticulardiagramtobeusedforreference(inFig.4ofthatStandard)shallbeestablishedbyusingthemaximumpermittedCEvalueforthesteeltobewelded,togetherwiththemaximumweldmetalhydrogenlevelguaranteedbythemanufacturer.預(yù)熱和層間溫度依照BS5135。BS5135根據(jù)母材組合厚度,碳當(dāng)量,焊材擴(kuò)散氫含量,熱輸入來(lái)規(guī)定最低預(yù)熱溫度。而AWSD1.1在Table3.2列出最低預(yù)熱溫度和層間溫度。附件AnnexI中,有2種預(yù)熱溫度計(jì)算方法,從控制硬度和氫含量分別考慮預(yù)熱溫度。根據(jù)碳當(dāng)量,冷裂紋敏感指數(shù),擴(kuò)散氫含量,拘束度等來(lái)考慮預(yù)熱溫度。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主要按選用合適的WPS來(lái)預(yù)熱和保持層間溫度。第39頁(yè)/共73頁(yè)4.constructionandFabrication建造EEMUA158
