PAGEPAGE1企業(yè)管理溝通中NLP教練技術(shù)的運用,mba企業(yè)管理論文Asforenterprises,goodandsmoothorganizationalcommunicationistheimportantmethodtopromotethesuccessanddevelopmentofenterprises.Especiallywiththeenterprisesdevelopincreasingly,theenterprisehierarchybecomesmore,theorganizationalstructureandstaffcompositionarecomplicatedaswellastherequirementsoftheadministrativestaffarealsohigher.However,therearemanyproblemsexistinginthepracticeofenterprisemanagerialcommunicationtheory.Itisthegeneralproblemtolackmanagerialcommunication.Itisthemajortaskforenterprisemanagershowtoimproveteamefficiency,increaseworkingperformanceandstrengthentheorganizationalcohesiveforcebypromotingmanagerialcommunicationskills.Asakindofnew-emergingmanagerialcommunicationskill,NLPcoachingtechnologyhasbeenrecognizedwidelybythewesternenterprisecyclesinceborninthe1970s.Inrecentyears,NLPcoachingtechnologyisalsoknownwidelyinChinaaswellasappliedforbeingintroducedintoenterprisemanagementandcommunicationskillpromotionbydomesticenterprises.Firstly,thethesisisbasedontheinterpersonalcommunicationtheoryingeneraltoconcludetheconceptsandconnotationoforganizationalmanagementcommunicationtheoryaswellasputforwardrepresentativetheoreticalmodelsintheperiodofdevelopment.Thethesisanalyzesdeeplytheoriginofcommunicationaswellasdevelopment,modesandelementsofmanagerialcommunicationbyreviewingtheresearchtheoriesandpracticeofmanagerialcommunicationathomeandabroad.Secondly,thethesispointsoutthatitistheperiodicalproblemexistinginthedomesticandforeignenterprisestoanalyzethepromotingroleofNLPcoachingtechnologyinenterprisemanagementcommunicationbyreviewingthetheoriesofNLPcoachingtechnology,learningdeeplytheorigin,developmentandapplicationofNLPcoachingtechnology,explainingindetailthepracticalsituationsandeffectsofNLPcoachingtechnologyinthefieldofmanagerialcommunication,summarizingandanalyzingthesituationsandexistingproblemsofmanagerialcommunicationinthedomesticandforeignenterprisesaswellaspayingattentiontotheproblemsofmanagerialcommunicationinthedomesticenterprises.Thirdly,thethesisputsforwardtheviewsthatNLPcoachingtechnologycanbeappliedtosolvetheproblemsofmanagerialcommunication,analyzestheapplicablestrategiesofNLPcoachingtechnologyaswellasperformrelatedargumentaimedatsolvingtheproblemofmanagerialcommunication.Atthesametime,thethesisexplainssystematicallythesteps,methodsandassessmentmeasuresofapplyingNLPcoachingtechnologytosolvetheproblemofdomesticmanagerialcommunicationaswellasintroducesthecoursedesignandimplement,establishmentofassessmentmodelandassessmentproceduresofNLPcoachingtechnology.Atlast,combinedwiththepracticalcasesofGcompany,thethesisperformsthepracticalanalysisaswellasstrengthenstheguidingsignificanceoftheoryonthebasisofresearchingandanalyzingtheassessmentoftrainingeffectsofGcompany.Atthesametime,thethesisappliessomerigorousandscientificmethodssuchassurveyquestionnaireaftertraining,interviewfacetofaceandquantitativecomparativeanalysisofstatisticaldatatoverifycomprehensivelyandparticularlyimplementationeffectsofNLPcoachingtechnologyinordertodefinitethepromotionvalueandpracticalsignificanceofNLPcoachingtechnologyintheperiodofmanagerialcommunicationofenterprises.ThethesisanalyzesthesignificanceandvalueofNLPcoachingtechnologyforenterprisemanagementstafffromtheaspectofmanagerialcommunicationskillsaswellasperformstherigorousresearchanalysisdeeply.Inaddition,afterthepracticalverificationofGcompany,thethesisgetstheresearchconclusion,enrichesthetheoriesofmanagerialcommunicationtosomeextentandstrengthensthepracticalexperienceofmanagerialcommunicationintheenterprises.Keywords:nlp(neuro-linguisticprogramming)coachingtechnologymanagementcommunicationtrainingevaluation。國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果及政策法規(guī)等文獻資料。在這里基礎(chǔ)上,對其進行分類整理分析,并閱讀、歸納和總結(jié),進而對現(xiàn)有公司管理溝通中存在的問題、原因及運用NLP教練技術(shù)作為對策研究進行較為充分、可行的研究論證。2、案例分析法。本論文選取屬于快消操行業(yè)的G公司作為研究案例,基于對G公司管理溝通方式的研究,利用前人的理論分析方式方法,對G公司存在的上下級溝通不暢、員工工作狀態(tài)低迷、流失率較高、團隊氣氛沉悶等問題進行分析,提出運用NLP教練技術(shù)進行管理溝通的準備、施行、評估、總結(jié)來進行實例分析。找出公司管理溝
