天提交下月施工計(jì)劃，有階段工期要求的提交階段施工計(jì)劃，必要時(shí)按工程承包人要求提交旬、周施工計(jì)劃，以及與完成上述階段、時(shí)段施工計(jì)劃相應(yīng)的勞動(dòng)力安排計(jì)劃，經(jīng)工程承包人批準(zhǔn)后嚴(yán)格實(shí)施；Thelaborsubcontractorshall,inaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheoverallscheduleoftheconstructionorganizationdesignon

dayspriortotheendofeachmonthsubmittheconstructionscheduleforthenextmonthorthestageconstructionscheduleifrequired.Ifnecessary,theconstructionschedulefortheten-dayandweekperiodsshallbesubmittedsubjecttotherequirementsoftheprojectcontractor,andthelaborarrangementschedulecorrespondingtotheconstructionschedulefortheabove-mentionedstagesandperiodsandtheschedulesshallbestrictlyimplementedupontheapprovaloftheprojectcontractor.11.4、自覺接受工程承包人及有關(guān)部門的管理、監(jiān)督和檢查；接受工程承包人隨時(shí)檢查其設(shè)備、材料保管、使用情況，及其操作人員的有效證件、持證上崗情況；與現(xiàn)場其他單位協(xié)調(diào)配合，照顧全局；Shallconsciouslyacceptthemanagement,supervisionandinspectionoftheprojectcontractorandtherelevantauthorities;accepttheprojectcontractortocheckandexamthestorageanduseofitsequipmentandmaterialsatanytime,aswellasthevalidcertificatesandcertificatesofitsoperators.Coordinatewithotherunitsonsitetotakecareoftheoverallsituation;11.5、按工程承包人統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃堆放材料、機(jī)具，按工程承包人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工地要求設(shè)置標(biāo)牌，搞好生活區(qū)的管理，做好自身責(zé)任區(qū)的治安保衛(wèi)工作；Shall,inaccordancewiththeunifiedplanningoftheprojectcontractor,stackmaterials,machinesandtools,setupthesignssubjecttotherequirementsoftheprojectcontractoronstandardizationsite,doagoodjobinthemanagementoflivingquartersandthepublicsecurityintheirownareaofresponsibility;11.6、按時(shí)提交報(bào)表、完整的原始技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)資料，配合工程承包人辦理交工驗(yàn)收；Shallsubmitreportsontime,completetheoriginaltechnicalandeconomicdata,cooperatewiththeprojectcontractorforcompletionacceptance;11.7、做好施工場地周圍建筑物、構(gòu)筑物和地下管線和已完工程部分的成品保護(hù)工作，因勞務(wù)分包人責(zé)任發(fā)生損壞，勞務(wù)分包人自行承擔(dān)由此引起的一切經(jīng)濟(jì)損失及各種罰款；Thelaborsubcontractorshallcompletethefinishedproductprotectionworkofthesurroundingbuildings,structuresandundergroundpipelinesandfinishedengineeringpartintheconstructionsiteinadditiontobearalltheeconomiclossesandallkindsoffinesduetothedamagewhicharisingtherefrom;11.8、妥善保管、合理使用工程承包人提供或租賃給勞務(wù)分包人使用的機(jī)具、周轉(zhuǎn)材料及其他設(shè)施；Shallsafekept,reasonableuseofthemachinery,turnovermaterialsandotherfacilitieswhichprovidedorleasedbytheengineeringcontractor;11.9勞務(wù)分包人須服從工程承包人轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的發(fā)包人及工程師的指令。Thelaborsubcontractorshallobeytheinstructionsoftheemployerandtheengineerforwardedbytheprojectcontractor.11.10除非本合同另有約定，勞務(wù)分包人應(yīng)對(duì)其作業(yè)內(nèi)容的實(shí)施、完工負(fù)責(zé)，勞務(wù)分包人應(yīng)承擔(dān)并履行總（分）包合同約定的、與勞務(wù)作業(yè)有關(guān)的所有義務(wù)及工作程序。Unlessotherwisestipulatedherein,thelaborsubcontractorshallberesponsiblefortheimplementationandcompletionofitsoperationcontents,andthelaborsubcontractorshallundertakeandperformallobligationsandworkingproceduresrelatedtolaboroperationasstipulatedinthegeneral(sub-)contract.12、安全施工與檢查Safeconstructionandinspection12.1、勞務(wù)分包人應(yīng)遵守工程建設(shè)安全生產(chǎn)有關(guān)管理規(guī)定，嚴(yán)格按安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行施工，并隨時(shí)接受行業(yè)安全檢查人員依法實(shí)施的監(jiān)督檢查，采取必要的安全防護(hù)措施，消除事故隱患。由于勞務(wù)分包人安全措施不力造成事故的責(zé)任和因此而發(fā)生的費(fèi)用，由勞務(wù)分包人承擔(dān)。