基于MoranI的廣東省創(chuàng)新產出空間格局研究摘要

本文基于MoranI指數(shù)，選取廣東省2005年至2019年的創(chuàng)新產出數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，旨在研究廣東省創(chuàng)新產出的空間分布特征和空間格局，并深入剖析影響創(chuàng)新產出空間格局的因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，廣東省整體上呈現(xiàn)出高度集聚的空間格局，且空間自相關性強。具體來看，珠三角地區(qū)是廣東省創(chuàng)新產出的主力軍，有力地推動了廣東省創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的步伐。而其他地區(qū)則存在著較大的空間差異性。進一步地，本文通過引入GWR模型，結合基礎設施、人力資本、政策支持等因素，探討了這些因素對廣東省創(chuàng)新產出空間分布的影響。結果表明，交通基礎設施的建設和人力資本投入對創(chuàng)新產出具有較為顯著的促進作用，政策支持也是推動創(chuàng)新產出發(fā)展的重要因素。本研究對于深化廣東省創(chuàng)新發(fā)展策略、優(yōu)化產業(yè)布局和推進地區(qū)發(fā)展協(xié)調具有重要的參考價值。

ABSTRACT

BasedontheMoranIindex,thispaperselectstheinnovationoutputdataofGuangdongProvincefrom2005to2019foranalysis,aimingtostudythespatialdistributioncharacteristicsandspatialpatternsofinnovationoutputinGuangdongProvince,andanalyzethefactorsinfluencingthespatialpatternofinnovationoutput.TheresearchfoundthatGuangdongProvinceasawholepresentsahighlyagglomeratedspatialpattern,withstrongspatialautocorrelation.Specifically,thePearlRiverDeltaregionisthemainforceofinnovationoutputinGuangdongProvince,effectivelypromotingthedevelopmentofinnovationinGuangdongProvince.However,thereisasignificantspatialdifferenceinotherregions.Furthermore,byintroducingtheGWRmodelandcombininginfrastructure,humancapital,policysupportandotherfactors,thispaperexplorestheimpactofthesefactorsonthespatialdistributionofinnovationoutputinGuangdongProvince.Theresultsshowthattheconstructionoftransportationinfrastructureandtheinvestmentinhumancapitalhaveasignificantpromotingeffectoninnovationoutput,andpolicysupportisalsoanimportantfactorinpromotingthedevelopmentofinnovationoutput.ThisstudyhasimportantreferencevaluefordeepeningthedevelopmentstrategyofinnovationinGuangdongProvince,optimizingtheindustriallayout,andpromotingregionaldevelopmentcoordination.

TheGWRmodeanalysisrevealedthattheinvestmentinresearchanddevelopment,theformationofatalentstructure,andthelevelofpolicysupporthadasignificantpromotingeffectoninnovationoutput.Specifically,increasinginvestmentinresearchanddevelopmentcouldeffectivelypromotethedevelopmentofinnovationoutput.Theformationofasoundtalentstructure,includingthecultivationandintroductionofhigh-leveltalents,wasalsoanimportantfactorinpromotinginnovationoutput.Inaddition,policysupportfromlocalgovernmentsplayedanimportantroleinpromotingthedevelopmentofinnovationoutput.
