newtopicstothesurveythisyearandremovedsomethatwethoughtwerenolongersorelevant.Cybercontinuestodominatetheresponses,withcybercrimeandhavingsufficientcyberexpertiseappearingastoprisksinseveralregionsandacrossseveralindustries.Theimportanceofclimatechangeasadirectorriskcontinuestofluctuate,goingdowninimportanceinsomeregionsandindustriesandsignificantlyupinothers.Itisnowthenumberoneriskfor

directorsintheEnergyandUtilitiessector.

We