Laborsubcontractorsshallabidebytherelevantmanagementregulationsofengineeringconstructionsafetyproduction,carryouttheconstructioninstrictaccordancewithsafetystandards,andatanytimetoacceptthesupervisionandinspectionofindustrysafetyinspectorspursuanttothelaw,andtakenecessarysafetyprotectionmeasurestoeliminatehiddendangersofaccidents.Thelaborsubcontractorshallbeartheresponsibilityfortheaccidentinadditiontotheexpensesincurredtherefromduetoitsineffectivesafetymeasures.12.2、工程承包人應(yīng)對(duì)其在施工場地的工作人員進(jìn)行安全教育，并對(duì)他們的安全負(fù)責(zé)。工程承包人不得要求勞務(wù)分包人違反安全管理的規(guī)定進(jìn)行施工。因工程承包人原因?qū)е碌陌踩鹿剩晒こ坛邪顺袚?dān)相應(yīng)責(zé)任及發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。Theprojectcontractorshallcarryoutsafetyeducationforitsstaffandemployeesontheconstructionsiteandberesponsiblefortheirsafetyandshallnotrequirethelaborsubcontractortocarryoutconstructioninviolationofsafetymanagementregulations.Forsafetyaccidentscausedbytheprojectcontractor,theprojectcontractorshallbearcorrespondingresponsibilitiesandexpensesincurred.13、安全防護(hù)SafetyProtection13.1、勞務(wù)分包人在動(dòng)力設(shè)備、輸電線路、地下管道、密封防震車間、易燃易爆地段以及臨街交通要道附近施工時(shí)，施工開始前應(yīng)向工程承包人提出安全防護(hù)措施，經(jīng)工程承包人認(rèn)可后實(shí)施，防護(hù)措施費(fèi)用由工程承包人承擔(dān)。Laborsubcontractorsshall,priortoconstruction,putforwardtotheprojectcontractorofsafetyprotectionmeasuresontheareaswithpowerequipment,transmissionlines,undergroundpipelines,sealedshockproofworkshop,inflammableandexplosiveareasandstreettrafficarteriesneartheconstruction,andimplementtheworkafterapprovedbytheprojectcontractor,andthecostofprotectivemeasuresshallbebornebytheprojectcontractor.13.2、實(shí)施爆破作業(yè)，在放射、毒害性環(huán)境中工作（含儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸、使用）及使用毒害性、腐蝕性物品施工時(shí)，勞務(wù)分包人應(yīng)在施工前10天以書面形式通知工程承包人，并提出相應(yīng)的安全防護(hù)措施，經(jīng)工程承包人認(rèn)可后實(shí)施，由工程承包人承擔(dān)安全防護(hù)措施費(fèi)用。Fortheimplementationofblastingoperations,workinradioactiveandtoxicenvironment(includingstorage,transportation,use)andtheuseoftoxicandcorrosivematerialsconstruction,laborsubcontractorshall,tendayspriortoconstruction,notifytheprojectcontractorinwriting,andputforwardthecorrespondingsafetyprotectionmeasureswhichbeingimplementedsubsequenttoapprovaloftheprojectcontractorwhichshallbearthecostofsafetyprotectionmeasures.13.3、勞務(wù)分包人在施工現(xiàn)場內(nèi)使用的安全保護(hù)用品（如安全帽、安全帶及其他保護(hù)用品），由勞務(wù)分包人提供使用計(jì)劃，經(jīng)工程承包人批準(zhǔn)后，由工程承包人負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)。Thelaborsubcontractorshallprovidetheuseplanforthesafetyprotectionarticles(suchassafetyhelmet,safetybeltandotherprotectionarticles)usedintheconstructionsitebythelaborsubcontractor,whichshallbesuppliedbytheengineeringcontractorupontheapprovaloftheengineeringcontractor.14、事故處理Accidenttreatment14.1、發(fā)生重大傷亡及其他安全事故，勞務(wù)分包人應(yīng)按有關(guān)規(guī)定立即上報(bào)有關(guān)部門并報(bào)告工程承包人，同時(shí)按國家有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)對(duì)事故進(jìn)行處理。Incaseofmajorcasualtiesandothersafetyaccidents,thelaborsubcontractorshall,inaccordancewithrelevantregulations,immediatelyreporttotherelevantauthorityandtheprojectcontractor,andhandletheaccidentssubjecttorelevantnationallawsandadministrativeregulations.14.2、勞務(wù)分包人和工程承包人對(duì)事故責(zé)任有爭議時(shí)，應(yīng)按相關(guān)規(guī)定處理。Ifthelaborsubcontractorandtheprojectcontractorhavedisputesovertheaccidentresponsibility,theyshallbehandledaccordingtorelevantregulations.15、保險(xiǎn)Insurance15.1、勞務(wù)分包人施工開始前，工程承包人應(yīng)獲得發(fā)包人為施工場地內(nèi)的自有人員及第三人人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)辦理的保險(xiǎn)，且不需勞務(wù)分包人支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。