本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO10880:2017《無損檢測紅外熱成像檢測總則》。

成像檢測的有效性取決于適當(dāng)且正確的測試方法。本文件的目的是提供紅外熱成像檢測的總則,以促進(jìn)

工業(yè)無損檢測方法的正確有效應(yīng)用,如電力設(shè)備、建筑物、儀器儀表和工業(yè)材料等領(lǐng)域。

本文件規(guī)定了工業(yè)無損檢測(NDT)領(lǐng)域中紅外熱成像檢測的通用原則。

3術(shù)語和定義

ISO10878界定的術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

4紅外熱成像檢測人員

負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施紅外熱成像檢測(TT)的操作人員應(yīng)符合以下要求:

a)紅外熱成像檢測人員應(yīng)滿足ISO9712規(guī)定的具備紅外測量和工程傳熱學(xué)基本知識的要求;

b)紅外熱成像檢測人員應(yīng)滿足ISO9712規(guī)定的視力和色覺的要求。

5紅外熱成像檢測設(shè)備

5.1紅外熱像儀

不同的紅外熱像儀具有不同的性質(zhì)和功能,如紅外探測器的類型、空間分辨率(瞬時視場、有效像

素)、溫度范圍、溫度分辨率、溫度準(zhǔn)確性、單幀采集時間、曝光時間、檢測波長范圍、冷卻方式、掃

描方式、光學(xué)照片顯示和記錄功能。應(yīng)確保使用的紅外熱像儀具有合適的性質(zhì)和功能,并在合適溫度下

進(jìn)行標(biāo)定以滿足測試要求。
