兩天后,李白終于接到了劉婧給他的電話,告訴他JR準(zhǔn)備正式聘用他。劉婧發(fā)來(lái)了一份工作協(xié)議的傳真,這是勞動(dòng)合同訂定之前雙方簽署的一份正式的備忘錄。這份文件是用中英文雙語(yǔ)言寫(xiě)的:

您將每年獲得13個(gè)月的基本薪金,每月的薪金為稅前13500元。

8.MedicalScheme:

Youwillbeenrolledinourcompanymedicalschemeclassifiedasstaff.

醫(yī)療計(jì)劃:根據(jù)公司的制度,您將享受公司的醫(yī)療報(bào)銷(xiāo)福利。

9.AccidentandLifeInsurance:

Youwillbeenrolledinanaccidentandlifeinsuranceschemeuponappointment.

意外和人身保險(xiǎn):根據(jù)公司的制度,從入職當(dāng)天起,您將參與公司的意外與人身保險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃。

10.ProbationaryPeriod:

13.Pre-employmentmedicalcheck-up:

Youremploymentissubjecttopassingapre-employmentmedicalcheck-upatcompanyappointedhospital.TheexpenseswillbereimbursedbyourCompanyaftercommencementdate.Ifthemedicalcheck-upresultshowsyourhealthconditioncannotmeettherequirementsoflaborlaworourcompany,theofferletterwillbecancelledimmediatelywithoutanycompensation.

入職前醫(yī)療檢查:

每位準(zhǔn)員工在入職前必須通過(guò)公司指定的醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療檢查。體檢合格后回公司報(bào)銷(xiāo)所有相關(guān)費(fèi)用。如體檢證明不符合勞動(dòng)法或公司所要求的勞動(dòng)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn),此聘任書(shū)即時(shí)取消,且公司將不作出任何補(bǔ)償。

YourhoursofworkarebasedonthenormaloperatinghoursoftheUniversityandareexpectedtobeforexample,from8:30a.m.to4:30p.m.,MondaytoFriday,withaone-halfhourunpaidlunchbreak,amountingto37.5hoursperweek.PleaserefertotheprovisionsofArticle9.2.1regardingthedevelopmentofworkplansanddeterminationofhoursofwork.

3.BenefitsandPension:

Asapermanent/seasonal/termemployee,youwillbeeligibletoparticipateinUniversityofSaskatchewangroupbenefitplansforemployeesin-scopeofASPA,accordingtothetermsoftheplans.YouarealsoeligibletoparticipateintheUniversityofSaskatchewan’sMoneyPurchasePensionPlaninaccordancewiththeplan

requirements.PleaserefertotheHumanResourceswebsiteforBenefitsandPensioninformationspecifictoyourappointment.AsnapshotofbenefiteligibilitymaybefoundinTable12ofthecollectiveagreementwithASPA,alsofoundontheHumanResourceswebsite.

4.Vacation:

YouwillreceiveXweeksofvacationpervacationyear(May1toApril30),pro-ratedforthecurrentvacationyear,accordingtothetermsofArticle19.2AnnualVacation.Vacationsaretobetakenatsuchtimeortimesasaremutuallyconvenienttoyouandthecollege/department/unit.Pleasenotethatcarryoverofunusedvacationisnotencouraged,andshouldbediscussedwithyoursupervisor.

5.ProfessionalAllowance:

Inaddition,youareeligibletoreceiveanannualAccountableProfessionalDevelopmentAccountintheamountof$Xperyear(proratedforthecurrentyear),perArticle12.4,tosupportyouron-goingcareerdevelopmentneeds.

6.AssessmentPeriod:

FORAPPOINTMENTSTOPERMANENTSEASONALPOSITIONS:ConsistentwithArticle8ProbationaryPeriodforPermanentSeasonalAppointments,thefirstXmonthsofyourappointmenttothispositionisaprobationaryperiod.Wewillreviewyourprogressinthepositiononaregularbasisandprovideyouwithregularfeedback.Wewillbeinapositiontoconfirmcontinuedemploymentuponsuccessfulcompletionoftheprobationaryperiod.

FORAPPOINTMENTSTOTERMPOSITIONS:ConsistentwithArticle8.2,forTermappointments,wewillreviewyourprogressinthepositiononaregularbasisandprovideyouwithregularfeedback.

7.EffectiveDate:

Thetermsofthisoffershallcomeintoeffectonyourfirstdayofemploymentwiththecollege/department/unit,UniversityofSaskatchewan.
