CooperatewiththeAttorneyandattendallmeetings,hearings,andothernecessaryappointments.

2.7Confidentiality

TheAttorneyagreestomaintaintheconfidentialityofallinformationrelatedtotheClient'scase.ThisconfidentialityobligationextendsbeyondtheterminationofthisAgreement.

2.8TerminationofAgreement

EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwithwrittennoticeof[SpecifyNoticePeriod].Upontermination,theAttorneyshalldeliverallcasefilesandremainingdocumentstotheClient,andtheClientshallpayforallservicesrendereduptothedateoftermination.

2.9DisputeResolution

IntheeventofanydisputearisingfromthisAgreement,thepartiesagreetoattempttoresolvethedisputethroughmediation.Ifmediationisunsuccessful,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof[SpecifyArbitrationAssociation].

2.10GoverningLaw
