前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T23576—2009《拋噴丸設備通用技術條件》,與GB/T23576—2009相比,除

結構調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)增加了“術語和定義”一章(見第3章);

b)增加了“加工、裝配和外觀質(zhì)量”要求(見4.2);

c)更改了“電氣系統(tǒng)”要求,增加了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的規(guī)定(見4.10,2009年版的3.1.2);

d)刪除了“油缸、氣缸內(nèi)部清潔度”的規(guī)定(見2009年版的3.1.12),增加了“液壓、氣動系

統(tǒng)”的規(guī)定(見4.11.3、4.11.4);

e)增加了“安全要求”(見4.12);

f)更改了“空運轉試驗要求”“負荷運轉試驗要求”的相關規(guī)定(見4.13、4.14,2009年版的

3.9);

g)增加了外購配套件和編制要求的規(guī)定(見4.15.2),更改了“隨機技術文件”要求(見

4.15.3,2009年版的3.1.19);

h)刪除了“清潔度的測定”(見2009年版的4.3),增加了“每組葉片硬度差的測定”“空運轉試

驗”和“負荷運轉試驗”(見5.4、5.7、5.8);

i)增加了機器標牌的要求(見7.2、7.3、7.4)、機器貯存過程中的要求(見7.9);

j)將“弧高度曲線”更改為“弧高度飽和曲線”,更改了“拋噴丸強度表示方法”和“拋噴丸強

度檢測裝置”的規(guī)定(見A.2~A.4,2009年版的A.1~A.3);

k)更改了試片選用的要求(見A.5,2009年版的A.4、A.5);

l)更改了拋噴丸強度測定的要求(見A.6.2,2009年版的A.6.2)。
