殘疾旅客乘機(jī)不同於普通人。殘疾旅客乘飛機(jī)往往對(duì)機(jī)上設(shè)備、服務(wù)有特殊要求,為了保障殘疾旅客的承運(yùn)安全,航空公司需要提前做好人員及設(shè)備方面的準(zhǔn)備.下麵就介紹下殘疾人坐飛機(jī)的相關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)。1.購(gòu)票需提前申請(qǐng),以便航空公司做特殊安排,具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人需要航空公司提供供航空器上使用的醫(yī)用氧氣、托運(yùn)電動(dòng)輪椅、機(jī)上專(zhuān)用窄型輪椅、為具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人團(tuán)體提供服務(wù)、攜帶服務(wù)犬進(jìn)入客艙等設(shè)施或服務(wù)時(shí),應(yīng)在訂座時(shí)提出,最遲不能晚於航班離站時(shí)間前72小時(shí)。以便航空公司進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和準(zhǔn)備,並通過(guò)其訂座系統(tǒng)或其他手段,確保該需求被記錄,並及時(shí)傳遞到相關(guān)人員。2.在飛行中需要使用醫(yī)用氧氣以及在飛行過(guò)程中沒(méi)有額外的醫(yī)療協(xié)助無(wú)法安全地完成航空旅行的殘疾人,需要向航空公司提供醫(yī)療證明。無(wú)法對(duì)機(jī)上工作人員介紹的安全說(shuō)明和注意事項(xiàng)加以理解或作出反應(yīng),或不能與承運(yùn)人的機(jī)上工作人員進(jìn)行交流的殘疾人以及不能自行從航空器上緊急撤離的殘疾人需要在乘機(jī)時(shí)有陪伴人員。3.《殘疾人航空運(yùn)輸辦法(試行)》規(guī)定,除安全或法律另有規(guī)定外,承運(yùn)人不得因殘疾人的殘疾造成其外表或非自願(yuàn)的舉止可能對(duì)機(jī)組或其他旅客造成冒犯、煩擾或不便而拒絕運(yùn)輸具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人。同時(shí),當(dāng)承運(yùn)人因安全等原因拒絕為具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人提供運(yùn)輸時(shí),應(yīng)向其說(shuō)明拒絕的理由。具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人要求提供書(shū)面解釋的,承運(yùn)人應(yīng)在拒絕運(yùn)輸之後10日內(nèi)提供。4.殘疾人在乘機(jī)當(dāng)天應(yīng)提前3小時(shí)以上來(lái)到機(jī)場(chǎng),這樣有更充裕的時(shí)間辦理登機(jī)牌、行李托運(yùn)、安檢、登機(jī),同時(shí)在遇到航班時(shí)刻變更等特殊情況時(shí)也可以更從容地應(yīng)變。5.在普通航班上,殘疾人旅客可優(yōu)先登機(jī)。在辦理乘機(jī)手續(xù)時(shí),殘疾人可以根據(jù)自身情況提出訂座需求。當(dāng)使用機(jī)上輪椅進(jìn)入客艙後,無(wú)法進(jìn)入帶固定扶手的過(guò)道座位的,航空公司應(yīng)為其提供一個(gè)帶活動(dòng)扶手的過(guò)道座位或方便出入的座位;除安全理由外,航空公司應(yīng)為陪伴人員安排緊靠殘疾人的座位;當(dāng)殘疾人與其服務(wù)犬同機(jī)旅行時(shí),航空公司應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)艙位的第一排座位或其他適合的座位;對(duì)於腿部活動(dòng)受限制的具備乘機(jī)條件的殘疾人,航空公司應(yīng)為其提供相應(yīng)艙位的第一排座位或腿部活動(dòng)空間大的過(guò)道座位。6.在飛行過(guò)程中,殘疾人可要求特別的、有針對(duì)性的服務(wù),如:服務(wù)人員可協(xié)助殘疾人就座或從座位上離開(kāi);作就餐準(zhǔn)備時(shí),協(xié)助例如打開(kāi)包裝、識(shí)別食品及食品擺放位置;協(xié)助使用機(jī)上輪椅往返衛(wèi)生間;協(xié)助有部分行走能力的殘疾人往返衛(wèi)生間;協(xié)助放置和取回隨身攜帶物品,包括在客艙存放的助殘?jiān)O(shè)備。同一航班上殘疾人旅客人數(shù)規(guī)定
