engineering三、關(guān)于材料供應(yīng)的商定AGREEMENT

ON

THE

SUPPLY

OF

MATERIALS1.

乙方供應(yīng)的材料：乙方供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備,如不符合設(shè)計、施工要求，應(yīng)禁止使用。如已使用，對工程造成的損失由乙方負責(zé)。如甲方要另增加材料由甲方供應(yīng)，并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

2.

甲方供應(yīng)的材料：另擬補充附件甲方供應(yīng)材料、設(shè)備表甲方負責(zé)選購供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計施工要求的合格產(chǎn)品，并應(yīng)按時供應(yīng)到現(xiàn)場。乙方發(fā)覺甲方供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備有質(zhì)量問題或規(guī)格差異，應(yīng)準時向甲方提出，甲方仍要求使用的，由此造成工程損失，責(zé)任由甲方擔(dān)當(dāng)。甲方供應(yīng)的材料按時抵達現(xiàn)場后，由乙方負責(zé)保管

some

materials

which

do

not

fit

to

the

design

then

it

shall

be

the

responsibility

of

Party

A

to

pay

any

additional

costs

incurred

by

Party

B.

四、關(guān)于工程質(zhì)量及驗收的商定FULFILMENT

OF

THIS

AGREEMENT

1.

本工程應(yīng)符合建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)規(guī)程和市建設(shè)行政主管部門制定的其它地方標準\質(zhì)量評定驗收標準The

execution

of

this

project

must

be

consistent

with

the

“Architectural

and

Engineering

Rules”

of

the

city

administrative

departments

responsible

for

the

development

of

buildings

and

local

standards

and

quality

evaluation

acceptance

criteria.

2.

本工程由乙方進行設(shè)計，供應(yīng)施工圖紙一式兩份，雙方簽字確認Party

B

must

provide

a

duplicate

copy

of

the

construction

designs

and

drawings,

and

both

copies

should

be

signed

by

both

parties.

3.

甲方供應(yīng)的材料、設(shè)備質(zhì)量不合格而影響工程質(zhì)量，其返工費用由甲方擔(dān)當(dāng)，工期相應(yīng)順延If

materials

provided

by

Party

A

for

the

construction

do

not

meet

the

necessary

requirements,

Party

A

shall

bear

responsibility

for

any

resulting

delays

in

the

completion

in

the

project.

4.

由于乙方緣由造成質(zhì)量事故，其返工費用由乙方擔(dān)當(dāng)If

the

quality

of

Party

B’s

work

results

in

any

accidents,

the

liability

for

such

accidents

shall

be

the

responsibility

of

Party

B.5.

在施工過程中，甲方提出設(shè)計修改看法及增減工程項目，須提前與乙方聯(lián)系，在雙方簽訂工程項目變更單后，方能進行該項目的施工、因此影響工程竣工日期的，責(zé)任由甲方擔(dān)當(dāng)。凡甲方私自與施工人員商定更改施工內(nèi)容、增加施工項目所引起的一切后果，甲方自負，給乙方造成損失的，甲方應(yīng)予賠償If,

during

the

construction,

Party

A

wishes

to

propose

a

change

to

the

design,

he

should

sign

a

“Change

of

Project”

with

Party

B

and

must

assume

responsibility

for

resulting

delays

or

increase

in

costs.

If

Party

A

secretly

attempts

to

change

to

design

directly

with

the

construction

personnel

and

this

action

causes

loss

to

Party

B,

then

Party

A

must

compensate

Party

B

for

this

loss.

6.

工程驗收：乙方負責(zé)理隱藏工程和中間工程的檢查與驗收手續(xù)。由乙方組織特地人員進行驗收。一切理隱藏工程和中間工程的質(zhì)量由乙方負責(zé)The

standard

of

work.

It

is

the

responsibility

of

Party

B

to

make

sure

that

all

construction

works

are

carried

out

to

the

requirements

of

the

design

and

to

make

sure

that

all

internal

walls

and

hidden

construction

parts

are

to

the

required

standard.

7.

工程竣工：乙方完工后即應(yīng)通知甲方驗收，甲方應(yīng)在竣工當(dāng)日組織驗收，并辦理驗收移交手續(xù)，雙方簽工程質(zhì)量驗收單。假如甲方在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)不能組織驗收，須準時通知乙方，另定驗收日期。如通過竣工驗

收，甲方應(yīng)承認原竣工日期，并擔(dān)當(dāng)因此造成的乙方的看管費用和其他相關(guān)費用Project
