guardengineerreporter/journalistcookActivity2:Reviewthegrammar.Task1Reviewthelongsentences.一、并列句(CompoundSentences)二、復合句(ComplexSentences)三、并列復合句(Compound-ComplexSentences)1.英語的長句子之所以長,是因為含有較多較長的修飾成分,或是包含多個并列句或從句。長句子的理解與一般句子相似,主要包含句法結構、語義邏輯和語篇功能三個方面。理解長句的基礎是厘清句子的結構層次,熟悉了解英語的基本句型,在此基礎上抓住長句子的主干,即句子的主語和謂語,然后在逐層梳理分析長句中的其他成分的層次關系。2.有些長句在語篇中與上下文存在較為緊密的銜接連貫關系,尤其是句中有指代詞的時候,除了需要厘清句子的結構層次和語義邏輯之外,有時還需要結合句子所在的上下文,分析明確長句中指代詞的具體所指。Task2
