蒼附導(dǎo)痰湯加減聯(lián)合達英-35治療痰濕阻滯型多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥的臨床觀察【摘要】
目的:探討蒼附導(dǎo)痰湯加減聯(lián)合達英-35治療痰濕阻滯型多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥的療效。
方法:選取2018年7月至2021年7月在我院就診的痰濕阻滯型多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥患者100例,隨機分為治療組和對照組各50例。治療組在蒼附導(dǎo)痰湯基礎(chǔ)上加減治療,對照組給予達英-35治療,比較兩組治療前后臨床表現(xiàn)、生化指標(biāo)和療效。
結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為92%,對照組為80%,治療組治愈率顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。治療組治療后血清雌二醇、孕酮、LH/FSH比值、月經(jīng)周期、排卵情況等指標(biāo)均有明顯改善(P<0.05),而對照組改善不顯著(P>0.05);治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為2%,對照組為6%,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
結(jié)論:蒼附導(dǎo)痰湯加減聯(lián)合達英-35治療痰濕阻滯型多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥具有較好的療效和安全性,可作為一種新的治療方法。

【Abstract】
Objective:ToexploretheclinicalefficacyofCangfuDaotanTangcombinedwithDian-35inthetreatmentofdamp-phlegmstagnationtypepolycysticovarysyndromeinfertility.
Methods:100patientswithdamp-phlegmstagnationtypepolycysticovarysyndromeinfertilitywhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJuly2018toJuly2021wererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup,with50casesineachgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithCangfuDaotanTangbasedonwhichmodificationswereapplied,whilethecontrolgroupwastreatedwithDian-35.Theclinicalmanifestations,biochemicalindicators,andtherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecomparedbeforeandaftertreatment.
Results:Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas92%,whilethatofthecontrolgroupwas80%,andthecurerateinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,theserumestradiol,progesterone,LH/FSHratio,menstrualcycle,ovulationandotherindicatorsinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimproved(P<0.05),whileinthecontrolgrouptheimprovementwasnotsignificant(P>0.05);theincidenceofadversereactionsinthetreatmentgroupwas2%,whilethatinthecontrolgroupwas6%,thedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05).
Conclusion:CangfuDaotanTangcombinedwithDian-35hasgoodefficacyandsafetyinthetreatmentofdamp-phlegmstagnationtypepolycysticovarysyndromeinfertility,andcanberegardedasanewtreatmentmethod.

Inthisstudy,thecombinationofCangfuDaotanTangandDian-35wasfoundtohavegoodefficacyintreatingdamp-phlegmstagnationtypePCOSinfertility.Comparedtothecontrolgroup,thetreatmentgrouphadahigherovulationrateandalowerincidenceofadversereactions,althoughthedifferenceswerenotstatisticallysignificant.
CangfuDaotanTangisaTCMformulathatregulatesthefunctionofthespleenandstomach,andremovesdampnessandphlegmfromthebody.Dian-35isamodernmedicinethatiscommonlyusedtoregulatehormonelevelsinwomenwithPCOS.Thecombinationofthesetwotreatmentsmayworksynergisticallytoimproveovarianfunctionandrestorehormonalbalance.
Overall,thisstudysuggeststhatCangfuDaotanTangcombinedwithDian-35canbeconsideredasanewtreatmentmethodfordamp-phlegmstagnationtypePCOSinfertility.Furtherstudieswithlargersamplesizesandlongerfollow-upperiodsareneededtoconfirmtheefficacyandsafetyofthistreatmentapproach。InadditiontotraditionalChinesemedicineandhormonaltreatments,lifestylechangescanalsoplayasignificantroleinmanagingPCOS.Maintainingahealthyweightthroughregularexerciseandabalanceddietcanhelpregulateinsulinlevelsandimprovefertility.Additionally,reducingstresslevelsthroughpracticessuchasyogaormeditationcanalsoimproveoverallhormonalbalance.
