二、雇傭內(nèi)容及工作時間

三、酬勞及其他福利

3.1乙方的酬勞為稅前6500元/月，大寫:陸仟伍佰元

乙方在試用期期間的酬勞為稅前5000元/月，大寫:伍仟元

PartyB’ssalaryisRMB6500Yuan(SixThousandFiveHundredYuan)permonth,intheprobationaryperiod，ThesalaryisRMB5000(FiveThousandYuan).

試用期過后，甲方將每月利潤的2%作為分紅支付給乙方,直到乙方離職。

甲方將每天賜予乙方20元人民幣，作為鑒證費補(bǔ)助。

3.2甲方應(yīng)于每月8號以貨幣或轉(zhuǎn)帳形式足額支付乙方上述酬勞。如遇節(jié)假日或休息日，應(yīng)提前到最近的工作日支付，如因特別緣由延期支付酬勞的，甲方應(yīng)在五個工作日內(nèi)向乙方說明緣由。

3.3甲方可依據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的狀況或乙方任務(wù)量和工作表現(xiàn)，適時調(diào)整乙方的酬勞。

3.4當(dāng)乙方的工作任務(wù)發(fā)生變化時，甲方可按規(guī)定調(diào)整其相應(yīng)的酬勞。乙方接受新的工作任務(wù)后，即視作接受甲方根據(jù)該工作任務(wù)重新確定的酬勞。

3.5乙方應(yīng)遵守國家及地方的稅法制度，自行繳納其個人收入的個人所得稅，甲方無義務(wù)為其代繳。

3.6若病假連續(xù)超過三天，公司支付三天基本工資的一半。超過三天的部分則按現(xiàn)行照法定病金支付。若病假持續(xù)，符合社會保障部法定病金的相關(guān)規(guī)定，則從病假的第一天起，公司只支付法定病金，全部的病假都應(yīng)有醫(yī)學(xué)證明。

PartyBsickleaveexceedsthreedaysinonecontinuousperiodtheEmployerwillpayathalfyourbasicratethefirstthreedays.ThereafterpaywillbeatthecurrentrateofStatutorySickPay.Whereperiodsofincapacityarelinked,aslaiddowninDSSStatutorySickPayregulations,youwillonlyreceiveStatutorySickPayatthecurrentratefromthefirstdayofincapacity.Allleaveduetosicknessmustbesupportedbyabonafidemedicalcertificate.

四、雇傭合同的解除和終止

ⅣContractCancellationandTermination

4.1合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方商定的合同終止條件消失時，雇傭合同即終止。

Thiscontractshallbeterminatedonceitexpiresandbothpartiesdonotextendthecontract.

4.2經(jīng)合同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商全都，本合同可以解除。

4.3乙方應(yīng)遵守中國的法律、法規(guī)及有關(guān)規(guī)定，乙方如違反上述規(guī)定，甲方有權(quán)即時解除合同；乙方因健康緣由，經(jīng)醫(yī)生證明連續(xù)病休15工作日后仍不能連續(xù)工作，甲方有權(quán)提前終止合同。

4.4乙方因歸國或其他私人緣由未正常出勤且超過十天且未向甲方做出書面說明的，本合同自動終止。ThecontractwillautomaticallyterminateincasePartyBisabsentforover10dayswithoutwrittenexplanationduetohomecomingorotherprivatereasons.

4.5乙方被證明無法完成本合同項下的工作任務(wù)，甲方有權(quán)隨時解除本合同。

IncasePartyBisprovedtobenotcompetentfortheworkunderthecontract,PartyAisentitledtocancelthecontractatanytime.

4.6乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守甲方的`工作規(guī)定以及規(guī)章制度，盡職盡責(zé)，否則，甲方有權(quán)隨時解除合同并追究因此而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，并有權(quán)對所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失在乙方的酬勞中作相應(yīng)扣除。

五、其他事項

5.1其他未盡事宜，雙方可參照甲方公司內(nèi)部的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。

5.2甲乙雙方均應(yīng)遵守本合同之商定，任何一方違約，非違約方均有權(quán)要求違約方擔(dān)當(dāng)相應(yīng)的損失。

3.4當(dāng)乙方的工作任務(wù)發(fā)生變化時，甲方可按規(guī)定調(diào)整其相應(yīng)的酬勞。乙方接受新的工作任務(wù)后，即視作接受甲方根據(jù)該工作任務(wù)重新確定的酬勞。

3.5乙方應(yīng)遵守國家及地方的稅法制度，自行繳納其個人收入的個人所得稅，甲方無義務(wù)為其代繳。

3.6乙方在合同期內(nèi)享受中國法律規(guī)定的節(jié)日，公休假日，另外公司每年為其供應(yīng)5天的帶薪休假。

PartyBisentitledwithalllegalholidaysinaccordancewiththestate’sregulations,Inaddition,PartyBenjoysapaidleaveof5dayseachyear.

四、雇傭合同的解除和終止

ⅣContractCancellationandTermination

4.1合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方商定的合同終止條件消失時，雇傭合同即終止。

4.2經(jīng)合同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商全都，本合同可以解除。

4.3乙方應(yīng)遵守中國的法律、法規(guī)及有關(guān)規(guī)定，乙方如違反上述規(guī)定，甲方有權(quán)即時解除合同；乙方因健康緣由，經(jīng)醫(yī)生證明連續(xù)病休15工作日后仍不能連續(xù)工作，甲方有權(quán)提前終止合同。

PartyBshouldabidebyChinalaws,decreesandrelatedregulationsandPartyA’sworkingsystems.Duringtheduration,PartyAisentitledtocancelthecontractincasePartyBviolatesChinalawsanddecrees,andterminatethecontractbeforeexpirationincasePartyBcannotresumehisorherworkforhealthreasonsafterthemedicalcertificationofcontinuoussickrestfor15workingdays.

4.4乙方因歸國或其他私人緣由未正常出勤且超過十天且未向甲方做出書面說明的，本合同自動終止。Thec
