摘要:本文選取中國的“長三角”、“珠三角”和“中西部”三個重大戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繉ο?,旨在分析這些地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新效率的時空分異及其影響因素,并提出相應(yīng)政策建議。通過構(gòu)建DEA模型和時空自回歸模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同地區(qū)的科技創(chuàng)新效率存在顯著的差異,且這些差異在時間和空間上呈現(xiàn)出不同的演化趨勢。影響科技創(chuàng)新效率的因素主要包括科技體制、人力資本、科技投入等多個方面。最后,本文提出優(yōu)化科技政策、完善科技體制、提升科技創(chuàng)新能力等建議,促進(jìn)這些地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新效率的提升。

Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoanalyzethetemporalandspatialvariationsoftechnologyinnovationefficiencyinChina'sthreemajorstrategicregions:theYangtzeRiverDelta,thePearlRiverDelta,andtheCentral-WesternRegion,aswellasthefactorsthatinfluencesuchvariations.ADEAmodelandaspatiotemporalautoregressivemodelwereconstructedtoinvestigatetheefficiencydifferencesamongtheregionsandthechangesovertimeandspace.Thefactorsaffectingtechnologyinnovationefficiencyincludethescientificandtechnologicalsystem,humancapital,andR&Dinvestment,amongothers.Basedonthefindings,recommendationsarepresentedtooptimizetechnologyinnovationpolicies,improvethescientificandtechnologicalsystem,andenhanceinnovationcapabilitiestofacilitatetheimprovementoftechnologyinnovationefficiencyintheseregions.

Oneofthemostcrucialfactorsthatinfluencetechnologyinnovationefficiencyisthescientificandtechnologicalsystem.Thedevelopmentandimplementationofacomprehensivescientificandtechnologicalinfrastructureprovideasolidfoundationfortechnologyinnovationinanyregion.Governmentsandotherstakeholdersshould,therefore,investinbuildingandupgradinginfrastructuresuchasresearchinstitutions,universities,andcollaborationnetworkstoimprovetechnologyinnovationefficiency.