Theprojectcontractorshall,priortothecommencementofconstructionbythelaborsubcontractor,effecttheinsuranceforthelifeandpropertyoftheemployer'sownpersonnelandthethirdpersonnelintheconstructionsitewithoutthepremiumpaidbythelaborsubcontractorisrequired.15.2、運(yùn)至施工場地用于勞務(wù)施工的材料和待安裝設(shè)備，由工程承包人辦理或獲得保險(xiǎn)，且不需勞務(wù)分包人支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。Thematerialsandequipmenttobeinstalledwhichtransportedtotheconstructionsiteforlaborconstructionshallbeeffectedinsurancebytheengineeringcontractorwithoutthepremiumpaidbythelaborsubcontractor.15.3、工程承包人必須為租賃或提供給勞務(wù)分包人使用的施工機(jī)械設(shè)備辦理保險(xiǎn)，并支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。工程承包人自行投保的范圍（內(nèi)容）為：Theprojectcontractorshouldeffectinsuranceoftheconstructionmachineryandequipmentleasedorprovidedtothelaborsubcontractorandpaythepremiumtherefor.Thescope(content)oftheprojectcontractor'sowninsuranceis:15.4、勞務(wù)分包人必須為從事危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)的職工辦理意外傷害保險(xiǎn)，并為施工場地內(nèi)自有人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)和施工機(jī)械設(shè)備辦理保險(xiǎn)，支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。勞務(wù)分包人自行投保的范圍（內(nèi)容）為：Thelaborsubcontractorshouldeffectaccidentinsuranceandpaythepremiumfortheemployeesbeingengagedindangerousoperations,andinsuranceforitsownpersonnellife,property,constructionmachinery,equipmentintheconstructionsite.Thescope(content)ofthelaborsubcontractor'sowninsuranceis:15.5、保險(xiǎn)事故發(fā)生時(shí)，勞務(wù)分包人和工程承包人有責(zé)任采取必要的措施，防止或減少損失。Whereaninsuranceaccidentoccurs,thelaborsubcontractorandtheprojectcontractorhavetheresponsibilitytotakenecessarymeasurestopreventorreducelosses.20、施工機(jī)具、周轉(zhuǎn)材料供應(yīng)Supplyofconstructionmachinery,turnovermaterials20.1工程承包人提供給勞務(wù)分包人勞務(wù)作業(yè)使用的機(jī)具、設(shè)備，性能應(yīng)滿足施工的要求，及時(shí)運(yùn)入場地，安裝調(diào)試完畢，運(yùn)行良好后交付勞務(wù)分包人使用。周轉(zhuǎn)材料、低值易耗材料（由工程承包人依據(jù)本合同委托勞務(wù)分包人采購的除外）應(yīng)按時(shí)運(yùn)入現(xiàn)場交付勞務(wù)分包人，保證施工需要。如需要?jiǎng)趧?wù)分包人運(yùn)輸、卸車、安拆調(diào)試時(shí)，費(fèi)用另行約定。Theperformanceofthemachinesandequipmentprovidedbytheprojectcontractortothelaborsubcontractorforlaboroperationsshallmeettheconstructionrequirements.Themachinesandequipmentshallbetransportedtothesiteintime,installed,debuggedanddeliveredtothelaborsubcontractorforuseaftergoodoperation.Turnovermaterialsandlow-valueconsumables(exceptthoseentrustedbytheprojectcontractortothelaborsubcontractorpurchasingaccordingtothiscontract)shallbetransportedtothesitetodeliverthelaborsubcontractorsubjecttothetimetoensuretheconstructionneeds.Ifthelaborsubcontractorisrequiredtotransport,unload,install,dismantleanddebug,theexpensesshallbeseparatelyagreed.20.2工程承包人應(yīng)提供施工使用的機(jī)具、設(shè)備一覽表見附件二。Thelistofthemachines,toolsandequipmentwhichprovidedbytheprojectcontractorforuseintheconstructionasshowninAnnex2.20.3、工程承包人應(yīng)提供的周轉(zhuǎn)材料、低值易耗材料一覽表見附件三。Thelistoftheturnovermaterialsandlow-valueconsumableswhichprovidedbytheprojectcontractorasshowninAnnex3.21、施工變更Constructionamendment21.1施工中如發(fā)生對(duì)原工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行變更，工程承包人項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理應(yīng)提前7天以書面形式向勞務(wù)分包人發(fā)出變更通知，并提供變更的相應(yīng)圖紙和說明。勞務(wù)分包人按照工程承包人（項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理）發(fā)出的變更通知及有關(guān)要求，進(jìn)行下列需要的變更：Incaseofanychangetotheoriginalworkcontentduringtheconstruction,theprojectmanageroftheprojectcontractorshallsendanamendnoticeinwritingtothelaborsubcontractor7daysinadvance,andprovidethecorrespondingdrawingsandexplanationsthereof.Thelaborsubcontractorshall,pursuanttotheamendn