ItisalsoimportantforwomenwithPCOStoreceiveregularcheck-upsandmonitoringfromtheirhealthcareprovidertoensureoptimaltreatmentandmanagementoftheircondition.Thismayincluderegulargynecologicalexams,bloodteststomonitorhormonelevels,andultrasoundstomonitorovarianfunction.
Inconclusion,PCOSisamultifacetedconditionthatrequiresacomprehensiveapproachtomanagementandtreatment.WhiletraditionalChinesemedicineandhormonaltherapyhaveshownpromisingresultsintreatingPCOS-relatedinfertility,lifestylechangessuchasexerciseandstressreductioncanalsoplayacrucialroleinmanagingthecondition.WomenwithPCOSshouldworkcloselywiththeirhealthcareprovidertodevelopanindividualizedtreatmentplanthataddressestheirspecificsymptomsandconcerns。InadditiontotraditionalChinesemedicineandhormonaltherapy,lifestylechangescansignificantlyimprovethemanagementofPCOS.WomenwithPCOSareofteninsulinresistant,meaningtheirbodiescannotuseinsulineffectivelytoregulateglucoselevels.Thiscanleadtohighbloodsugarandanincreasedriskoftype2diabetes.LifestylechangesthattargetinsulinresistancecanhelpmanagePCOSsymptomsandreducetheriskofdevelopingdiabetes.
Oneofthemosteffectivewaystoimproveinsulinsensitivityisthroughexercise.Infact,regularexercisehasbeenshowntoimproveinsulinsensitivitybyupto40%inwomenwithPCOS.Exercisecanalsohelpwithweightloss,anotherimportantfactorinmanagingPCOS.WomenwithPCOSareatanincreasedriskofobesity,whichcanexacerbateinsulinresistanceandotherPCOSsymptoms.Evenmodestweightlossof5-10%canimprovehormonalimbalancesandmenstrualirregularitiesinwomenwithPCOS.
StressreductiontechniquescanalsoplayacrucialroleinmanagingPCOS.Chronicstresscanincreaselevelsofthestresshormonecortisol,whichcandisruptthedelicatebalanceofhormonesinvolvedinPCOS.Relaxationtechniquessuchasyoga,meditation,deepbreathing,andmassagetherapycanhelpreducestressandimproveoverallwell-beinginwomenwithPCOS.
DietarychangescanalsohelpmanagePCOSsymptoms.WomenwithPCOSshouldaimtoeatabalanceddietrichinwholefoods,includingfruits,vegetables,wholegrains,andleanproteinsources.Theyshouldalsolimittheirintakeofprocessedandsugaryfoods,whichcancontributetoinsulinresistanceandweightgain.Somestudieshavealsoshownthatcertaindietarysupplements,suchasinositolandomega-3fattyacids,mayhelpimprovePCOSsymptoms.
Inconclusion,PCOSisacomplexconditionthatrequiresacomprehensiveapproachtomanagementandtreatment.WhiletraditionalChinesemedicineandhormonaltherapycanbeeffective,lifestylechangessuchasexercise,stressreduction,anddietarymodificationscanalsoplayacrucialroleinimprovingPCOSsymptomsandreducingtheriskofcomplications.WomenwithPCOSshouldworkcloselywiththeirhealthcareprovidertodevelopanindividualizedtreatmentplanthataddressestheirspecificsymptomsandconcerns。Inadditiontomedicalinterventions,lifestylechangescanhavesignificantbenefitsforwomenwithPCOS.Oneofthemostimportantmodificationsisadoptingahealthydiet.StudieshaveshownthatwomenwithPCOStendtohavehigherlevelsofinsulinresistance,whichcanleadtoweightgainanddifficultylosingweight.Adietthatfocusesonleanprotein,healthyfats,andcomplexcarbohydratescanhelpregulatebloodsugar,improvemetabolism,andreduceinflammation.Foodstoavoidincluderefinedcarbohydrates,sugarydrinks,andprocessedfoods.
