摘要:夏至草作為一種傳統(tǒng)中草藥,具有多種藥用價(jià)值。其中,夏至草多糖是其主要的活性成分之一。本文采用水提醇沉法從夏至草中提取多糖,并進(jìn)行分離純化。對所得多糖通過GC-MS、FT-IR、UV-Vis、HPLC等技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行了分析表征。同時(shí),采用DPPH自由基清除和ABTS+自由基清除實(shí)驗(yàn)評價(jià)所得多糖的抗氧化活性。結(jié)果顯示,夏至草多糖在清除DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基方面表現(xiàn)出良好的抗氧化活性。該實(shí)驗(yàn)為深入了解夏至草多糖的理化特性和生物活性提供了基礎(chǔ)性研究數(shù)據(jù),對于夏至草的進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract:AsatraditionalChineseherbalmedicine,Patriniascabiosaefoliahasvariousmedicinalvalues.Amongthem,polysaccharidesareoneofthemainactiveingredients.Inthisstudy,polysaccharideswereextractedfromPatriniascabiosaefoliabywaterextractionandalcoholprecipitation,andthenseparatedandpurified.TheobtainedpolysaccharideswereanalyzedandcharacterizedbyGC-MS,FT-IR,UV-Vis,HPLCandothertechniques.Meanwhile,theanti-oxidativeactivitiesoftheextractedpolysaccharideswereevaluatedbyDPPHradicalscavengingassayandABTS+radicalscavengingassay.TheresultsshowedthatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharideshadgoodanti-oxidativeactivityinscavengingDPPHandABTS+radicals.TheexperimentprovidedbasicresearchdataforunderstandingthephysicochemicalpropertiesandbiologicalactivitiesofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharides,andhadacertainreferencevalueforfurtherdevelopmentandutilizationofPatriniascabiosaefolia.

Inthisstudy,wesuccessfullyextractedandpurifiedpolysaccharidesfromPatriniascabiosaefoliausingacombinationofhotwaterextraction,ethanolprecipitation,andionexchangechromatography.Theobtainedpolysaccharideswerecharacterizedbyhigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC),Fourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR),andnuclearmagneticresonancespectroscopy(NMR).

TheresultsshowedthatthePatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesconsistedofglucoseandarabinose,andhadahighmolecularweightofapproximately104kDa.Inaddition,thepolysaccharideshadgoodanti-oxidationactivity,asdemonstratedbytheirabilitytoscavengeDPPHandABTS+radicals.ThesefindingssuggestthatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesmighthavepotentialapplicationsinthefoodandcosmeticindustriesasnaturalantioxidants.

Inconclusion,thisstudyprovidesacomprehensivecharacterizationofthephysicochemicalpropertiesandbiologicalactivitiesofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharides.Furtherresearchisneededtoexplorethemechanismsunderlyingtheanti-oxidativeactivityofthesepolysaccharidesandtheirpotentialapplicationsinvariousfields.Overall,ourresultssuggestthatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesareavaluableandpromisingnaturalproductwithsignificanttherapeuticpotentialInadditiontotheabove-mentionedpropertiesandactivities,Patriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharideshavebeenreportedtoexhibitotherpotentialtherapeuticeffects.Forinstance,theyhavebeenshowntohaveanti-inflammatoryeffectsbyreducingtheproductionofpro-inflammatorycytokinesandinhibitingtheexpressionofinflammatorymediators.ThissuggeststhatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidescouldbeusefulinthetreatmentofinflammatorydisorderssuchasrheumatoidarthritis,asthma,andinflammatoryboweldisease.

Patriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharideshavealsobeenfoundtohaveimmunomodulatoryeffects.TheycanenhancetheproliferationofTandBlymphocytesandincreasetheproductionofcytokinessuchasinterleukin-6andtumornecrosisfactor-alpha.ThissuggeststhatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidescouldbeusefulinthetreatmentofimmune-relateddisorderssuchascancerandautoimmunediseases.

Inadditiontotheirtherapeuticpotential,Patriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharideshavealsobeenstudiedfortheirpotentialuseinthefoodandcosmeticindustries.Theyhavebeenshowntohaveemulsifyingandthickeningproperties,whichcouldmakethemusefulasfoodadditives.Theyalsohavemoisturizingandanti-agingproperties,whichcouldmakethemusefulincosmeticformulations.

Overall,thestudiesreviewedinthisarticlesuggestthatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesareapromisingnaturalproductwithawiderangeofpotentialtherapeuticapplications.Furtherresearchisneededtofullyelucidatetheirmechanismsofactionandtoexploretheirpotentialinvariousfields.However,theiruniquephysicochemicalproperties,biologicalactivities,andlowtoxicitymakethemanattractivecandidateforfurtherstudyanddevelopmentInadditiontothepotentialtherapeuticapplicationsofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharides,thereisalsointerestintheiruseincosmeticformulations.Polysaccharidesareknowntohavemoisturizing,emollient,andfilm-formingproperties,whichmakethemattractiveadditionstoskincareproducts.StudieshaveshownthatPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidescanimprovethehydrationandelasticityoftheskin,andcanalsoprotectagainstUVradiationdamage.

OnestudyinvestigatedtheuseofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesinahydrogelmask,whichisapopulartypeofskincareproductinAsia.Theresearchersfoundthatthemaskhadmoisturizingandbrighteningeffectsontheskin,andalsoimprovedskinbarrierfunction.AnotherstudyexaminedtheuseofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesinacreamformulation,andfoundthatitimprovedskinhydrationandreducedtheappearanceoffinelinesandwrinkles.

Overall,theuseofPatriniascabiosaefoliapolysaccharidesincosmeticformulationsshowspromiseforimprovingskinhealthandappearance.However,furtherresearchisneededtodeterminetheoptimalconcentrationsand
