PAGEPAGE6RG200O-CA/RG221O-CA上海貝爾EPON-E8C設(shè)備復(fù)位操作一.新款、舊款設(shè)備外觀區(qū)型號:RG200O-CA（新款）型號:RG200O-CA（舊款）硬件版本:RG200O-CA_V1A2硬件版本:V1.0軟件版本:E200OCAA2V**S軟件版本:RG200O-CA_V*.*S二.復(fù)位操作方法注意：復(fù)位前，請將設(shè)備升級到最新版本后再進(jìn)行復(fù)位操作（具體升級方法請看升級文檔說明）。1.設(shè)備舊版本復(fù)位操作方法：A:舊款設(shè)備（軟件版本為v1.0s、v1.1s、v1.2s）：登入設(shè)備，在地址欄中輸入/restoreremotetest.cgi，輸完后按回車鍵，過一會設(shè)備會自動重啟，重啟完成后即完成復(fù)位操作。V1.0/SV1.1S/V1.2S版本W(wǎng)EB界面隱藏恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置原來注冊過的LOID和密碼恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置是清不掉的，需要手動刪除，先用管理員帳號登入用戶名：e8ehome密碼：e8ehome步驟是：網(wǎng)絡(luò)〉遠(yuǎn)程管理〉OLT認(rèn)證〉手動刪除LOID和密碼〉點(diǎn)保存/應(yīng)用。B:新款設(shè)備（軟件版本為E200OCAA2V10S或E2210OCAA2V10S）：E8C與電腦連接成功后，在電腦上點(diǎn)擊‘開始運(yùn)行’，在運(yùn)行中輸入：telnet空格>按回車鍵進(jìn)入telnet界面>在login后輸入e8ehome按回車鍵>在password后輸入e8ehome按回車鍵>在>下輸入loaddefaultconfig按回車，過一會設(shè)備會自動重啟，重啟完即完成復(fù)位操作。E200OCAA2V10S或E2210OCAA2V10S版本通過TELNET命令恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置原來注冊過的LOID和密碼恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置是清不掉的，需要手動刪除，先用管理員帳號登入用戶名：e8ehome密碼：e8ehome，步驟是：網(wǎng)絡(luò)〉遠(yuǎn)程管理〉OLT認(rèn)證〉手動刪除LOID和密碼〉點(diǎn)保存/應(yīng)用。2.設(shè)備新版本復(fù)位操作方法（舊款63293終端V1.3S版本）：方法一：確認(rèn)設(shè)備與電腦連接正常后，在電腦上點(diǎn)擊‘開始>運(yùn)行’（win+R快捷鍵），在運(yùn)行中輸入telnet進(jìn)入telnet操作界面：BCM96328xDSLRouterLogin:e8ehomePassword:e8ehome（輸入密碼時(shí)是看不到的，直接輸入后按回車即可）>init是否恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置(Y或N)Y按Y后敲回車鍵，執(zhí)行恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置，執(zhí)行后設(shè)備會自動重啟，重啟完成后即完成復(fù)位操作（如下圖）登入telnet后，輸入用戶名及密碼（e8ehome/e8ehome），在>下敲入init執(zhí)行復(fù)位操作，最后按‘登入telnet后，輸入用戶名及密碼（e8ehome/e8ehome），在>下敲入init執(zhí)行復(fù)位操作，最后按‘Y’鍵執(zhí)行即可。方法二：已經(jīng)注冊過的E8C通過設(shè)備注冊界面‘恢復(fù)廠商出廠配置’復(fù)位的操作方法（此方法在新/舊兩款設(shè)備上通用，強(qiáng)烈推薦此方法）：1.進(jìn)入設(shè)備注冊界面：打開瀏覽器后，在地址欄中輸入，進(jìn)入設(shè)備登入界面，點(diǎn)擊設(shè)備注冊按鈕。2.進(jìn)入注冊界面后可以看到提示‘設(shè)備已注冊、無需再注冊，需恢復(fù)出廠配置才可注冊’的提示信息，并可看到一個(gè)‘恢復(fù)廠商出廠配置’的按鈕。3.點(diǎn)擊此按鈕后會要求輸入密碼，此密碼可通過ITMS平臺來查詢，具體查詢方法為：將設(shè)備MAC地址上報(bào)給網(wǎng)管，網(wǎng)管通過MAC地址，在ITMS-->遠(yuǎn)程操作中通過設(shè)備系列號（MAC地址）查詢到的維護(hù)密碼就是恢復(fù)廠商出廠配置的密碼。詳細(xì)見下圖：
