內(nèi)置HD61202控制驅(qū)動器圖形液晶顯示模塊使用手冊————————————有限企業(yè)企業(yè)地址:HD61202 液晶顯示控制驅(qū)動器應(yīng)用HD61202液晶顯示控制驅(qū)動器是一個(gè)帶有驅(qū)動輸出圖形液晶顯示控制器,它可直接與8位微處理器相連,它可與HD61203配合對液晶屏進(jìn)行行、列驅(qū)動。本手冊將有選擇介紹HD61202,詳細(xì)敘述內(nèi)置HD61202液晶顯示模塊HY-12864和HY-19264應(yīng)用方法。關(guān)于HD61202通常介紹HD61202是一個(gè)帶有列驅(qū)動輸出液晶顯示控制器,它可與行驅(qū)動器HD61203配合使用,組成液晶顯示驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)。HD61202特點(diǎn)1、內(nèi)藏64×64=4096位顯示RAM,RAM中每位數(shù)據(jù)對應(yīng)LCD屏上一個(gè)點(diǎn)亮、暗狀態(tài);2、HD61202是列驅(qū)動器,具備64路列驅(qū)動輸出;3、HD61202讀、寫操作時(shí)序與68系列微處理器相符,所以它可直接與68系列微處理器接口相連;4、HD61202占空比為1/32--1/64。HD61202引腳功效HD61202引腳功效以下:引腳符號狀態(tài)引腳名稱功效CS1,CS2,CS3輸入芯片片選端CS1和CS2低電平選通,CS3高電平選通。E輸入讀寫使能信號在E下降沿,數(shù)據(jù)被鎖存(寫)入HD61202;在E高電平期間,數(shù)據(jù)被讀出R/W輸入讀寫選擇信號R/W=1為讀選通,R/W=0為寫選通RS輸入數(shù)據(jù)、指令選擇信號RS=1為數(shù)據(jù)操作RS=0為寫指令或讀狀態(tài)DB0-DB7三態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)總線RST輸入復(fù)位信號復(fù)位信號有效時(shí),關(guān)閉液晶顯示,使顯示起始行為0,RST可跟MPU相連,由MPU控制;也可直接接VDD,使之不起作用。以上為與微處理器接口信號。M輸入交流驅(qū)動波形信號FRM輸入幀同時(shí)信號CL輸入鎖存行顯示數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)信號該信號上升沿時(shí)鎖存數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)改變顯示輸出地址Ф1,Ф2輸入內(nèi)部操作時(shí)鐘信號以上為與HD61203接口信號。Y1-Y64液晶顯示驅(qū)動端VDD,VSS內(nèi)部邏輯電源VEE1,VEE2液晶顯示驅(qū)動電路電源常令VEE1=VEE2V1L-V4L,V1R-V4R液晶顯示驅(qū)動電壓其電壓值均在VCC和VEE之間,常令V1L=V1R,V2L=V2R,V3L=V3R,V4L=V4RADC決定Y1-Y64與液晶屏連接次序ADC=1JF,Y1=$0,Y64=$63ADC=0時(shí),Y1=$63,Y64=$0該引腳直接接VCC或GND即可以上為與LCD接口信號HD61202時(shí)序HD61202具備能與68系列微處理器直接接口時(shí)序,各種信號波形對照以下:四.HD61202顯示RAM地址結(jié)構(gòu)Yaddress012616263ROW1DB0PAGE0X=0ROW8DB7ROW9DB0PAGE1X=1ROW16DB7………………DB0PAGE6X=6DB7DB0X=7ROW64DB7HD61202指令系統(tǒng)HD61202指令系統(tǒng)比較簡單,總共只有七種。現(xiàn)分別介紹以下。顯示開/關(guān)指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB00000111111/0當(dāng)DBO=1時(shí),LCD顯示RAM中內(nèi)容;DBO=0時(shí),關(guān)閉顯示。2、顯示起始行(ROW)設(shè)置指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB00011顯示起始行(0-63)該指令設(shè)置了對應(yīng)液晶屏最上一行顯示RAM行號,有規(guī)律改變顯示起始行,能夠使LCD實(shí)現(xiàn)顯示滾屏效果。頁(RAGE)設(shè)置指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB00010111頁號(0-7)顯示RAM共64行,分8頁,每頁8行。列地址(YAddress)設(shè)置指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB00001顯示列地址(0-63)設(shè)置了頁地址和列地址,就唯一確定了顯示RAM中一個(gè)單元,這么MPU就能夠用讀、寫指令讀出該單元中內(nèi)容或向該單元寫進(jìn)一個(gè)字節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)。讀狀態(tài)指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB010BUSY0ON/OFFREST0000該指令用來查詢HD61202狀態(tài),各參量含義以下:BUSY:1-內(nèi)部在工作0-正常狀態(tài)ON/OFF:1-顯示關(guān)閉0-顯示打開REST:1-復(fù)位狀態(tài)0-正常狀態(tài)在BUSY和REST狀態(tài)時(shí),除讀狀態(tài)指令外,其它指令均不對HD61202產(chǎn)生作用。在對HD61202操作之前要查詢BUSY狀態(tài),以確定是否能夠?qū)D61202進(jìn)行操作。寫數(shù)據(jù)指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB001寫數(shù)據(jù)讀數(shù)據(jù)指令R/WRSDB7DB6DB5DB4DB3DB2DB1DB011讀顯示數(shù)據(jù)讀、寫數(shù)據(jù)指令每執(zhí)行完一次讀、寫操作,列地址就自動增一,必須注意是,進(jìn)行讀操作之前,必須有一次空讀操作,緊接著再讀才會讀出所要讀單元中數(shù)據(jù)。第二章HY-12864和HY-19264電路結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)HY-12864和HY-19264均是使用HD61202作為列驅(qū)動器,同時(shí)使用HD61203作為行驅(qū)動器液晶模塊。因?yàn)镠D61203不與MPU發(fā)生聯(lián)絡(luò),只要提供電源就能產(chǎn)生行驅(qū)動信號和各種同時(shí)信號,比較簡單,所以這就不做介紹了。下面主要介紹以下HY12864和HY-19264這兩個(gè)模塊邏輯電路圖。HY-12864共有兩片HD61202和一片HD61203,以下列圖:在HY-12864中,兩片HD61202ADC均接高電平,RST也接高電平,這么在使用HY-12864時(shí)就無須再考慮這兩個(gè)引腳作用。/CSA跟HD61202(1)/CS1相連;/CSB跟HD61202(2)CS1相連,所以/CSA、/CSB選通組合信號為/CSA,/CSB=01選通(1),/CSA,/CSB=10選通(2)。HY-19264中共有三片HD61202和一片HD61203。HD61203和三片HD61202之間連接法也同HY-12864一樣。三片HD61202中,引腳ADC和RST接法也同HY-12864,所以在使用HY-19264時(shí)也無須考慮這兩個(gè)引腳影響。HY-19264也只有兩個(gè)片選端CSA和CSB引出供MPU接口選通,以下列圖所表示:VDD61103A64LCD:VGLS-19264VSS192×64DOTSVO646464/SCA611026120261102
