我們的共同命運(yùn)

中國(guó)在邁向二十一世紀(jì)的同時(shí)，也面臨著一些巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，為了確保我國(guó)的繁榮及為子孫后代著想，我們必須面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)并最終從根本上解決它們。

一些中國(guó)即將面臨的挑戰(zhàn)迫切的問(wèn)題是全球普遍存在的。這些問(wèn)題包括環(huán)境惡化，人口過(guò)剩及全球化的影響。為了解決這些問(wèn)題，我們需要實(shí)施以下措施：

(1)提高并增強(qiáng)我們的科學(xué)及產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)，如在信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，人工智能以及神經(jīng)機(jī)械學(xué)領(lǐng)域;

中國(guó)將受益于積極主動(dòng)的采取具有重要深遠(yuǎn)意義的措施。認(rèn)識(shí)到這些措施需要實(shí)施到中國(guó)社會(huì)的各個(gè)層面是重要的，從而帶來(lái)廣泛且深遠(yuǎn)的各種改善，如：邊緣科技及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán);發(fā)展以電子商務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)的經(jīng)濟(jì);一種鼓勵(lì)發(fā)明與創(chuàng)造的教育體制;更多的外國(guó)投資;更高的生活水平;更加有效的利用自然資源。

我們要意識(shí)到各項(xiàng)改革措施是根本的也是有必要的。這些將會(huì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)在世界舞臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)其巨大且尚未實(shí)現(xiàn)的潛力。
