五、保密與競(jìng)業(yè)限制1.ConfidentialInformationTheEmployeeacknowledgesthatduringthecourseofemployment,theEmployeemayhaveaccesstoconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtobusinesssecrets,tradesecrets,customerinformation,andtechnicalinformation.TheEmployeeshallkeepallsuchconfidentialinformationstrictlyconfidentialandshallnotdisclose,use,orpermittheuseofsuchconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheEmployee'sdutiesunderthisContract.TheEmployeeshallreturnallconfidentialinformationintheEmployee'spossessionorcontroltotheEmployeruponterminationofemploymentoratanytimeupontheEmployer'srequest.

六、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)AnyintellectualpropertyrightscreatedbytheEmployeeinthecourseofemployment,includingbutnotlimitedtoinventions,patents,trademarks,copyrights,andtradesecrets,shallbelongtotheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallcooperatewiththeEmployerinobtainingandmaintaininganynecessaryintellectualpropertyrightsandshallsignalldocumentsandtakeallactionsreasonablyrequestedbytheEmployertoprotecttheEmployer'sintellectualpropertyrights.

七、合同期限與終止1.ContractTermThisContractshallmenceon[startdate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[contractduration]years,unlessearlierterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.Upontheexpirationofthecontractterm,thisContractshallterminateautomatically,unlessthepartiesagreetorenewthecontractinwriting.

4.ConsequencesofTerminationUponterminationofthisContract,theEmployeeshallreturnallpropertyoftheEmployerintheEmployee'spossessionorcontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtokeys,accesscards,laptops,mobilephones,andanyconfidentialinformation.TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeealloutstandingsalary,bonuses,andotherpensationuptothedateofterminationinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.TherightsandobligationsofthepartiesunderthesectionsofthisContractrelatingtoconfidentiality,nonpete,andintellectualpropertyshallsurvivetheterminationofthisContract.
